"U ovoj političkoj konstelaciji neće doći do unaprijeđenja ljudskih prava gej sugrađana, što je tužno, ali sam potpuno siguran da neće biti nikakvog normativnog nazadovanja. Pravo na udomljavanje djece od strane istopolnih parova smatra se završenim, jer je tako 2020. godine ocijenio Ustavni sud direktno primenjujući ustavne vrijednosti, međunarodne ugovore i druge izvore prava. Usvajanje djece je potpuno druga kategorija koja će se riješiti, ponovo, jedino intervencijom Ustavnog suda gde će se isto tako, to bih ja volio, prepoznati da u ovom trenutku postoje diskriminatorni učinci prema istopolnim parovima."
Ovim riječima aktivist za ljudska prava, LGBT populaciju i kolumnist Ivan Zidarević komentirao je programska načela DP-a, stranke koja je upravo u novoj Vladi izborila Ministarstvo demografije, a u kojima izrijekom stoji kako bi se demografska obnova omogućila, među ostalim, i potpunom zabranom posvajanja i udomljavanja djece homoseksualnim parovima bez iznimki.
U DP-u, naime, kažu kako čvrsto vjeruju da obitelj predstavlja zajednicu žene i muškarca. Protive se pobačaju, surogat majčinstvu i eutanaziji.
"Bitnim ističem da nema nikakvog straha od bilo kakvog otuđivanja stečenih prava! Domovinski pokret, kao naslijeđena stranka od karizmatičnog umjetnika Miroslava Škore, svoj politički uspon (sada samo slijedi politički pad) baštini na plasiranju i neustavnih ideja koje su nakićene tako očekivanim populizmom. Njihova volja za svetonazorskim preodgojem nacije u nestajanju nije ništa drugo nego animiranje ostrašćenog dijela glasača, najviše zloupotrebljavajući one ljude sa PTSP-ijem, a to se najbolje postiže prokazivanjem slabijih u društvu i distanciranjem od vlastite odgovornosti", dodao je Zidarević.
Inače, DP zagovara poticanje sklapanja braka kroz porezne olakšice, zatim će roditeljstvo također poticati financijskim mjerama te subvencijama za stanovanje. Obitelji s više djece koje žive u gradovima bi plaćale manji stambeni kredit, dok bi obitelji koje se odluče preseliti na selo bile oslobođene plaćanje poreza na najmanje 10 godina.
Kako su napisali, žele zaustaviti "promidžbe promjene spola" i "prestanak aktivnosti u smjeru promjene spola", a u vrtićima, školama, sportskim i javnim objektima, pa čak i zatvorima, zalažu se za odvajanje muških od ženskih svlačionica.
Obećali su i da će poraditi na povratku iseljenika, prvenstveno Južne Amerike, i to otvaranjem centara za povratnike diljem svijeta, troškovi preseljenja bili bi plaćeni, povratnici bi imali porezne olakšice na najmanje 10 godina, te bi im bila pružena sva pomoć oko dokumenata, obrazovanja i zdravstvog osiguranja.

"U ovoj političkoj konstelaciji neće doći do unaprijeđenja ljudskih prava gej sugrađana, što je tužno, ali sam potpuno siguran da neće biti nikakvog normativnog nazadovanja. Pravo na udomljavanje djece od strane istopolnih parova smatra se završenim, jer je tako 2020. godine ocijenio Ustavni sud direktno primenjujući ustavne vrijednosti, međunarodne ugovore i druge izvore prava. Usvajanje djece je potpuno druga kategorija koja će se riješiti, ponovo, jedino intervencijom Ustavnog suda gde će se isto tako, to bih ja volio, prepoznati da u ovom trenutku postoje diskriminatorni učinci prema istopolnim parovima."
Ovim riječima aktivist za ljudska prava, LGBT populaciju i kolumnist Ivan Zidarević komentirao je programska načela DP-a, stranke koja je upravo u novoj Vladi izborila Ministarstvo demografije, a u kojima izrijekom stoji kako bi se demografska obnova omogućila, među ostalim, i potpunom zabranom posvajanja i udomljavanja djece homoseksualnim parovima bez iznimki.
U DP-u, naime, kažu kako čvrsto vjeruju da obitelj predstavlja zajednicu žene i muškarca. Protive se pobačaju, surogat majčinstvu i eutanaziji.
"Bitnim ističem da nema nikakvog straha od bilo kakvog otuđivanja stečenih prava! Domovinski pokret, kao naslijeđena stranka od karizmatičnog umjetnika Miroslava Škore, svoj politički uspon (sada samo slijedi politički pad) baštini na plasiranju i neustavnih ideja koje su nakićene tako očekivanim populizmom. Njihova volja za svetonazorskim preodgojem nacije u nestajanju nije ništa drugo nego animiranje ostrašćenog dijela glasača, najviše zloupotrebljavajući one ljude sa PTSP-ijem, a to se najbolje postiže prokazivanjem slabijih u društvu i distanciranjem od vlastite odgovornosti", dodao je Zidarević.
Inače, DP zagovara poticanje sklapanja braka kroz porezne olakšice, zatim će roditeljstvo također poticati financijskim mjerama te subvencijama za stanovanje. Obitelji s više djece koje žive u gradovima bi plaćale manji stambeni kredit, dok bi obitelji koje se odluče preseliti na selo bile oslobođene plaćanje poreza na najmanje 10 godina.
Kako su napisali, žele zaustaviti "promidžbe promjene spola" i "prestanak aktivnosti u smjeru promjene spola", a u vrtićima, školama, sportskim i javnim objektima, pa čak i zatvorima, zalažu se za odvajanje muških od ženskih svlačionica.
Obećali su i da će poraditi na povratku iseljenika, prvenstveno Južne Amerike, i to otvaranjem centara za povratnike diljem svijeta, troškovi preseljenja bili bi plaćeni, povratnici bi imali porezne olakšice na najmanje 10 godina, te bi im bila pružena sva pomoć oko dokumenata, obrazovanja i zdravstvog osiguranja.
