Mladi vozač Jan Ehrlich (23), koji je sredinom lipnja na parkiralištu u Buzinu pokosio sudionike tzv. car meeta, pušten je u petak iz istražnog zatvora u Remetincu kako bi se branio sa slobode uz određene mjere opreza, doznaje se na sudu.

Ehrlich se odlukom suca istrage velikogoričkog Županijskog suda mora dva puta mjesečno javiti u policijsku postaju, a oduzeta mu je i vozačka dozvola s obzirom da mu je ranije određen pritvor zbog opasnosti od ponavljanja kaznenog djela.

Tužiteljstvo je ranije, ne navodeći identitet, izvijestilo da Ehrlicha tereti za kazneno djelo izazivanja prometne nesreće u cestovnom prometu s nanošenjem teških tjelesnih ozljeda. Za takvo kazneno djelo propisana je kazna zatvora od jedne do osam godina.

Općinsko državno odvjetništvo (ODO) u Zagrebu izvijestilo je da je očevidom utvrdilo kako je Ehrlich, 16. lipnja u 21,50 sati na parkiralištu trgovačkog centra Supernova u Buzinu, naletio na pješake neprilagođenom brzinom.

Tužiteljstvo je priopćilo da 23-godišnjak nije prilagodio brzinu osobinama ceste i gustoći prometa, već je naglo ubrzao, postižući pritom gornju granicu dopuštenog broja okretaja motora pa je došlo do proklizavanja stražnjih pogonskih kotača.

Izgubivši nadzor nad vozilom, u zanošenju preko suprotne kolničke trake naletio je na troje hrvatskih državljana u dobi od 35, 21 i 32 godine koji su stajali na pješačkom otoku i uslijed naleta pali na kolnik.

Potom je, dodaje tužiteljstvo, prednjim dijelom vozila udario bočnu stranu zaustavljenog automobila u kojem je bilo dvoje 22-godišnjaka, a njihov je automobil od udara odbačen na vozilo na parkiralištu.

U konačnici jedna je osoba zadobila teške i po život opasne ozljede, dok su dvije teško i još dvije lakše ozlijeđene.

Voditelj Službe prometne policije PU zagrebačke Krešimir Mišić kazao je nakon događaja da počinitelj nesreće za policiju ranije ‘‘nije bio prije operativno interesantan‘‘ te da je ‘‘imao određene prekršaje, ali nije bio recidivist‘‘.

Mladi vozač Jan Ehrlich (23), koji je sredinom lipnja na parkiralištu u Buzinu pokosio sudionike tzv. car meeta, pušten je u petak iz istražnog zatvora u Remetincu kako bi se branio sa slobode uz određene mjere opreza, doznaje se na sudu.

Ehrlich se odlukom suca istrage velikogoričkog Županijskog suda mora dva puta mjesečno javiti u policijsku postaju, a oduzeta mu je i vozačka dozvola s obzirom da mu je ranije određen pritvor zbog opasnosti od ponavljanja kaznenog djela.

Tužiteljstvo je ranije, ne navodeći identitet, izvijestilo da Ehrlicha tereti za kazneno djelo izazivanja prometne nesreće u cestovnom prometu s nanošenjem teških tjelesnih ozljeda. Za takvo kazneno djelo propisana je kazna zatvora od jedne do osam godina.

Općinsko državno odvjetništvo (ODO) u Zagrebu izvijestilo je da je očevidom utvrdilo kako je Ehrlich, 16. lipnja u 21,50 sati na parkiralištu trgovačkog centra Supernova u Buzinu, naletio na pješake neprilagođenom brzinom.

Tužiteljstvo je priopćilo da 23-godišnjak nije prilagodio brzinu osobinama ceste i gustoći prometa, već je naglo ubrzao, postižući pritom gornju granicu dopuštenog broja okretaja motora pa je došlo do proklizavanja stražnjih pogonskih kotača.

Izgubivši nadzor nad vozilom, u zanošenju preko suprotne kolničke trake naletio je na troje hrvatskih državljana u dobi od 35, 21 i 32 godine koji su stajali na pješačkom otoku i uslijed naleta pali na kolnik.

Potom je, dodaje tužiteljstvo, prednjim dijelom vozila udario bočnu stranu zaustavljenog automobila u kojem je bilo dvoje 22-godišnjaka, a njihov je automobil od udara odbačen na vozilo na parkiralištu.

U konačnici jedna je osoba zadobila teške i po život opasne ozljede, dok su dvije teško i još dvije lakše ozlijeđene.

Vozač koji je pokosio ljude kod Buzina pušten da se brani sa slobode: mora se dvaput mjesečno javljati policiji

Mladi vozač Jan Ehrlich (23), koji je sredinom lipnja na parkiralištu u Buzinu pokosio sudionike tzv. car meeta, pušten je u petak iz istražnog zatvora u Remetincu kako bi se branio sa slobode uz određene mjere opreza, doznaje se na sudu.

Ehrlich se odlukom suca istrage velikogoričkog Županijskog suda mora dva puta mjesečno javiti u policijsku postaju, a oduzeta mu je i vozačka dozvola s obzirom da mu je ranije određen pritvor zbog opasnosti od ponavljanja kaznenog djela.

Tužiteljstvo je ranije, ne navodeći identitet, izvijestilo da Ehrlicha tereti za kazneno djelo izazivanja prometne nesreće u cestovnom prometu s nanošenjem teških tjelesnih ozljeda. Za takvo kazneno djelo propisana je kazna zatvora od jedne do osam godina.

Općinsko državno odvjetništvo (ODO) u Zagrebu izvijestilo je da je očevidom utvrdilo kako je Ehrlich, 16. lipnja u 21,50 sati na parkiralištu trgovačkog centra Supernova u Buzinu, naletio na pješake neprilagođenom brzinom.

Tužiteljstvo je priopćilo da 23-godišnjak nije prilagodio brzinu osobinama ceste i gustoći prometa, već je naglo ubrzao, postižući pritom gornju granicu dopuštenog broja okretaja motora pa je došlo do proklizavanja stražnjih pogonskih kotača.

Izgubivši nadzor nad vozilom, u zanošenju preko suprotne kolničke trake naletio je na troje hrvatskih državljana u dobi od 35, 21 i 32 godine koji su stajali na pješačkom otoku i uslijed naleta pali na kolnik.

Potom je, dodaje tužiteljstvo, prednjim dijelom vozila udario bočnu stranu zaustavljenog automobila u kojem je bilo dvoje 22-godišnjaka, a njihov je automobil od udara odbačen na vozilo na parkiralištu.

U konačnici jedna je osoba zadobila teške i po život opasne ozljede, dok su dvije teško i još dvije lakše ozlijeđene.
