Na ročištu o određivanju istražnog zatvora na Županijskom sudu u Zagrebu u slučaju osječkih sudaca, gdje su kao davatelji mita osumnjičeni Zdravko i Zoran Mamić, danas je, budući da je angažiran od Zdravka Mamića, došao nazočiti i njegov odvjetnik Veljko Miljević, piše jutarnji.hr.

Međutim, njemu i odvjetniku iz njegovog odvjetničkog društva, Alanu Kubatu, sudac je rekao kako su braći Mamić već imenovani odvjetnici po službenoj dužnosti te ih oni ne mogu zastupati u ovome postupku. Također, Miljeviću, a kako je on rekao novinarima, je rečeno da je on u USKOK-ovom rješenju o provođenju istrage predložen kao svjedok u ovom postupku te niti zbog toga ne može biti Mamićev branitelj. 

Naime, Mamić je u svojemu iskazu naveo kako se sa sucem Darkom Krušlinom 'družio' i na proslavi godišnjice braka svojeg odvjetnika Veljka Miljevića u kući u vikendici Željka Dolačkog na području Velike Gorice. Budući da je Miljević bio prisutan tome događaju, USKOK ga je vjerojatno na tu okolnost predložio kao svjedoka. 

Inače, ročište o određivanju istražnog zatvora je u tijeku na zagrebačkom Županijskom sudu. 

Veljko Miljević se obratio javnosti i rekao da donošenje odluke još nije ni počelo te da još niije dobio rješenje o provođenju istrage.

- Prije pola sata sam obaviješten da će biti odlučivanje o istražnom zatvoru i za Zdravka i Zorana Mamića. Kako sam zamoljen da dođem ovdje, a budući da imam punomoć za zastupanjem Zdravka Mamića, uspio sam stići na vrijeme. No osoba iz mog ureda koja ima formalne ovlasti me izvijestila minutu prije četiri da se zamjenica ravnateljice Uskoka protivi tome da bilo ja ili tko iz mog odvjetničkog društva branimo interese Zdravka Mamića, rekao je Miljević i potvrdio da će biti ispitan kao svjedok. 

- Koja je krajnja namjera da me se obavijesti pola sata prije? Ne znam, ne zanima me. Došao sam i rekao što sam imao reći. Korektno je od zamjenice ravnateljice da je rekla da sam ja predložen kao svjedok u tijeku istrage. Mislim da se od 19.3. moglo naslutiti da netko ima namjeru mene predložiti kao svjedoka. Ali kao što je Mamić neke druge rizike preuzeo kad je 8.10. bez mog znanja podnio nešto što se nazvalo kaznenom prijavom, moglo je doći do ove situacije. I došlo je. Ali taj rizik nisam ja preuzeo nego on. Ovo su manje greške od onih koje ćemo rješavati na Ustavnom sudu, rekao je Miljević i dodao da nije sve u zakonima loše, te da se može upotrijebiti i loše zakone.

- A ove, o zadovoljenju interesa javnosti su kristalno jasne, kaže Miljević.

Na ročištu o određivanju istražnog zatvora na Županijskom sudu u Zagrebu u slučaju osječkih sudaca, gdje su kao davatelji mita osumnjičeni Zdravko i Zoran Mamić, danas je, budući da je angažiran od Zdravka Mamića, došao nazočiti i njegov odvjetnik Veljko Miljević, piše jutarnji.hr.

Međutim, njemu i odvjetniku iz njegovog odvjetničkog društva, Alanu Kubatu, sudac je rekao kako su braći Mamić već imenovani odvjetnici po službenoj dužnosti te ih oni ne mogu zastupati u ovome postupku. Također, Miljeviću, a kako je on rekao novinarima, je rečeno da je on u USKOK-ovom rješenju o provođenju istrage predložen kao svjedok u ovom postupku te niti zbog toga ne može biti Mamićev branitelj. 

Naime, Mamić je u svojemu iskazu naveo kako se sa sucem Darkom Krušlinom 'družio' i na proslavi godišnjice braka svojeg odvjetnika Veljka Miljevića u kući u vikendici Željka Dolačkog na području Velike Gorice. Budući da je Miljević bio prisutan tome događaju, USKOK ga je vjerojatno na tu okolnost predložio kao svjedoka. 

Inače, ročište o određivanju istražnog zatvora je u tijeku na zagrebačkom Županijskom sudu. 

Veljko Miljević se obratio javnosti i rekao da donošenje odluke još nije ni počelo te da još niije dobio rješenje o provođenju istrage.

- Prije pola sata sam obaviješten da će biti odlučivanje o istražnom zatvoru i za Zdravka i Zorana Mamića. Kako sam zamoljen da dođem ovdje, a budući da imam punomoć za zastupanjem Zdravka Mamića, uspio sam stići na vrijeme. No osoba iz mog ureda koja ima formalne ovlasti me izvijestila minutu prije četiri da se zamjenica ravnateljice Uskoka protivi tome da bilo ja ili tko iz mog odvjetničkog društva branimo interese Zdravka Mamića, rekao je Miljević i potvrdio da će biti ispitan kao svjedok. 

- Koja je krajnja namjera da me se obavijesti pola sata prije? Ne znam, ne zanima me. Došao sam i rekao što sam imao reći. Korektno je od zamjenice ravnateljice da je rekla da sam ja predložen kao svjedok u tijeku istrage. Mislim da se od 19.3. moglo naslutiti da netko ima namjeru mene predložiti kao svjedoka. Ali kao što je Mamić neke druge rizike preuzeo kad je 8.10. bez mog znanja podnio nešto što se nazvalo kaznenom prijavom, moglo je doći do ove situacije. I došlo je. Ali taj rizik nisam ja preuzeo nego on. Ovo su manje greške od onih koje ćemo rješavati na Ustavnom sudu, rekao je Miljević i dodao da nije sve u zakonima loše, te da se može upotrijebiti i loše zakone.

- A ove, o zadovoljenju interesa javnosti su kristalno jasne, kaže Miljević.

Veljko Miljević ne može biti Mamićev odvjetnik u najnovijem slučaju, USKOK će ga zvati kao svjedoka

Na ročištu o određivanju istražnog zatvora na Županijskom sudu u Zagrebu u slučaju osječkih sudaca, gdje su kao davatelji mita osumnjičeni Zdravko i Zoran Mamić, danas je, budući da je angažiran od Zdravka Mamića, došao nazočiti i njegov odvjetnik Veljko Miljević, piše jutarnji.hr.

Međutim, njemu i odvjetniku iz njegovog odvjetničkog društva, Alanu Kubatu, sudac je rekao kako su braći Mamić već imenovani odvjetnici po službenoj dužnosti te ih oni ne mogu zastupati u ovome postupku. Također, Miljeviću, a kako je on rekao novinarima, je rečeno da je on u USKOK-ovom rješenju o provođenju istrage predložen kao svjedok u ovom postupku te niti zbog toga ne može biti Mamićev branitelj. 

Naime, Mamić je u svojemu iskazu naveo kako se sa sucem Darkom Krušlin...
