Uskok je u utorak demantirao navode tjednika Nacional da je Uskokov tužitelj Krešimir Ostrogonac prekinuo saslušanje okrivljene bivše tužiteljice iz slučaja Agrokor Mirele Alerić Puklin nakon što je rekla da ima saznanja kako je Uskok okončao aferu Borg.

Tužiteljstvo u demantiju tvrdi da je zamjenik ravnateljice Uskoka proveo ispitivanje Mirele Alerić Puklin sukladno odredbama Zakona o kaznenom postupku i načinu iznošenja obrane koji je nekadašnja tužiteljica, osumnjičena u studenome za odavanje podataka iz istraga vezanih uz Agrokor,  sama izabrala u prisutnosti svoje braniteljice pri čemu je odbila odgovarati na pitanja tužitelja.

Uskok ističe da iz članka proizlazi kako je njegov autor imao uvid u sadržaj ili dio sadržaja obrane okrivljenice te da je interpretacija tijeka ispitivanja na način kako je to opisano u članku zlonamjerna. Tužiteljstvo podsjeća kako je sukladno odredbama Zakona o kaznenom postupku istraga nejavna te da ne može iznositi sadržaj obrane okrivljenice.

U odnosu na tzv. aferu Borg, Uskok ističe da su netočni navodi iz Nacionalovog članka o tome da je Uskok rješenja o odbačaju kaznenih prijava donio ekspresno pod političkim pritiskom.

''Uskok je vezano za navedeno zaprimio više kaznenih prijava u odnosu na koje prijave su provedeni opsežni izvidi te su donijeta rješenja o odbačaju isključivo na temelju zakona i rezultata tih izvida, bez ičijeg utjecaja i pritiska'', zaključuje u priopćenju Uskok.

Tjednik piše kako ima uvid u dio svjedočenja nedavno uhićene bivše tužiteljice iz slučaja Agrokor Mirele Alerić Puklin iz kojeg proizlazi da ona želi progovoriti o zataškavanju afere Borg i detaljima o odbacivanju kaznene prijave bivšeg vlasnika koncerna

Agrokor Ivice Todorića protiv bivše potpredsjednice Vlade RH Martine Dalić i ostalih umiješanih u taj slučaj.

Nacional dodaje da afera vodi do vrha Vlade RH i premijera Andreja Plenkovića, ''jer je tajna skupina savjetnika koji su radili na lex Agrokor, a poslije profitirali kao savjetnici izvanredne uprave Agrokora, oformljena po njegovu nalogu.

Tjednik nadodaje da je Uskok reagirao na kaznenu prijavu političkih stranaka Živi zid i Slobodna Hrvatska u kojoj, pored premijera i bivše potpredsjednice vlade, izravno optužuju ministra financija Zdravka Marića i bivšeg povjerenika u Agrokoru Antu Ramljaka da su ''namjerno obmanjivali javnost govoreći neistine o stanju u Agrokoru te koristeći svoj položaj omogućili skupini koju je birala Martina Dalić, zaradu na poslovima u Agrokoru nakon dolaska izvanredne uprave na čelu s Ramljakom''.

Bivša zamjenica zagrebačkog županijskog državnog odvjetnika Mirela Alerić Puklin je radila na predmetu Agrokor, a ostavku je podnijela nakon što je kod njezinog supruga Gorana Alerića u istrazi afere Janaf pronađeno oko četiri milijuna kuna za koje se sumnja da pripadaju bivšem čelniku Janafa Draganu Kovačeviću.

Mirela Alerić Puklin i njezin suprug Goran Puklin zajedno su uhićeni u studenome prošle godine s bivšom članicom uprave Agrokora i optuženicom u aferi Agrokor Piruškom Canjugom kojoj su, prema sumnjama Uskoka i policije, dojavljivali informacije vezano o stanju tog sudskog spisa.

Bivšu zamjenicu zagrebačkog ŽDO-a sumnjiči se da je putem svojeg supruga kao poznanika obitelji Canjuga nekadašnjoj članici uprave Agrokora davala upute o načinu i sadržaju obrane te radnjama koje bi trebala poduzeti kako bi izbjegla kaznenu dogovornost.

Uskok je u utorak demantirao navode tjednika Nacional da je Uskokov tužitelj Krešimir Ostrogonac prekinuo saslušanje okrivljene bivše tužiteljice iz slučaja Agrokor Mirele Alerić Puklin nakon što je rekla da ima saznanja kako je Uskok okončao aferu Borg.

Tužiteljstvo u demantiju tvrdi da je zamjenik ravnateljice Uskoka proveo ispitivanje Mirele Alerić Puklin sukladno odredbama Zakona o kaznenom postupku i načinu iznošenja obrane koji je nekadašnja tužiteljica, osumnjičena u studenome za odavanje podataka iz istraga vezanih uz Agrokor,  sama izabrala u prisutnosti svoje braniteljice pri čemu je odbila odgovarati na pitanja tužitelja.

Uskok ističe da iz članka proizlazi kako je njegov autor imao uvid u sadržaj ili dio sadržaja obrane okrivljenice te da je interpretacija tijeka ispitivanja na način kako je to opisano u članku zlonamjerna. Tužiteljstvo podsjeća kako je sukladno odredbama Zakona o kaznenom postupku istraga nejavna te da ne može iznositi sadržaj obrane okrivljenice.

U odnosu na tzv. aferu Borg, Uskok ističe da su netočni navodi iz Nacionalovog članka o tome da je Uskok rješenja o odbačaju kaznenih prijava donio ekspresno pod političkim pritiskom.

''Uskok je vezano za navedeno zaprimio više kaznenih prijava u odnosu na koje prijave su provedeni opsežni izvidi te su donijeta rješenja o odbačaju isključivo na temelju zakona i rezultata tih izvida, bez ičijeg utjecaja i pritiska'', zaključuje u priopćenju Uskok.

Tjednik piše kako ima uvid u dio svjedočenja nedavno uhićene bivše tužiteljice iz slučaja Agrokor Mirele Alerić Puklin iz kojeg proizlazi da ona želi progovoriti o zataškavanju afere Borg i detaljima o odbacivanju kaznene prijave bivšeg vlasnika koncerna

Agrokor Ivice Todorića protiv bivše potpredsjednice Vlade RH Martine Dalić i ostalih umiješanih u taj slučaj.

Nacional dodaje da afera vodi do vrha Vlade RH i premijera Andreja Plenkovića, ''jer je tajna skupina savjetnika koji su radili na lex Agrokor, a poslije profitirali kao savjetnici izvanredne uprave Agrokora, oformljena po njegovu nalogu.

Tjednik nadodaje da je Uskok reagirao na kaznenu prijavu političkih stranaka Živi zid i Slobodna Hrvatska u kojoj, pored premijera i bivše potpredsjednice vlade, izravno optužuju ministra financija Zdravka Marića i bivšeg povjerenika u Agrokoru Antu Ramljaka da su ''namjerno obmanjivali javnost govoreći neistine o stanju u Agrokoru te koristeći svoj položaj omogućili skupini koju je birala Martina Dalić, zaradu na poslovima u Agrokoru nakon dolaska izvanredne uprave na čelu s Ramljakom''.

Bivša zamjenica zagrebačkog županijskog državnog odvjetnika Mirela Alerić Puklin je radila na predmetu Agrokor, a ostavku je podnijela nakon što je kod njezinog supruga Gorana Alerića u istrazi afere Janaf pronađeno oko četiri milijuna kuna za koje se sumnja da pripadaju bivšem čelniku Janafa Draganu Kovačeviću.

Mirela Alerić Puklin i njezin suprug Goran Puklin zajedno su uhićeni u studenome prošle godine s bivšom članicom uprave Agrokora i optuženicom u aferi Agrokor Piruškom Canjugom kojoj su, prema sumnjama Uskoka i policije, dojavljivali informacije vezano o stanju tog sudskog spisa.

Bivšu zamjenicu zagrebačkog ŽDO-a sumnjiči se da je putem svojeg supruga kao poznanika obitelji Canjuga nekadašnjoj članici uprave Agrokora davala upute o načinu i sadržaju obrane te radnjama koje bi trebala poduzeti kako bi izbjegla kaznenu dogovornost.

Uskok oštro negirao da je pokušao prekinuti saslušanje bivše tužiteljice: ‘To su zlonamjerne interpretacije‘

Uskok je u utorak demantirao navode tjednika Nacional da je Uskokov tužitelj Krešimir Ostrogonac prekinuo saslušanje okrivljene bivše tužiteljice iz slučaja Agrokor Mirele Alerić Puklin nakon što je rekla da ima saznanja kako je Uskok okončao aferu Borg.

Tužiteljstvo u demantiju tvrdi da je zamjenik ravnateljice Uskoka proveo ispitivanje Mirele Alerić Puklin sukladno odredbama Zakona o kaznenom postupku i načinu iznošenja obrane koji je nekadašnja tužiteljica, osumnjičena u studenome za odavanje podataka iz istraga vezanih uz Agrokor,  sama izabrala u prisutnosti svoje braniteljice pri čemu je odbila odgovarati na pitanja tužitelja.
