Zbog prijetećih poruka nogometnom sucu optužen je 41-godišnjak iz Splita. Nad njim je dokazne radnje provelo Općinsko državno odvjetništvo u Splitu nakon čega su ocijenili kako imaju osnove za podizanje optužnice.
41-godišnjaku se stavlja na teret da je 21. veljače prošle godine u 10:16 sati, dan nakon utakmice Lokomotiva - Hajduk, sa svog mobitela poslao poruku prijetećeg sadržaja na adresu elektroničke pošte komisije sudaca.
Namjera mu je bila da zastraši suca nogometne utakmice. Ova poruka je kod nogometnog suca izazvala osjećaj straha i bojazni, a kako je povezana s njegovim radom kazneni postupak se vodi po službenoj dužnosti.
U optužnici je tužiteljstvo zatražilo da sud izda kazneni nalog kojim prihvaća zahtjev da se optuženi proglasi krivim. Predložili su da se 41-godišnjak osudi na uvjetnu kaznu zatvora od šest mjeseci uz rok kušnje od godine dana što je niže od minimalne kazne koja je zapriječena zakonom.
Kod kaznenih naloga je uobičajeno da se ide s nižom sankcijom jer on podrazumjeva da optuženi prizna krivnju i da se izbjegne suđenje. Ukoliko optuženi 41-godišnjak ne prihvati kazneni nalog i ne prizna krivnju, provest će se glavna rasprava na Općinskom sudu u Splitu.
U tom slučaju mu prijeti bezuvjetna kazna zatvora. Kazneni zakon navodi: ako je prijetnja počinjena prema službenoj ili odgovornoj osobi u vezi s njezinim radom ili položajem počinitelj će se kazniti zatvorom od šest mjeseci do pet godina.

Zbog prijetećih poruka nogometnom sucu optužen je 41-godišnjak iz Splita. Nad njim je dokazne radnje provelo Općinsko državno odvjetništvo u Splitu nakon čega su ocijenili kako imaju osnove za podizanje optužnice.
41-godišnjaku se stavlja na teret da je 21. veljače prošle godine u 10:16 sati, dan nakon utakmice Lokomotiva - Hajduk, sa svog mobitela poslao poruku prijetećeg sadržaja na adresu elektroničke pošte komisije sudaca.
Namjera mu je bila da zastraši suca nogometne utakmice. Ova poruka je kod nogometnog suca izazvala osjećaj straha i bojazni, a kako je povezana s njegovim radom kazneni postupak se vodi po službenoj dužnosti.
U optužnici je tužiteljstvo zatražilo da sud izda kazneni nalog kojim prihvaća zahtjev da se optuženi proglasi krivim. Predložili su da se 41-godišnjak osudi na uvjetnu kaznu zatvora od šest mjeseci uz rok kušnje od godine dana što je niže od minimalne kazne koja je zapriječena zakonom.
Kod kaznenih naloga je uobičajeno da se ide s nižom sankcijom jer on podrazumjeva da optuženi prizna krivnju i da se izbjegne suđenje. Ukoliko optuženi 41-godišnjak ne prihvati kazneni nalog i ne prizna krivnju, provest će se glavna rasprava na Općinskom sudu u Splitu.
U tom slučaju mu prijeti bezuvjetna kazna zatvora. Kazneni zakon navodi: ako je prijetnja počinjena prema službenoj ili odgovornoj osobi u vezi s njezinim radom ili položajem počinitelj će se kazniti zatvorom od šest mjeseci do pet godina.
