Zbog slučaja male Nikol, čija je sudbina prošle godine šokirala Hrvatsku, podignuto 7 kaznenih prijava

- Djelatnici Centra za socijalnu skrb su nepravodobno i nestručno donosili odluke koje nisu u interesu djevojčice, a niti maci nisu pružili pomoć kao dugogodišnjoj žrtvi obiteljskog nasilja, niti su poduzimali sve što je trebalo protiv zlostavljača. Umjesto da je Centar za socijalnu skrb pokrenuo postupak da se roditeljima oduzmu sva djeca koja nisu dobivala ni ljubav, ni pažnju, ni zdravstvenu zaštitu, malu Nikol na zahtjev roditelja su vratili u primarnu obitelj i to unatoč tome što roditelji u dvije godine, koliko je Nikoli živjela kod udomitelja, jedva da su iskazivali ikakav interes za nju i unatoč velikoj povijesti nasilja u obitelji i unatoč tomu što je ocu oduzeto pravo na roditeljsku skrb za prvo dijete. Detalji su to zaključka kontrolnog upravnog nadzora nad radom Centra za socijalnu skrb Nova Gradiška koje je provela četvero stručnjaka Ministarstvo rada, mirovinskog sustava, obitelji i socijalne politike - objavila je N1 televizija.

Sunčica Lončar iz Sektora za upravni i inspekcijski nadzor rekla je za N1 televiziju da je na traženje Državnog odvjetništva proveden kontrolni nadzor koji je bio sveobuhvatan nadzor u odnosu na nadzor koji je obavljen u travnju 2021 godine. Potvrđen je nadzor iz travnja 2021., s tim da su detaljno utvrđene brojne nepravilnosti Centar za socijalnu skrbi kojem je izdano 30 mjera s rokovima postupanja.

Rezultat tog nadzora potpuno je suprotan onome što su utvrdile komore.

- U međuvremenu od nadzora Ministarstva, stručni nadzor provele su Hrvatska komora socijalnih radnika i Hrvatska psihološka komora. U njihovim nadzorima nisu bile utvrđene nepravilnosti stručnih radnika, znači nije bilo nepravilnosti u postupanju što se tiče jedne i druge komore. Ovaj nadzor Ministarstva je kontrolni nadzor i obuhvatio je nadzor nad radom komora, te su pozvane komore da daju svoje očitovanje i preispitaju svoje postupanje u provedbi nadzora. Sve je rezultiralo podnošenjem 7 kaznenih prijava, Četiri se odnose na komore, odnosno dvije za Komoru socijalnih radnika i dvije za Hrvatsku psihološku komoru, te tri za stručne radnike Centra za socijalnu skrb.

- Mjere koje se nalažu u izvješću odnose se na unaprjeđenje postupanja Centra za socijalnu skrb kako bi se ovakve situacije izbjegle i smanjio se njihov broj na najmanju moguću mjeru. Što se tiče stručnih radnika, to se odnosi na ravnatelja ustanove koji onda dalje u svom djelokrugu rada prema naložim mjerama i rokovima postupanja ima dalje postupati. Radi se o preispitivanju odgovornosti stručnih radnica Centra za socijalnu skrb Nova Gradiška - kazala je Sunčica Lončar.

Na pitanje novinarke N1 o mogućim otkazima, Lončar je to potvrdila.

Zbog slučaja male Nikol, čija je sudbina prošle godine šokirala Hrvatsku, podignuto 7 kaznenih prijava

- Djelatnici Centra za socijalnu skrb su nepravodobno i nestručno donosili odluke koje nisu u interesu djevojčice, a niti maci nisu pružili pomoć kao dugogodišnjoj žrtvi obiteljskog nasilja, niti su poduzimali sve što je trebalo protiv zlostavljača. Umjesto da je Centar za socijalnu skrb pokrenuo postupak da se roditeljima oduzmu sva djeca koja nisu dobivala ni ljubav, ni pažnju, ni zdravstvenu zaštitu, malu Nikol na zahtjev roditelja su vratili u primarnu obitelj i to unatoč tome što roditelji u dvije godine, koliko je Nikoli živjela kod udomitelja, jedva da su iskazivali ikakav interes za nju i unatoč velikoj povijesti nasilja u obitelji i unatoč tomu što je ocu oduzeto pravo na roditeljsku skrb za prvo dijete. Detalji su to zaključka kontrolnog upravnog nadzora nad radom Centra za socijalnu skrb Nova Gradiška koje je provela četvero stručnjaka Ministarstvo rada, mirovinskog sustava, obitelji i socijalne politike - objavila je N1 televizija.

Sunčica Lončar iz Sektora za upravni i inspekcijski nadzor rekla je za N1 televiziju da je na traženje Državnog odvjetništva proveden kontrolni nadzor koji je bio sveobuhvatan nadzor u odnosu na nadzor koji je obavljen u travnju 2021 godine. Potvrđen je nadzor iz travnja 2021., s tim da su detaljno utvrđene brojne nepravilnosti Centar za socijalnu skrbi kojem je izdano 30 mjera s rokovima postupanja.

Rezultat tog nadzora potpuno je suprotan onome što su utvrdile komore.

- U međuvremenu od nadzora Ministarstva, stručni nadzor provele su Hrvatska komora socijalnih radnika i Hrvatska psihološka komora. U njihovim nadzorima nisu bile utvrđene nepravilnosti stručnih radnika, znači nije bilo nepravilnosti u postupanju što se tiče jedne i druge komore. Ovaj nadzor Ministarstva je kontrolni nadzor i obuhvatio je nadzor nad radom komora, te su pozvane komore da daju svoje očitovanje i preispitaju svoje postupanje u provedbi nadzora. Sve je rezultiralo podnošenjem 7 kaznenih prijava, Četiri se odnose na komore, odnosno dvije za Komoru socijalnih radnika i dvije za Hrvatsku psihološku komoru, te tri za stručne radnike Centra za socijalnu skrb.

- Mjere koje se nalažu u izvješću odnose se na unaprjeđenje postupanja Centra za socijalnu skrb kako bi se ovakve situacije izbjegle i smanjio se njihov broj na najmanju moguću mjeru. Što se tiče stručnih radnika, to se odnosi na ravnatelja ustanove koji onda dalje u svom djelokrugu rada prema naložim mjerama i rokovima postupanja ima dalje postupati. Radi se o preispitivanju odgovornosti stručnih radnica Centra za socijalnu skrb Nova Gradiška - kazala je Sunčica Lončar.

Zbog slučaja male Nikol, čija je sudbina prošle godine šokirala Hrvatsku, podignuto 7 kaznenih prijava

- Djelatnici Centra za socijalnu skrb su nepravodobno i nestručno donosili odluke koje nisu u interesu djevojčice, a niti maci nisu pružili pomoć kao dugogodišnjoj žrtvi obiteljskog nasilja, niti su poduzimali sve što je trebalo protiv zlostavljača. Umjesto da je Centar za socijalnu skrb pokrenuo postupak da se roditeljima oduzmu sva djeca koja nisu dobivala ni ljubav, ni pažnju, ni zdravstvenu zaštitu, malu Nikol na zahtjev roditelja su vratili u primarnu obitelj i to unatoč tome što roditelji u dvije godine, koliko je Nikoli živjela kod udomitelja, jedva da su iskazivali ikakav interes za nju i unatoč velikoj povijesti nasilja u obitelji i unatoč tomu što je ocu oduzeto pravo na r...
