Uskokova tužiteljica izvijestila je Sud da nema potvrdu je li jedan od glavnih Uskokovih svjedoka primio poziv za svjedočenje pa je sutkinja Jasna Smiljanić odlučila da će se Šelebaj preko tajnika Suda pozvati na ročište 21. siječnja kada bi trebao svjedočiti zaštićeni svjedok po imenu Krešo koji je prema pisanju medija u istrazi teško teretio Svilana.

Uskok Svilana tereti da je od kraja 2004. do kraja 2007. od Šelebaja primio 262 tisuće eura mita u zamjenu za prikazivanje emisija "Jedan na jedan", "U sridu" i "Istraga", pri čemu je za svaku emisiju od Šelebaja navodno dobivao po tisuću eura.

I sam Šelebaj je u drugom postupku optužen za zloporabu položaja, to jest da je od studenog 2004. do veljače 2007. preko fiktivnih računa izvukao 9,4 milijuna kuna iz tvrtke "Core media" i još jedne tvrtke te pritom državu oštetio za 3,1 milijun kuna neplaćenog PDV-a. Na posljednjem ročištu jedan od glavnih USKOK-ovih svjedoka producent Edvin Softić izjavio je da su Svilana zvali "Mister Tisuću" te da mu je 2006. predao kuvertu u kojoj mu je za realizaciju emisije "U sridu" bilo namijenjeno 14.400 kuna.

Suđenje se nastavlja sutra ispitivanjem četiri svjedoka.

tvrtke Core Media Vladimir Šelebaj Sellier nije došao danas na zagrebački Županijski sud svjedočiti na suđenju bivšem direktoru programa Nove TV Siniši Svilanu kojega je, po vlastitom priznanju, godinama podmićivao u zamjenu za prikazivanje emisija njegove produkcijske tvrtke.

Uskokova tužiteljica izvijestila je Sud da nema potvrdu je li jedan od glavnih Uskokovih svjedoka primio poziv za svjedočenje pa je sutkinja Jasna Smiljanić odlučila da će se Šelebaj preko tajnika Suda pozvati na ročište 21. siječnja kada bi trebao svjedočiti zaštićeni svjedok po imenu Krešo koji je prema pisanju medija u istrazi teško teretio Svilana.

Uskok Svilana tereti da je od kraja 2004. do kraja 2007. od Šelebaja primio 262 tisuće eura mita u zamjenu za prikazivanje emisija "Jedan na jedan", "U sridu" i "Istraga", pri čemu je za svaku emisiju od Šelebaja navodno dobivao po tisuću eura.

I sam Šelebaj je u drugom postupku optužen za zloporabu položaja, to jest da je od studenog 2004. do veljače 2007. preko fiktivnih računa izvukao 9,4 milijuna kuna iz tvrtke "Core media" i još jedne tvrtke te pritom državu oštetio za 3,1 milijun kuna neplaćenog PDV-a. Na posljednjem ročištu jedan od glavnih USKOK-ovih svjedoka producent Edvin Softić izjavio je da su Svilana zvali "Mister Tisuću" te da mu je 2006. predao kuvertu u kojoj mu je za realizaciju emisije "U sridu" bilo namijenjeno 14.400 kuna.

Suđenje se nastavlja sutra ispitivanjem četiri svjedoka.

Vlasnik produkcijske tvrtke Core Media Vladimir Šelebaj Sellier nije došao danas na zagrebački Županijski sud svjedočiti na suđenju bivšem direktoru programa Nove TV Siniši Svilanu kojega je, po vlastitom priznanju, godinama podmićivao u zamjenu za prikazivanje emisija njegove produkcijske tvrtke.
