Iako će neki reći kako USKOK u ovoj državi ima toliko velikih korupcijskih afera za istraživanje da bi im za to trebalo još najmanje tri puta toliko zamjenika, stignu se oni, dok se te velike afere "ne otvore", baviti i sitnim korupcijama i zlouporabama na lokalnoj razini koje će mnogi nazvati beznačajnima i besmislenima.

Jedan od takvih "malih" slučajeva zasigurno jest i onaj u kojem su optuženi T. P. (39) iz Lovreća, zamjenik voditelja pisarnice Općinskog suda u Splitu, Stalne službe u Imotskom te L. Ć. (30), vozač iz Imotskog. USKOK je, nakon provedene istrage, pred Županijskim sudom u Splitu podigao optužnicu u kojoj sudskog referenta terete za zlouporabu položaja i ovlasti, a vozača za poticanje na zlouporabu položaja i ovlasti i krivotvorenja službene ili poslovne isprave.

Konkretno, sudskog se referenta tereti da je u razdoblju od 27. srpnja do 12. listopada 2018. u Imotskom i Splitu pristao na traženje T. P.-a da mu, kako bi se mogao zaposliti kao vozač u Zavodu za hitnu medicinu Splitsko-dalmatinske županije, napravi i izda uvjerenje da se protiv njega ne vodi kazneni postupak što, kako se navodi, u toim trenutku nije bila istina jer su se protiv 30-godišnjaka vodila čak dva kaznena postupka zbog prijevare.

Zanimljiva je i činjenica koja proizlazi iz dokumentacije, a po kojoj se Lovrećanin zaposlio 1. srpnja 2018. godine kao sudski referent, a time je postao i službena osoba, da bi samo dvadesetak dana kasnije počinio, tvrdi USKOK, utuženo kazneno djelo.

- Naime, iako je I. okr. uvidom u sustav eSpis utvrdio da se protiv II. okr. vode dva kaznena postupka po osnovi potvrđenih optužnica Općinskog državnog odvjetništva u Splitu, izradio je uvjerenje u kojem je neistinito navedeno da se protiv II. okr. ne vodi kazneni postupak. Zatim je II. okr., znajući da je u uvjerenju neistinito navedeno da se protiv njega ne vodi kazneni postupak, uvjerenje predao u Zavodu za hitnu medicinu Splitsko-dalmatinske županije prilikom zasnivanja radnog odnosa za radno mjesto vozača u sanitetskom prijevozu - naveo je USKOK u svom priopćenju.

Vozač Hitne pomoći osuđen je, utvrdio je USKOK, u prvom slučaju po optužnici ODO-a koja je potvrđena 26. siječnja 2015. godine, a po kojoj je krajem ožujka 2018. godine osuđen na pet mjeseci zatvora s rokom kušnje od dvije godine što je postalo pravomoćno krajem ožujka 2019. godine. U drugom je slučaju optužnica ODO-a potvrđena krajem prosinca 2015. godine, a vozač je zbog prijevare osuđen sredinom prosinca 2019. godine na devet mjeseci zatvora s rokom kušnje od dvije godine. Ta je presuda postala pravomoćna 15. veljače 2022. godine.

Nije poznato zašto je sudski referent "friziranjem" uvjerenja riskirao svoj posao i kazneni progon, da li zbog prijateljstva s vozačem ili nečeg drugog, no za sad nema dokaza da je primio bilo kakvo mito jer bi tad sigurno bio optužen i za to kazneno djelo. Iako će neki reći kako USKOK u ovoj državi ima toliko velikih korupcijskih afera za istraživanje da bi im za to trebalo još najmanje tri puta toliko zamjenika, stignu se oni, dok se te velike afere "ne otvore", baviti i sitnim korupcijama i zlouporabama na lokalnoj razini koje će mnogi nazvati beznačajnima i besmislenima.

Jedan od takvih "malih" slučajeva zasigurno jest i onaj u kojem su optuženi T. P. (39) iz Lovreća, zamjenik voditelja pisarnice Općinskog suda u Splitu, Stalne službe u Imotskom te L. Ć. (30), vozač iz Imotskog. USKOK je, nakon provedene istrage, pred Županijskim sudom u Splitu podigao optužnicu u kojoj sudskog referenta terete za zlouporabu položaja i ovlasti, a vozača za poticanje na zlouporabu položaja i ovlasti i krivotvorenja službene ili poslovne isprave.

Konkretno, sudskog se referenta tereti da je u razdoblju od 27. srpnja do 12. listopada 2018. u Imotskom i Splitu pristao na traženje T. P.-a da mu, kako bi se mogao zaposliti kao vozač u Zavodu za hitnu medicinu Splitsko-dalmatinske županije, napravi i izda uvjerenje da se protiv njega ne vodi kazneni postupak što, kako se navodi, u toim trenutku nije bila istina jer su se protiv 30-godišnjaka vodila čak dva kaznena postupka zbog prijevare.

Zanimljiva je i činjenica koja proizlazi iz dokumentacije, a po kojoj se Lovrećanin zaposlio 1. srpnja 2018. godine kao sudski referent, a time je postao i službena osoba, da bi samo dvadesetak dana kasnije počinio, tvrdi USKOK, utuženo kazneno djelo.

- Naime, iako je I. okr. uvidom u sustav eSpis utvrdio da se protiv II. okr. vode dva kaznena postupka po osnovi potvrđenih optužnica Općinskog državnog odvjetništva u Splitu, izradio je uvjerenje u kojem je neistinito navedeno da se protiv II. okr. ne vodi kazneni postupak. Zatim je II. okr., znajući da je u uvjerenju neistinito navedeno da se protiv njega ne vodi kazneni postupak, uvjerenje predao u Zavodu za hitnu medicinu Splitsko-dalmatinske županije prilikom zasnivanja radnog odnosa za radno mjesto vozača u sanitetskom prijevozu - naveo je USKOK u svom priopćenju.

Vozač Hitne pomoći osuđen je, utvrdio je USKOK, u prvom slučaju po optužnici ODO-a koja je potvrđena 26. siječnja 2015. godine, a po kojoj je krajem ožujka 2018. godine osuđen na pet mjeseci zatvora s rokom kušnje od dvije godine što je postalo pravomoćno krajem ožujka 2019. godine. U drugom je slučaju optužnica ODO-a potvrđena krajem prosinca 2015. godine, a vozač je zbog prijevare osuđen sredinom prosinca 2019. godine na devet mjeseci zatvora s rokom kušnje od dvije godine. Ta je presuda postala pravomoćna 15. veljače 2022. godine.

Nije poznato zašto je sudski referent "friziranjem" uvjerenja riskirao svoj posao i kazneni progon, da li zbog prijateljstva s vozačem ili nečeg drugog, no za sad nema dokaza da je primio bilo kakvo mito jer bi tad sigurno bio optužen i za to kazneno djelo. Samo 20 dana nakon zaposlenja sudski referent u Imotskom zlorabio položaj? Evo detalja USKOK-ove optužnice

Iako će neki reći kako USKOK u ovoj državi ima toliko velikih korupcijskih afera za istraživanje da bi im za to trebalo još najmanje tri puta toliko zamjenika, stignu se oni, dok se te velike afere "ne otvore", baviti i sitnim korupcijama i zlouporabama na lokalnoj razini koje će mnogi nazvati beznačajnima i besmislenima.

Jedan od takvih "malih" slučajeva zasigurno jest i onaj u kojem su optuženi T. P. (39) iz Lovreća, zamjenik voditelja pisarnice Općinskog suda u Splitu, Stalne službe u Imotskom te L. Ć. (30), vozač iz Imotskog. USKOK je, nakon provedene istrage, pred Županijskim sudom u Splitu podigao optužnicu u kojoj sudskog referenta terete za zlouporabu položaja i ovlasti, a vozača za poticanje na zlouporabu položaja i ovlasti i krivotvorenja službene ili poslovne isprave.

Konkretno, sudskog se referenta tereti da je u razdoblju od 27. srpnja do 12. listopada 2018. u Imotskom i Splitu pristao na traženje T. P.-a da mu, kako bi se mogao zaposliti kao vozač u Zavodu za hitnu medicinu Splitsko-dalmatinske županije, napravi i izda uvjerenje da se protiv njega ne vodi kazneni postupak što, kako se navodi, u toim trenutku nije bila istina jer su se protiv 30-godišnjaka vodila čak dva kaznena postupka zbog prijevare.
