Zbog provale u osobni automobil koji je bio parkiran na predjelu Sirobuja na Bilicama je završio 57-godišnjak iz Splita. Iako iz vozila nije ništa ukrao, slobode ga je koštao njegov dosje u kojem ima hrpu prijava za isto kazneno djelo.

Uhitili su ga policijski službenici Druge Policijske postaje Split koji su  ga doveli u službene prostorije i proveli  kriminalističko istraživanje nad njim. Zatim je uz kaznenu prijavu zbog teške krađe, koja se tako kvalificira zbog provaljivanja, predan pritvorskom nadzorniku.

Nakon ispitivanja na Općinskom državnom odvjetništvu je nad njim određen istražni zatvor zbog opasnosti da bi mogao ponoviti kazneno djelo jer se radi o multi recidivistu. Njegovim zadržavanjem u zatvoru pokušat će se, između ostalog, smanjiti broj provala u vozila.

Njih je tijekom 2020. godine na području PU splitsko-dalmatinske evidentirano ukupno 47, što bi značilo četiri dnevno. Od toga je u 18 slučaja otkriven i procesuiran počinitelj nedjela, saznajemo iz Odjela za izvještajnu analitiku i odnose  s javnošću.

Zbog provale u osobni automobil koji je bio parkiran na predjelu Sirobuja na Bilicama je završio 57-godišnjak iz Splita. Iako iz vozila nije ništa ukrao, slobode ga je koštao njegov dosje u kojem ima hrpu prijava za isto kazneno djelo.

Uhitili su ga policijski službenici Druge Policijske postaje Split koji su  ga doveli u službene prostorije i proveli  kriminalističko istraživanje nad njim. Zatim je uz kaznenu prijavu zbog teške krađe, koja se tako kvalificira zbog provaljivanja, predan pritvorskom nadzorniku.

Nakon ispitivanja na Općinskom državnom odvjetništvu je nad njim određen istražni zatvor zbog opasnosti da bi mogao ponoviti kazneno djelo jer se radi o multi recidivistu. Njegovim zadržavanjem u zatvoru pokušat će se, između ostalog, smanjiti broj provala u vozila.

Njih je tijekom 2020. godine na području PU splitsko-dalmatinske evidentirano ukupno 47, što bi značilo četiri dnevno. Od toga je u 18 slučaja otkriven i procesuiran počinitelj nedjela, saznajemo iz Odjela za izvještajnu analitiku i odnose  s javnošću.

Provalnik iz Splita (57) uhvaćen na djelu: iz automobila nije ništa ukrao, ali postoji dobar razlog zašto je do daljnjeg smješten u zatvor na Bilicama

Zbog provale u osobni automobil koji je bio parkiran na predjelu Sirobuja na Bilicama je završio 57-godišnjak iz Splita. Iako iz vozila nije ništa ukrao, slobode ga je koštao njegov dosje u kojem ima hrpu prijava za isto kazneno djelo.

Uhitili su ga policijski službenici Druge Policijske postaje Split koji su  ga doveli u službene prostorije i proveli  kriminalističko istraživanje nad njim. Zatim je uz kaznenu prijavu zbog teške krađe, koja se tako kvalificira zbog provaljivanja, predan pritvorskom nadzorniku.

Nakon ispitivanja na Općinskom državnom odvjetništvu je nad njim određen istražni zatvor zbog opasnosti da bi mogao ponoviti kazneno djelo jer se radi o multi recidivistu. Njegovim zadržavanjem u zatvoru pokušat će se, između ostalog, smanjiti broj provala u vozila....
