Bio sam ovisnik o heroinu, nisam imao novaca, a novac od prvog razbojništva sam utrošio na kupnju droge dok je novac iz drugog nađen kod mene.

Nakon izlaska iz zatvora u sprnju prošle godine, nisam se mogao nigdje zaposliti jer bi me svaki poslodavac odbio kad bi vidio da sam osuđivan. Uzela me prokleta droga, to nisam bio ja, spreman sam se ispričati djelatnicama trgovina i vratit novac - kazao je u petak na Županijskom sudu u Splitu 23-godišnji Jure Zec kojem se sudi zbog dva razbojništva iz siječnja ove godine.

Zec je iz zatvora u kojem je bio na služenju kazne od pet godina i tri mjeseca, pušten osam mjeseci ranije, u srpnju 2013. godine, a razbojništva za koja mu sude počinio je pod uvjetnom kaznom. Županijsko državno odvjetništvo ga tereti da je 4. siječnja ove godine oko 19.30 sati u Iločkoj ulici ušao u trgovinu "Picollo" i to maskiran bijelom majicom s prorezima za oči, a u ruci je držao nož dužine oštrice 30 centimetara.

Od prestravljene djelatnice kojoj je z aprijetio, uzeo je 2300 kuna. Dan poslije, oko 21.20 sati, na isti način maskiran upao je u trgovinu "Tobacco" u Velebitskoj ulici te je nožem dužine oštrice 20 do 30 cm zaprijetio djelatnici i uzeo 3870 kuna. Nakon oba razbojništva noževe je bacio u more, a majice u kontejnere. Prilikom drugog razbojništva, zatekao ga je policajac i uhitio, a kod njega je pronađen novac koji je i vraćen vlasniku.

- Niti sam im naudio, niti bih ikad naudio tim ženama jer je na njihovom mjestu mogla biti koja od mojih sestara - rekao je Zec koji je u petak sucu Zoranu Kežiću govorio i o svojoj teškoj životnoj situaciji i djetinjstvu, o tome kako ga je biološka majka napustila kad mu je bilo godinu i dva mjeseca, kako mu je otac teško bolestan i da je on odgojio njega i sestre.

Potom je njegova pomajka govorila o tome kako je Jure kao dječak bio dosta agresivan i da je psihijatrica čiji je, kao maloljetnik bio pacijent, kazala da je njegova agresija i nezadovoljstvo ustvari upućeno njegovoj biološkoj majci.

- Završio je pet razreda osnovne škole, a do trećeg sam mogla njime upravljati. Poslije su počeli problemi - kazala je Jurina pomajka.

- Nažalost, kad uđe droga u kuću, malo toga je dobro, đavao učini svoje, dođe nered i problem na problem - pokazao je ratzumijevanje sudac Kežić. No, malo manje suosjećajna bila je Marina Matušan, zamjenica ŽDO-a, koja je kazala da je Jurino priznanje proračunato budući da je odlučio priznati sve tek na raspravi kad je vidio da postoje neoborivi materijalni dokazi protiv njega.

- On je već tri puta osuđivan zbog istovrsnih kaznenih djela, a nastavlja ih i dalje činiti, pa je očito da kazne na njega nisu djelovale - ustvrdila je, među ostalim, zamjenica ŽDO-a. Presudu će sudac Kežić objaviti idućeg tjedna.

Nakon izlaska iz zatvora u sprnju prošle godine, nisam se mogao nigdje zaposliti jer bi me svaki poslodavac odbio kad bi vidio da sam osuđivan. Uzela me prokleta droga, to nisam bio ja, spreman sam se ispričati djelatnicama trgovina i vratit novac - kazao je u petak na Županijskom sudu u Splitu 23-godišnji Jure Zec kojem se sudi zbog dva razbojništva iz siječnja ove godine.

Zec je iz zatvora u kojem je bio na služenju kazne od pet godina i tri mjeseca, pušten osam mjeseci ranije, u srpnju 2013. godine, a razbojništva za koja mu sude počinio je pod uvjetnom kaznom. Županijsko državno odvjetništvo ga tereti da je 4. siječnja ove godine oko 19.30 sati u Iločkoj ulici ušao u trgovinu "Picollo" i to maskiran bijelom majicom s prorezima za oči, a u ruci je držao nož dužine oštrice 30 centimetara.

Od prestravljene djelatnice kojoj je z aprijetio, uzeo je 2300 kuna. Dan poslije, oko 21.20 sati, na isti način maskiran upao je u trgovinu "Tobacco" u Velebitskoj ulici te je nožem dužine oštrice 20 do 30 cm zaprijetio djelatnici i uzeo 3870 kuna. Nakon oba razbojništva noževe je bacio u more, a majice u kontejnere. Prilikom drugog razbojništva, zatekao ga je policajac i uhitio, a kod njega je pronađen novac koji je i vraćen vlasniku.

- Niti sam im naudio, niti bih ikad naudio tim ženama jer je na njihovom mjestu mogla biti koja od mojih sestara - rekao je Zec koji je u petak sucu Zoranu Kežiću govorio i o svojoj teškoj životnoj situaciji i djetinjstvu, o tome kako ga je biološka majka napustila kad mu je bilo godinu i dva mjeseca, kako mu je otac teško bolestan i da je on odgojio njega i sestre.

Potom je njegova pomajka govorila o tome kako je Jure kao dječak bio dosta agresivan i da je psihijatrica čiji je, kao maloljetnik bio pacijent, kazala da je njegova agresija i nezadovoljstvo ustvari upućeno njegovoj biološkoj majci.

- Završio je pet razreda osnovne škole, a do trećeg sam mogla njime upravljati. Poslije su počeli problemi - kazala je Jurina pomajka.

- Nažalost, kad uđe droga u kuću, malo toga je dobro, đavao učini svoje, dođe nered i problem na problem - pokazao je ratzumijevanje sudac Kežić. No, malo manje suosjećajna bila je Marina Matušan, zamjenica ŽDO-a, koja je kazala da je Jurino priznanje proračunato budući da je odlučio priznati sve tek na raspravi kad je vidio da postoje neoborivi materijalni dokazi protiv njega.

- On je već tri puta osuđivan zbog istovrsnih kaznenih djela, a nastavlja ih i dalje činiti, pa je očito da kazne na njega nisu djelovale - ustvrdila je, među ostalim, zamjenica ŽDO-a. Presudu će sudac Kežić objaviti idućeg tjedna.
