To je učinio krajem siječnja ove godine, a prijedlog predstečajne nagodbe prihvaćen je 26. veljače ove godine.

Oštećeni čekaju rasplet

Dakle, osim što ima dug prema Zagrebačkoj banci koja je “sjela” na njegovu investiciju, zgradu “Lipi običaji” na splitskom Sućidru − gdje su zbog toga kupci 41 stana i garažnog mjesta ostali i bez novca i bez svojih stanova − Jogunica duguje i dobavljačima, izvođačima radova i drugim partnerima.

Već je određena Natalija Mladineo kao povjerenica predstečajne nagodbe i sada svi oštećeni željno čekaju rasplet situacije nadajući se da će doći barem do dijela svojih potraživanja. Natalija Mladineo javila se na naš poziv, ali nije htjela ništa govoriti o predstečajnoj nagodbi tvrtke “Nitor” d.o.o.

- Jogunica ima neku zemlju u okolici Dubrovnika, neku zemlju u Novalji, dva poslovna prostora u Solinu te stan od 82 kvadrata u Marmontovoj ulici u Splitu. Budući da se od ovih stanova u zgradi “Lipi običaji” može najvjerojatnije naplatiti jedino Zagrebačka banka, mi kupci stanova najvjerojatnije ćemo izvisiti. I ako Zagrebačka banka Jogunici uzme zgradu “Lipi običaji” i proda je, novog vlasnika čeka veliki posao. Stanovi u zgradi su završeni, no zgrada nema priključak na struju i vodu, nema elaborat o etažiranju, a ni uporabnu dozvolu - rekao nam je jedan od kupaca.

Na informaciju da su neki oštećeni već zaposjeli Joguničine stanove u zgradi “Lipi običaji” na Sućidru, dobili smo odgovor da je u zgradi nemoguće živjeti bez struje i vode i da su to vjerojatno neki “Robinsoni” koji na taj način neće uspjeti doći do svojeg novca.

To je učinio krajem siječnja ove godine, a prijedlog predstečajne nagodbe prihvaćen je 26. veljače ove godine.

Oštećeni čekaju rasplet

Dakle, osim što ima dug prema Zagrebačkoj banci koja je “sjela” na njegovu investiciju, zgradu “Lipi običaji” na splitskom Sućidru − gdje su zbog toga kupci 41 stana i garažnog mjesta ostali i bez novca i bez svojih stanova − Jogunica duguje i dobavljačima, izvođačima radova i drugim partnerima.

Već je određena Natalija Mladineo kao povjerenica predstečajne nagodbe i sada svi oštećeni željno čekaju rasplet situacije nadajući se da će doći barem do dijela svojih potraživanja. Natalija Mladineo javila se na naš poziv, ali nije htjela ništa govoriti o predstečajnoj nagodbi tvrtke “Nitor” d.o.o.

- Jogunica ima neku zemlju u okolici Dubrovnika, neku zemlju u Novalji, dva poslovna prostora u Solinu te stan od 82 kvadrata u Marmontovoj ulici u Splitu. Budući da se od ovih stanova u zgradi “Lipi običaji” može najvjerojatnije naplatiti jedino Zagrebačka banka, mi kupci stanova najvjerojatnije ćemo izvisiti. I ako Zagrebačka banka Jogunici uzme zgradu “Lipi običaji” i proda je, novog vlasnika čeka veliki posao. Stanovi u zgradi su završeni, no zgrada nema priključak na struju i vodu, nema elaborat o etažiranju, a ni uporabnu dozvolu - rekao nam je jedan od kupaca.

Na informaciju da su neki oštećeni već zaposjeli Joguničine stanove u zgradi “Lipi običaji” na Sućidru, dobili smo odgovor da je u zgradi nemoguće živjeti bez struje i vode i da su to vjerojatno neki “Robinsoni” koji na taj način neće uspjeti doći do svojeg novca.
