Optuženi Ivan Medak odstavio je sudskom vijeću nalaz liječnika iz Zagreba prema kojem zbog hipertenzije mora mirovati i napraviti dodatne nalaze te ne može putovati i doći na sud u Split. Suđenje je odgođeno za početak srpnja.

Nad Ivanom Medakom, bivšim direktorom iz HŽ-a, Ivanom Tomaškovićem, direktorom tvrtke “Intrade”, Jozom Bazinom, savjetnikom u navedenoj tvrtki, Dragom Roguljom, šefom protupožarne zaštite HŽ-a u Splitu i Brankom Tišljarom, vatrogascem DVD-a Stružac provodi se suđenje zbog optužbe da su sudjelovali u nabavi i korištenju retardanta TG-300 čije nanošenje na tračnice je dovelo do tragedije.

Tijekom dugotrajnog suđenja naložena je dopuna prvotnog vještačenja nagibnog vlaka te su na splitski sud pozvani vještaci: Davor Belas, Berislav Barišić Jaman, Mladen Rutalj, Ivana Bačić i Stanislav Peruško.

Njihova zadaća je da odgovorre na brojna pitanja branitelja okrivljenih koji osporavaju da je samo retardant bio uzrok nesreće. Smatraju, naime, kako je vlak imao niz neispravnosti koje su dovele do željezničke nesreće.

Optuženi Ivan Medak odstavio je sudskom vijeću nalaz liječnika iz Zagreba prema kojem zbog hipertenzije mora mirovati i napraviti dodatne nalaze te ne može putovati i doći na sud u Split. Suđenje je odgođeno za početak srpnja.

Nad Ivanom Medakom, bivšim direktorom iz HŽ-a, Ivanom Tomaškovićem, direktorom tvrtke “Intrade”, Jozom Bazinom, savjetnikom u navedenoj tvrtki, Dragom Roguljom, šefom protupožarne zaštite HŽ-a u Splitu i Brankom Tišljarom, vatrogascem DVD-a Stružac provodi se suđenje zbog optužbe da su sudjelovali u nabavi i korištenju retardanta TG-300 čije nanošenje na tračnice je dovelo do tragedije.

Tijekom dugotrajnog suđenja naložena je dopuna prvotnog vještačenja nagibnog vlaka te su na splitski sud pozvani vještaci: Davor Belas, Berislav Barišić Jaman, Mladen Rutalj, Ivana Bačić i Stanislav Peruško.

Njihova zadaća je da odgovorre na brojna pitanja branitelja okrivljenih koji osporavaju da je samo retardant bio uzrok nesreće. Smatraju, naime, kako je vlak imao niz neispravnosti koje su dovele do željezničke nesreće.

Po treći put za redom odgođeno je suđenje za kobnu nesreću u splitskim Rudinama u ljeto 2009. godine na kojem je u četvrtak trebalo saslušati pet vještaka iz Zagreba. Optuženi Ivan Medak odstavio je sudskom vijeću nalaz liječnika iz Zagreba prema kojem zbog hipertenzije mora mirovati i napraviti dodatne nalaze te ne može putovati i doći na sud u Split.
