Policijski službenici Policijske uprave zagrebačke dovršili su kriminalističko istraživanje nad 37-godišnjakom zbog sumnje u počinjenje kaznenog djela ubojstvo te nad 26-godišnjakom zbog sumnje u počinjenje kaznenog djela pomaganje u ubojstvu na štetu 41-godišnjaka, objavila je zagrebačka policija, izvještava N1.

Policijski službenici Službe općeg kriminaliteta su u suradnji s policijskim službenicima VII policijske postaje (Trešnjevka) proveli kriminalističko istraživanje kojom prilikom je potvrđena sumnja kako je 22. travnja 2023. godine oko 4.40 sati na adresi u Zagrebu u Ulici Florijana Andrašeca u noćnom klubu, oštećeni 41-godišnjak došao u verbalni sukob s jednim od gostiju da bi u jednom trenutku uzeo vatreno oružje, a koje je bilo odloženo ispod jakne na polici koja se nalazi iznad separea pored kojega je oštećeni bio sa svojim društvom te mu ga prislonio na trbuh.

Kada je navedeno doznao osumnjičeni 37-godišnjak je od osumnjičenog 26-godišnjaka uzeo pištolj za sada nepoznate marke i modela te došao do oštećenog. Između njih dvojice tada je izbio verbalni sukob nakon kojega je osumnjičeni ispalio više hitaca, koji su u svojoj putanji pogodili oštećenog nanijevši mu ozlijede od kojih je preminuo na mjestu događaja.

Nakon počinjenog kaznenog djela, osumnjičeni je pištolj kojim je ubio muškarca, predao 26-godišnjaku koji mu je i dao oružje, a koji se tada odnoseći sredstvo izvršenja udaljio s mjesta događaja.

Očevid na mjestu događaja obavila je dežurna zamjenica županijskog državnog odvjetnika u Županijskom državnom odvjetništvu u Zagrebu u suradnji s policijskim službenicima Ekipe za očevide Policijske uprave zagrebačke.

U sklopu provođenja kriminalističkog istraživanja izuzeto je oružje kao moguće sredstvo izvršenja kaznenog djela, a što će se utvrditi vještačenjem.

Osumnjičeni 26-godišnjak je policijski službenik Policijske uprave zagrebačke koji je rješenjem načelnika Policijske uprave zagrebačke od sredine studenoga 2021. godine, privremeno udaljen iz službe zbog težih povreda službenih dužnosti do okončanja disciplinskog postupka.

Tada, u studenom prije dvije godine, oduzeto mu je službeno oružje, službena iskaznica i službena značka kao i druga sredstva povjerena za obavljanje posla. Za oružje koje je 26-godišnjak imao kod sebe posjeduje valjanu dozvolu.

Nakon dovršenog kriminalističkog istraživanja, osumnjičeni su u zakonskom roku predani pritvorskom nadzorniku, a kaznena prijava dostavljena Županijskom državnom odvjetništvu u Zagrebu, piše N1.

Policijski službenici Policijske uprave zagrebačke dovršili su kriminalističko istraživanje nad 37-godišnjakom zbog sumnje u počinjenje kaznenog djela ubojstvo te nad 26-godišnjakom zbog sumnje u počinjenje kaznenog djela pomaganje u ubojstvu na štetu 41-godišnjaka, objavila je zagrebačka policija, izvještava N1.

Policijski službenici Službe općeg kriminaliteta su u suradnji s policijskim službenicima VII policijske postaje (Trešnjevka) proveli kriminalističko istraživanje kojom prilikom je potvrđena sumnja kako je 22. travnja 2023. godine oko 4.40 sati na adresi u Zagrebu u Ulici Florijana Andrašeca u noćnom klubu, oštećeni 41-godišnjak došao u verbalni sukob s jednim od gostiju da bi u jednom trenutku uzeo vatreno oružje, a koje je bilo odloženo ispod jakne na polici koja se nalazi iznad separea pored kojega je oštećeni bio sa svojim društvom te mu ga prislonio na trbuh.

Kada je navedeno doznao osumnjičeni 37-godišnjak je od osumnjičenog 26-godišnjaka uzeo pištolj za sada nepoznate marke i modela te došao do oštećenog. Između njih dvojice tada je izbio verbalni sukob nakon kojega je osumnjičeni ispalio više hitaca, koji su u svojoj putanji pogodili oštećenog nanijevši mu ozlijede od kojih je preminuo na mjestu događaja.

Nakon počinjenog kaznenog djela, osumnjičeni je pištolj kojim je ubio muškarca, predao 26-godišnjaku koji mu je i dao oružje, a koji se tada odnoseći sredstvo izvršenja udaljio s mjesta događaja.

Očevid na mjestu događaja obavila je dežurna zamjenica županijskog državnog odvjetnika u Županijskom državnom odvjetništvu u Zagrebu u suradnji s policijskim službenicima Ekipe za očevide Policijske uprave zagrebačke.

U sklopu provođenja kriminalističkog istraživanja izuzeto je oružje kao moguće sredstvo izvršenja kaznenog djela, a što će se utvrditi vještačenjem.

Osumnjičeni 26-godišnjak je policijski službenik Policijske uprave zagrebačke koji je rješenjem načelnika Policijske uprave zagrebačke od sredine studenoga 2021. godine, privremeno udaljen iz službe zbog težih povreda službenih dužnosti do okončanja disciplinskog postupka.

Tada, u studenom prije dvije godine, oduzeto mu je službeno oružje, službena iskaznica i službena značka kao i druga sredstva povjerena za obavljanje posla. Za oružje koje je 26-godišnjak imao kod sebe posjeduje valjanu dozvolu.

Nakon dovršenog kriminalističkog istraživanja, osumnjičeni su u zakonskom roku predani pritvorskom nadzorniku, a kaznena prijava dostavljena Županijskom državnom odvjetništvu u Zagrebu, piše N1.
