Uskok je u petak podigao optužnicu protiv 17 hrvatskih državljana i tri tvrtke koji tereti da su se utajom poreza i prodajom robe ''na crno'' okoristili za gotovo 11 milijuna kuna.

Nakon proveden istrage Uskok je podigao optužnicu protiv D. H. (36), Š. G. (29), P. Š. (28), I. G. (41), I. J. (32), N. H. V. (35), M. V. (33) i D. R. (23). Optužnica je podignuta i protiv I. R. (31), V. F. (33), Z. G. (39), T. J. (38), D. J. (43), Ž. S. (54), K. K. (41), N. B. (36) i D. P. (33).

Uskok prvookrivljenog D. H. (36) tereti da je od siječnja 2018. do 12. ožujka  2019. povezao ostale okrivljenike radi utaje poreza. Tužiteljstvo je preciziralo da su okrivljenici nabavljali robu iz inozemstva za okrivljene tvrtke kao stvarne kupce, pri čemu su kao prividne kupce i prodavatelje te robe koristili tvrtke kojima je upravljao prvookrivljeni, uz lažno prikazivanje poslovanja.

''Okrivljene tvrtke su prikazivale nabavu robe od tvrtki pod kontrolom zločinačkog udruženja uz iskazivanje nevjerodostojnih računa prijevarnih tvrtki za navodnu prodaju robe okrivljenim i drugim trgovačkim društvima'', dodao je Uskok. Potom prvookrivljeni nije uplaćivao PDV u državni proračun, već je podizao novac u gotovini koji je podijeljen među okrivljenicima.

Na taj način je Državni proračun oštećen za najmanje 9,2 milijuna kuna, priopćio je Uskok.

Prvookrivljenog se tereti i da je s okrivljenicima koristio jednu prijevarnu tvrtku kao paravan radi pribavljanja robe te da je lažno predočavao namjeru plaćanja robe u ugovorenom roku. Uskok je nadodao da je prvookrivljeni robu vrijednu 1,8 milijuna kuna naručivao ovjerenim zadužnicama, iako je znao da one neće biti naplative zbog nedostatka novca na žiro-računu tvrtke. Okrivljenici su zatim robu preuzetu od dobavljača prodavali ''na crno''.

Uskok je zaključio da su se okrivljenici okoristili za najmanje pet milijuna kuna, a okrivljene tvrtke za najmanje 5,9 milijuna kuna. Stoga je Uskok u optužnici predložio da se okrivljenicima oduzme protupravno stečena imovinska korist.

Uskok je u petak podigao optužnicu protiv 17 hrvatskih državljana i tri tvrtke koji tereti da su se utajom poreza i prodajom robe ''na crno'' okoristili za gotovo 11 milijuna kuna.

Nakon proveden istrage Uskok je podigao optužnicu protiv D. H. (36), Š. G. (29), P. Š. (28), I. G. (41), I. J. (32), N. H. V. (35), M. V. (33) i D. R. (23). Optužnica je podignuta i protiv I. R. (31), V. F. (33), Z. G. (39), T. J. (38), D. J. (43), Ž. S. (54), K. K. (41), N. B. (36) i D. P. (33).

Uskok prvookrivljenog D. H. (36) tereti da je od siječnja 2018. do 12. ožujka  2019. povezao ostale okrivljenike radi utaje poreza. Tužiteljstvo je preciziralo da su okrivljenici nabavljali robu iz inozemstva za okrivljene tvrtke kao stvarne kupce, pri čemu su kao prividne kupce i prodavatelje te robe koristili tvrtke kojima je upravljao prvookrivljeni, uz lažno prikazivanje poslovanja.

''Okrivljene tvrtke su prikazivale nabavu robe od tvrtki pod kontrolom zločinačkog udruženja uz iskazivanje nevjerodostojnih računa prijevarnih tvrtki za navodnu prodaju robe okrivljenim i drugim trgovačkim društvima'', dodao je Uskok. Potom prvookrivljeni nije uplaćivao PDV u državni proračun, već je podizao novac u gotovini koji je podijeljen među okrivljenicima.

Na taj način je Državni proračun oštećen za najmanje 9,2 milijuna kuna, priopćio je Uskok.

Prvookrivljenog se tereti i da je s okrivljenicima koristio jednu prijevarnu tvrtku kao paravan radi pribavljanja robe te da je lažno predočavao namjeru plaćanja robe u ugovorenom roku. Uskok je nadodao da je prvookrivljeni robu vrijednu 1,8 milijuna kuna naručivao ovjerenim zadužnicama, iako je znao da one neće biti naplative zbog nedostatka novca na žiro-računu tvrtke. Okrivljenici su zatim robu preuzetu od dobavljača prodavali ''na crno''.

Uskok je zaključio da su se okrivljenici okoristili za najmanje pet milijuna kuna, a okrivljene tvrtke za najmanje 5,9 milijuna kuna. Stoga je Uskok u optužnici predložio da se okrivljenicima oduzme protupravno stečena imovinska korist.

Podignuta optužnica protiv 17-orice preprodavača i utajivača poreza, tereti ih se da su se okoristili za gotovo 11 milijuna kuna

Uskok je u petak podigao optužnicu protiv 17 hrvatskih državljana i tri tvrtke koji tereti da su se utajom poreza i prodajom robe ''na crno'' okoristili za gotovo 11 milijuna kuna.

Nakon proveden istrage Uskok je podigao optužnicu protiv D. H. (36), Š. G. (29), P. Š. (28), I. G. (41), I. J. (32), N. H. V. (35), M. V. (33) i D. R. (23). Optužnica je podignuta i protiv I. R. (31), V. F. (33), Z. G. (39), T. J. (38), D. J. (43), Ž. S. (54), K. K. (41), N. B. (36) i D. P. (33).

Uskok prvookrivljenog D. H. (36) tereti da je od siječnja 2018. do 12. ožujka  2019. povezao ostale okrivljenike radi utaje poreza. Tužiteljstvo je preciziralo da su okrivljenici nabavljali robu iz inozemstva za okrivljene tvrtke kao stvarne kupce, pri čemu su kao prividne kupce i prodavatelje te robe koristil...
