Policijski službenici organiziranog kriminaliteta proveli su kriminalističko istraživanje nad policijskim službenikom Postaje granične policije Imotski.

Kriminalističkim istraživanjem utvrđeno je postojanje osnovane sumnje da je navedeni policijski službenik kao službena osoba iskoristio svoj položaj i ovlasti te prekoračio granice svojih ovlasti na način da je u dva navrata tijekom studenog ove godine omogućio nezakoniti prelazak državne granice stranom državljaninu za kojim su bile raspisane međunarodne tjeralice. 

Kako je policijski službenik time ostvario obilježja kaznenog djela Zlouporaba položaja ili ovlasti, uz kaznenu prijavu je predan pritvorskom nadzorniku, a kaznena prijava je podnesena Uredu za suzbijanje korupcije i organiziranog kriminaliteta.

Policijski službenik je ujedno udaljen iz službe te će protiv njega biti pokrenut disciplinski postupak.

Policijski službenici organiziranog kriminaliteta proveli su kriminalističko istraživanje nad policijskim službenikom Postaje granične policije Imotski.

Kriminalističkim istraživanjem utvrđeno je postojanje osnovane sumnje da je navedeni policijski službenik kao službena osoba iskoristio svoj položaj i ovlasti te prekoračio granice svojih ovlasti na način da je u dva navrata tijekom studenog ove godine omogućio nezakoniti prelazak državne granice stranom državljaninu za kojim su bile raspisane međunarodne tjeralice. 

Kako je policijski službenik time ostvario obilježja kaznenog djela Zlouporaba položaja ili ovlasti, uz kaznenu prijavu je predan pritvorskom nadzorniku, a kaznena prijava je podnesena Uredu za suzbijanje korupcije i organiziranog kriminaliteta.

Policijski službenik je ujedno udaljen iz službe te će protiv njega biti pokrenut disciplinski postupak.

Policijski službenici organiziranog kriminaliteta proveli su kriminalističko istraživanje nad policijskim službenikom Postaje granične policije Imotski.

Kriminalističkim istraživanjem utvrđeno je postojanje osnovane sumnje da je navedeni policijski službenik kao službena osoba iskoristio svoj položaj i ovlasti te prekoračio granice svojih ovlasti na način da je u dva navrata tijekom studenog ove godine omogućio nezakoniti prelazak državne granice stranom državljaninu za kojim su bile raspisane međunarodne tjeralice. 

Kako je policijski službenik time ostvario obilježja kaznenog djela Zlouporaba položaja ili ovlasti, uz kaznenu prijavu je predan pritvorskom nadzorniku, a kaznena prijava je podnesena Uredu za suzbijanje korupcije i organiziranog kriminaliteta.
