Općinsko državno odvjetništvo u Splitu podiglo je optužnicu protiv aktualnog HDZ-ova gradonačelnika Imotskog Ante Đuzela, i to zbog prijevare i krivotvorenja službene ili poslovne isprave. Tereti ga se da je u rujnu 1999. godine podnio zahtjev za ostvarivanje statusa hrvatskog ratnog vojnog invalida i da je tada priložio više nalaza različitih liječnika koji su svi bili krivotvoreni.
Konkretnije, radi se o 12 lažnih liječničkih uvjerenja. Kako mu je status HRVI-ja odobren uz 20-postotnu invalidnost, Đuzel je, po optužnici, oštetio državni proračun za 97 i pol tisuća kuna. Cijela priča krenula je u svibnju 2016. godine kada je splitska policija podnijela kaznenu prijavu protiv 54-godišnjeg Đuzela.
- Nemam komentara - kazao nam je Đuzel jučer nakon što smo mu rekli zašto ga zovemo. S obzirom na to da je još prošle godine kazao kako se, nakon 12 godina na vodećoj funkciji u gradu, više neće kandidirati za gradonačelničku poziciju na predstojećim lokalnim izborima, pitali smo ga i ima li ta odluka veze s podizanjem optužnice ODO-a.
- Nema nikakve veze - opet je bio rječit Đuzel.
No, tako zatvoren nije bio kada je afera prvi put izbila u javnost, a ponovno ćemo citirati što je tada kazao za Slobodnu Dalmaciju.
'Ranjen sam od gelera'
- Ranjen sam od gelera u desnu nogu kao pripadnik saniteta 115. brigade, i to 7. listopada 1992. u selu Čvaljina na Južnom bojištu. Svjedoci mog ranjavanja su i danas živi jer su u tom trenutku na mjestu mog ranjavanja našli bojovnici iz Zagvozda, članovi saniteta i izviđači 115. brigade. Ja nemam što kriti jer ja uistinu jesam invalid, a i danas osjećam poteškoće s tom nogom. Ali ja nisam kriv što moj zapovjednik saniteta dr. Željko Puljiz tada nije potpisao moje ranjavanje jer je tada i on sam bio ranjen.
Osim njega i mene tom prigodom je bilo ranjeno i još četvoro-petoro mojih kolega iz našeg saniteta. To što nije prijavljeno moje ranjavanje nije sramota moja, nego zapovjedništva 156. brigade. Tadašnji zapovjednik brigade bio je general Damir Krstičević koji je, hvala Bogu, i danas živ i zdrav, pa se i on, a i svi nabrojani ljudi, mogu pitati za moje ranjavanje. Da se htjelo, mogli su to iz policije i ranije napraviti i sve provjeriti, a ne da me se prijavljuje ni krivog ni dužnog - kazao je tada Đuzel.
Nakon što se general Krstičević, aktualni ministar obrane, javno ogradio od slučaja Đuzel, ustvrdivši da on nikada nije potpisao potvrdu o njegovu ranjavanju niti išta zna o okolnostima njegova stradavanja, gradonačelnik Imotskog "okrenuo je ploču" i rekao da se “Krstičević možda ne sjeća cijelog događaja”.

Općinsko državno odvjetništvo u Splitu podiglo je optužnicu protiv aktualnog HDZ-ova gradonačelnika Imotskog Ante Đuzela, i to zbog prijevare i krivotvorenja službene ili poslovne isprave. Tereti ga se da je u rujnu 1999. godine podnio zahtjev za ostvarivanje statusa hrvatskog ratnog vojnog invalida i da je tada priložio više nalaza različitih liječnika koji su svi bili krivotvoreni.
Konkretnije, radi se o 12 lažnih liječničkih uvjerenja. Kako mu je status HRVI-ja odobren uz 20-postotnu invalidnost, Đuzel je, po optužnici, oštetio državni proračun za 97 i pol tisuća kuna. Cijela priča krenula je u svibnju 2016. godine kada je splitska policija podnijela kaznenu prijavu protiv 54-godišnjeg Đuzela.
- Nemam komentara - kazao nam je Đuzel jučer nakon što smo mu rekli zašto ga zovemo. S obzirom na to da je još prošle godine kazao kako se, nakon 12 godina na vodećoj funkciji u gradu, više neće kandidirati za gradonačelničku poziciju na predstojećim lokalnim izborima, pitali smo ga i ima li ta odluka veze s podizanjem optužnice ODO-a.
- Nema nikakve veze - opet je bio rječit Đuzel.
No, tako zatvoren nije bio kada je afera prvi put izbila u javnost, a ponovno ćemo citirati što je tada kazao za Slobodnu Dalmaciju.
'Ranjen sam od gelera'
- Ranjen sam od gelera u desnu nogu kao pripadnik saniteta 115. brigade, i to 7. listopada 1992. u selu Čvaljina na Južnom bojištu. Svjedoci mog ranjavanja su i danas živi jer su u tom trenutku na mjestu mog ranjavanja našli bojovnici iz Zagvozda, članovi saniteta i izviđači 115. brigade. Ja nemam što kriti jer ja uistinu jesam invalid, a i danas osjećam poteškoće s tom nogom. Ali ja nisam kriv što moj zapovjednik saniteta dr. Željko Puljiz tada nije potpisao moje ranjavanje jer je tada i on sam bio ranjen.
Osim njega i mene tom prigodom je bilo ranjeno i još četvoro-petoro mojih kolega iz našeg saniteta. To što nije prijavljeno moje ranjavanje nije sramota moja, nego zapovjedništva 156. brigade. Tadašnji zapovjednik brigade bio je general Damir Krstičević koji je, hvala Bogu, i danas živ i zdrav, pa se i on, a i svi nabrojani ljudi, mogu pitati za moje ranjavanje. Da se htjelo, mogli su to iz policije i ranije napraviti i sve provjeriti, a ne da me se prijavljuje ni krivog ni dužnog - kazao je tada Đuzel.
Nakon što se general Krstičević, aktualni ministar obrane, javno ogradio od slučaja Đuzel, ustvrdivši da on nikada nije potpisao potvrdu o njegovu ranjavanju niti išta zna o okolnostima njegova stradavanja, gradonačelnik Imotskog "okrenuo je ploču" i rekao da se “Krstičević možda ne sjeća cijelog događaja”.
