Riječko Županijsko državno odvjetništvo podiglo je optužnicu protiv 27-godišnjaka tereteći ga da je lani u srpnju ispred Malinske na otoku Krku gliserom usmrtio Austrijanku Verenu Heinz.

Okrivljenika terete da je počinio kazneno djelo ugrožavanja posebnih vrsta prometa jer je približavajući se obali, iako je znao da se u moru kreću kupači propustio na odgovarajući način promatrati akvatorij i put plovidbe te smanjiti brzinu glisera kako bi se lako mogao zaustaviti ili promijeniti smjer kretanja.

Tužiteljstvo je izvijestilo na svojim internetskim stranicama da 27-godišnjak zbog toga nije na vrijeme uočio dvoje plivača ni njihovu ronilačku plutaču, pa je gliser prešao preko plivača pri čemu je elisa glisera zahvatila plivačicu i nanijela joj mnogobrojne teške i po život opasne ozljede od kojih je umrla istog dana u Kliničkom bolničkom centru u Rijeci.

Kobni nalet glisera na 20-godišnju Austrijanku dogodio se 24. srpnja 2019. Verenin otac Dieter, koji se u trenutku nesreće s njom nalazio u moru prozivao je institucije za niz propusta, a po pisanju medija prije dva mjeseca dao je iskaz riječkom tužiteljstvu.

Riječko Županijsko državno odvjetništvo podiglo je optužnicu protiv 27-godišnjaka tereteći ga da je lani u srpnju ispred Malinske na otoku Krku gliserom usmrtio Austrijanku Verenu Heinz.

Okrivljenika terete da je počinio kazneno djelo ugrožavanja posebnih vrsta prometa jer je približavajući se obali, iako je znao da se u moru kreću kupači propustio na odgovarajući način promatrati akvatorij i put plovidbe te smanjiti brzinu glisera kako bi se lako mogao zaustaviti ili promijeniti smjer kretanja.

Tužiteljstvo je izvijestilo na svojim internetskim stranicama da 27-godišnjak zbog toga nije na vrijeme uočio dvoje plivača ni njihovu ronilačku plutaču, pa je gliser prešao preko plivača pri čemu je elisa glisera zahvatila plivačicu i nanijela joj mnogobrojne teške i po život opasne ozljede od kojih je umrla istog dana u Kliničkom bolničkom centru u Rijeci.

Kobni nalet glisera na 20-godišnju Austrijanku dogodio se 24. srpnja 2019. Verenin otac Dieter, koji se u trenutku nesreće s njom nalazio u moru prozivao je institucije za niz propusta, a po pisanju medija prije dva mjeseca dao je iskaz riječkom tužiteljstvu.

Optužen muškarac koji je ispred Malinske gliserom usmrtio Austrijanku

Riječko Županijsko državno odvjetništvo podiglo je optužnicu protiv 27-godišnjaka tereteći ga da je lani u srpnju ispred Malinske na otoku Krku gliserom usmrtio Austrijanku Verenu Heinz.

Okrivljenika terete da je počinio kazneno djelo ugrožavanja posebnih vrsta prometa jer je približavajući se obali, iako je znao da se u moru kreću kupači propustio na odgovarajući način promatrati akvatorij i put plovidbe te smanjiti brzinu glisera kako bi se lako mogao zaustaviti ili promijeniti smjer kretanja.

Tužiteljstvo je izvijestilo na svojim internetskim stranicama da 27-godišnjak zbog toga nije na vrijeme uočio dvoje plivača ni njihovu ronilačku plutaču, pa je gliser prešao preko plivača pri čemu je elisa glisera zahvatila plivačicu i nanijela joj mnogobrojne teške i po život opasn...
