Europski sud za ljudska prava u Strasbourgu u četvrtak je odbacio zahtjev direktora MOL-a Zsolta Hernadija koji je Hrvatsku tužio jer je protiv njega raspisala europski uhidbeni nalog nakon što mu je određen istražni zatvor zbog sumnje da je podmitio bivšeg premijera Ivu Sanadera.
Sud je zaključio da je Hernadijev zahtjev nedopušten, a odluka je konačna, objavljeno je na internetskoj stranici suda.
Zahtjev je odbačen uz obrazloženje da prigovore koje je iznio pred sudom u Strasborugu nije koristio pred hrvatskim sudovima te da nije iznio valjane argumente za tvrdnju da mu je povrijeđena sloboda kretanja.
Hernadi je tužbu protiv Hrvatske podnio zbog povrede prava na slobodu kretanja koji štiti jedan od protokola Europske konvencije za zaštitu ljudskih prava i temeljnih sloboda. U tužbi je naveo da je njegova sloboda kretanja, uključujući i napuštanje vlastite zemlje, ograničeno zbog bojazni da će biti uhićen i izručen Hrvatskoj.
U rujnu 2017. preko svoje hrvatske odvjetnice Laure Valković Hernadi je poručio da je Hrvatsku prijavio Europskom sudu za ljudska prava jer "kazneno pravo i kaznene postupke koristi u nekoj zamišljenoj šahovskoj igri" u kojoj "ne želi sudjelovati".
Hernadiju se na zagrebačkom Županijskom sudu u odsutnosti sudi zajedno s bivšim premijerom Sanaderom zbog optužbi da mu je preko posrednika trebao isplatiti 10 milijuna eura mita kako bi mađarski MOL preuzeo upravljačka prava u hrvatskoj naftnoj kompaniji Ini.

Europski sud za ljudska prava u Strasbourgu u četvrtak je odbacio zahtjev direktora MOL-a Zsolta Hernadija koji je Hrvatsku tužio jer je protiv njega raspisala europski uhidbeni nalog nakon što mu je određen istražni zatvor zbog sumnje da je podmitio bivšeg premijera Ivu Sanadera.
Sud je zaključio da je Hernadijev zahtjev nedopušten, a odluka je konačna, objavljeno je na internetskoj stranici suda.
Zahtjev je odbačen uz obrazloženje da prigovore koje je iznio pred sudom u Strasborugu nije koristio pred hrvatskim sudovima te da nije iznio valjane argumente za tvrdnju da mu je povrijeđena sloboda kretanja.
Hernadi je tužbu protiv Hrvatske podnio zbog povrede prava na slobodu kretanja koji štiti jedan od protokola Europske konvencije za zaštitu ljudskih prava i temeljnih sloboda. U tužbi je naveo da je njegova sloboda kretanja, uključujući i napuštanje vlastite zemlje, ograničeno zbog bojazni da će biti uhićen i izručen Hrvatskoj.
U rujnu 2017. preko svoje hrvatske odvjetnice Laure Valković Hernadi je poručio da je Hrvatsku prijavio Europskom sudu za ljudska prava jer "kazneno pravo i kaznene postupke koristi u nekoj zamišljenoj šahovskoj igri" u kojoj "ne želi sudjelovati".
Hernadiju se na zagrebačkom Županijskom sudu u odsutnosti sudi zajedno s bivšim premijerom Sanaderom zbog optužbi da mu je preko posrednika trebao isplatiti 10 milijuna eura mita kako bi mađarski MOL preuzeo upravljačka prava u hrvatskoj naftnoj kompaniji Ini.
