Željko Cvrtila, bivši načelnik kriminalističke policije, gostovao je u Vijestima Nove TV u kojima je govorio o nestanku policajcaIvana Moguša.
- Činjenica da je u svom uredu ostavio osobne dokumente upućuje na poruku: 'Evo ja sam otišao, nemojte me tražiti, sa dosadašnjim životom sam prekinuo, odlazim u neki drugi način funkcioniranja'. Sada, je li to život ili smrt, u ovom je trenutku teško o tome govoriti - rekao je Cvrtila za Novu TV.
Cvrtila kaže da je vjerojatnije da je Moguševa motivacija za nestanak privatne prirode.
- Ljudi u Republici Hrvatskoj najčešće nestaju zbog dugova ili obiteljskih problema, rekao je Cvrtila i dodao:
- Teško je reći da bi zbog nekakvog očevida on imao neke prijetnje od nekoga za neki slučaj nad kojim je vršio očevide.
Podsjećamo, policajac Ivan Moguš posljednji je put viđen prošlog petka u Heinzelovoj ulici. Moguš se, naime, nakon noćne smjene nije vratio kući. U potragu za Mogušem se uključila i Gorska služba spašavanja (HGSS). Premda su građani policiji dojavili informacije o njemu, niti jedan se trag do sada nije pokazao ključnim.
Hoće li se Moguša pronaći ili ne ovisi, kako kaže Cvrtila, o tome koliko on želi da ga se pronađe.
- Možda je mijenjao identitet, želeći započeti novi život negdje drugdje, a možda je riječi nesretnom slučaju, naravno namjerno izazvanom - objasnio je Cvrtila.
To što Moguš nema mobitel otežava potragu, smatra Cvrtila te je pojasnio da Ministarstvo unutarnjih poslova nema sustav za ciljanu potragu za nestalim osobama.
- U potragama je najbitnija hitnost, operativnost postupanja policije. Većina ljudi se u nekom trenutku nađe ili se vrati, ili se nađe tijelo - rekao je Cvrtila na pitanje o tome kakve rezultate očekuje.
- U ovom slučaju, koliko je poznato, nema nekakvog oproštajnog pisma, što je indikator da osoba možda ipak nastavlja i želi živjeti. Jedan loš pokazatelj je taj što, prema informacijama iz javnosti, nije pronađeno oružje s tim dokumentima koje je ostavio u svom uredu.
Cvrtila je dodao da se ne sjeća je li bilo sličnih slučajeva nestanka policijskih službenika.

Željko Cvrtila, bivši načelnik kriminalističke policije, gostovao je u Vijestima Nove TV u kojima je govorio o nestanku policajcaIvana Moguša.
- Činjenica da je u svom uredu ostavio osobne dokumente upućuje na poruku: 'Evo ja sam otišao, nemojte me tražiti, sa dosadašnjim životom sam prekinuo, odlazim u neki drugi način funkcioniranja'. Sada, je li to život ili smrt, u ovom je trenutku teško o tome govoriti - rekao je Cvrtila za Novu TV.
Cvrtila kaže da je vjerojatnije da je Moguševa motivacija za nestanak privatne prirode.
- Ljudi u Republici Hrvatskoj najčešće nestaju zbog dugova ili obiteljskih problema, rekao je Cvrtila i dodao:
- Teško je reći da bi zbog nekakvog očevida on imao neke prijetnje od nekoga za neki slučaj nad kojim je vršio očevide.
Podsjećamo, policajac Ivan Moguš posljednji je put viđen prošlog petka u Heinzelovoj ulici. Moguš se, naime, nakon noćne smjene nije vratio kući. U potragu za Mogušem se uključila i Gorska služba spašavanja (HGSS). Premda su građani policiji dojavili informacije o njemu, niti jedan se trag do sada nije pokazao ključnim.
Hoće li se Moguša pronaći ili ne ovisi, kako kaže Cvrtila, o tome koliko on želi da ga se pronađe.
- Možda je mijenjao identitet, želeći započeti novi život negdje drugdje, a možda je riječi nesretnom slučaju, naravno namjerno izazvanom - objasnio je Cvrtila.
To što Moguš nema mobitel otežava potragu, smatra Cvrtila te je pojasnio da Ministarstvo unutarnjih poslova nema sustav za ciljanu potragu za nestalim osobama.
- U potragama je najbitnija hitnost, operativnost postupanja policije. Većina ljudi se u nekom trenutku nađe ili se vrati, ili se nađe tijelo - rekao je Cvrtila na pitanje o tome kakve rezultate očekuje.
- U ovom slučaju, koliko je poznato, nema nekakvog oproštajnog pisma, što je indikator da osoba možda ipak nastavlja i želi živjeti. Jedan loš pokazatelj je taj što, prema informacijama iz javnosti, nije pronađeno oružje s tim dokumentima koje je ostavio u svom uredu.
Cvrtila je dodao da se ne sjeća je li bilo sličnih slučajeva nestanka policijskih službenika.
