Načelnik općine Murter Toni Turčinov pušten je u utorak iz splitskog istražnog zatvora nakon što su ispitani svi svjedoci na okolnost navodnih nezakonitosti kojima je općinu Murter-Kornati oštetio za najmanje 60.000 eura.

Odvjetnik Fran Olujić rekao je da je pritvor ukinut nakon što je Uskok ispitao 20-ak svjedoka pa su samim time prestale postojati osnove za istražni zatvor koji je Turčinovu bio određen zbog opasnosti od utjecaja na svjedoke.

Uskok je zatražio da se Turčinovu odredi istražni zatvor i zbog opasnosti od ponavljanja kaznenog djela, no istražni sudac splitskog Županijskog suda je taj zahtjev tužiteljstva odbio.

Tužiteljstvo je izvijestilo kako sumnja da je Turčinov od početka 2018. do sredine 2022. općinski novac koristio u privatne svrhe odnosno za plaćanje troškova putovanja te drugih usluga i troškova u Hrvatskoj i inozemstvu.

"Također je i drugim osobama na isti način omogućio podmirenje istovrsnih privatnih troškova. Tako je plaćao troškove u raznim ugostiteljskim objektima kao i trgovinama prehrambenom i mješovitom robom te je podređenim službenicima nalagao plaćanje računa za troškove koji su nastali isključivo u svrhu privatnih potreba i odnosa", izvijestio je ranije Uskok.

Time je općinu oštetio za više od 52.000 eura, dok je trošak od još gotovo 8000 eura nastao pogodovanjem vlasniku građevinskog obrta Tomislava Pešića od svibnja 2020. do siječnja 2021, tvrdi USKOK.

Sa suosumnjičenim vlasnikom građevinskog obrta Turčinov je potpisao ugovor koji je obuhvaćao i betonske radove, da bi naknadno od druge tvrtke nabavio beton koji je općina ponovno platila, čime je navodno oštećena za 7.963 eura.

Načelnik općine Murter - Kornati pod izvidima se našao nakon što je u srpnju prošle godine otkriveno da je 2019. službenom karticom platio račun od 1560 eura u bordelu u Austriji.

Turčinov je tada tvrdio da je karticu u klubu upotrijebio greškom jer je slična njegovoj privatnoj kartici te da je osobno podmirio trošak smještaja općinske delegacije u klagenfurtskom hotelu Schlosswirt Ebenthal kako bi obeštetio općinu. Hotel je medijima osporio autentičnost računa.

Nakon izbijanja afere, Turčinov je podnio ostavku na mjesto vijećnika u Županijskog skupštini Šibensko-kninske županije, ali je nastavio obnašati funkciju načelnika Općine Murter-Kornati.

Načelnik općine Murter Toni Turčinov pušten je u utorak iz splitskog istražnog zatvora nakon što su ispitani svi svjedoci na okolnost navodnih nezakonitosti kojima je općinu Murter-Kornati oštetio za najmanje 60.000 eura.

Odvjetnik Fran Olujić rekao je da je pritvor ukinut nakon što je Uskok ispitao 20-ak svjedoka pa su samim time prestale postojati osnove za istražni zatvor koji je Turčinovu bio određen zbog opasnosti od utjecaja na svjedoke.

Uskok je zatražio da se Turčinovu odredi istražni zatvor i zbog opasnosti od ponavljanja kaznenog djela, no istražni sudac splitskog Županijskog suda je taj zahtjev tužiteljstva odbio.

Tužiteljstvo je izvijestilo kako sumnja da je Turčinov od početka 2018. do sredine 2022. općinski novac koristio u privatne svrhe odnosno za plaćanje troškova putovanja te drugih usluga i troškova u Hrvatskoj i inozemstvu.

"Također je i drugim osobama na isti način omogućio podmirenje istovrsnih privatnih troškova. Tako je plaćao troškove u raznim ugostiteljskim objektima kao i trgovinama prehrambenom i mješovitom robom te je podređenim službenicima nalagao plaćanje računa za troškove koji su nastali isključivo u svrhu privatnih potreba i odnosa", izvijestio je ranije Uskok.

Time je općinu oštetio za više od 52.000 eura, dok je trošak od još gotovo 8000 eura nastao pogodovanjem vlasniku građevinskog obrta Tomislava Pešića od svibnja 2020. do siječnja 2021, tvrdi USKOK.

Sa suosumnjičenim vlasnikom građevinskog obrta Turčinov je potpisao ugovor koji je obuhvaćao i betonske radove, da bi naknadno od druge tvrtke nabavio beton koji je općina ponovno platila, čime je navodno oštećena za 7.963 eura.

Načelnik općine Murter - Kornati pod izvidima se našao nakon što je u srpnju prošle godine otkriveno da je 2019. službenom karticom platio račun od 1560 eura u bordelu u Austriji.

Turčinov je tada tvrdio da je karticu u klubu upotrijebio greškom jer je slična njegovoj privatnoj kartici te da je osobno podmirio trošak smještaja općinske delegacije u klagenfurtskom hotelu Schlosswirt Ebenthal kako bi obeštetio općinu. Hotel je medijima osporio autentičnost računa.

Nakon izbijanja afere, Turčinov je podnio ostavku na mjesto vijećnika u Županijskog skupštini Šibensko-kninske županije, ali je nastavio obnašati funkciju načelnika Općine Murter-Kornati.

Načelnik općine Murter Toni Turčinov pušten je u utorak iz splitskog istražnog zatvora nakon što su ispitani svi svjedoci na okolnost navodnih nezakonitosti kojima je općinu Murter-Kornati oštetio za najmanje 60.000 eura.

Odvjetnik Fran Olujić rekao je da je pritvor ukinut nakon što je Uskok ispitao 20-ak svjedoka pa su samim time prestale postojati osnove za istražni zatvor koji je Turčinovu bio određen zbog opasnosti od utjecaja na svjedoke.
