U prostorijama za zadržavanje Druge policijske postaje sinoć je preminuo 55-godišnji muškarac iz Splita koji je bez uporabe sredstava prisile doveden u postaju i zadržan u službenim prostorijama. Nakon obavljenog sigurnosnog pregleda, u sklopu kojeg je osoba alkotestirana i utvrđeno je da se nalazi u alkoholiziranom stanju (više od promil alkohola u krvi), osoba je smještena u prostoriju za zadržavanje do prestanka djelovanja opojnog sredstva. 

Tijekom večeri, kada je uočeno da se muškarac ne odaziva i ne pomiče, pozvani su djelatnici hitne medicinske pomoći koji su konstatirali smrt. O događaju je obaviještena zamjenica Županijskog državnog odvjetništva u Splitu. Tijelo je prevezeno na Odjel patologije kako bi se obdukcijom utvrdio uzrok smrti. Obavljen je očevid i do ovog trenutka u događaju nisu utvrđeni elementi kaznenog djela.

Doznajemo da je preminuli dugogodišnji splitski ovisnik a doveden je na ispitivanje u policiju zbog napada na jednu ženu na autobusnoj stanici. Zapravo za njim je bila raspisana potraga za prekršajno a ne za kazneno djelo jer se nije odazivao pozivima u tom postupku pa je policiji dan zadatak da ga uhititi kada ga pronađe, a onda tek nakon toga odvede sucu. Nažalost taj trenutak čovjek nije dočekao. 

Prostorija za zadržavanje policije je prekrivena videonadzorom, a pravo je pitanje je li netko trebao u policiji vidjeti da je čovjeku loše i da umire? Možda je čovjek umro i u snu? O okolnostima smrti policija nije dala nikakvu informaciju niti naznaku da bi možda za ovo netko trebao i odgovarati.

Kada bi policija dala i točno vrijeme smrti (barem kada je policajac uočio mrtvog čovjeka) onda bi i prestale kuloarske priče o tome kako je došlo do smrti.

Zamjenica a ŽDO-a Split Rene Laura dala je nalog da se ne provede samo obdukcija nego sudsko-medicinsko vještačenje koje osim obdukcije podrazumijeva toksikološko vještačenje kao i izuzimanje tkiva za analizu. Tek tada će se u potpunosti znati kako je smrt nastupila.Obdukciju obavlja dr. Marija Definis Gojanović, a doznajemo da na tijelu pokojni muškarac nema nikakve ozljede ni hematome.

Sve policijske postaje nemaju prostoriju za zadržavanje i mnogi policajci su zbog toga sretni te nam objašnjavaju logiku njihovog posla u tim uvjetima: "U policijskim postajam koje imaju prostorije za zadržavanje a navečer je dežurna ekipa koja ima puno i drugog posla te šef smjene ili njegov pomoćnik ili uredujući policajac uz sav posao koji imaju moraju pratiti pritvorenika na videonadzoru,što je često fizički nemoguće".

Neki nam policajci kažu da se čude kako ovu osobu koja je bila pod vidnim utjecajem alkohola nisu policajci odveli najprije na Hitnu pomoć kako bi liječnici procijenili je li osoba uopće sposobna za zadržavanje.

U prostorijama za zadržavanje Druge policijske postaje sinoć je preminuo 55-godišnji muškarac iz Splita koji je bez uporabe sredstava prisile doveden u postaju i zadržan u službenim prostorijama. Nakon obavljenog sigurnosnog pregleda, u sklopu kojeg je osoba alkotestirana i utvrđeno je da se nalazi u alkoholiziranom stanju (više od promil alkohola u krvi), osoba je smještena u prostoriju za zadržavanje do prestanka djelovanja opojnog sredstva. 

Tijekom večeri, kada je uočeno da se muškarac ne odaziva i ne pomiče, pozvani su djelatnici hitne medicinske pomoći koji su konstatirali smrt. O događaju je obaviještena zamjenica Županijskog državnog odvjetništva u Splitu. Tijelo je prevezeno na Odjel patologije kako bi se obdukcijom utvrdio uzrok smrti. Obavljen je očevid i do ovog trenutka u događaju nisu utvrđeni elementi kaznenog djela.

Doznajemo da je preminuli dugogodišnji splitski ovisnik a doveden je na ispitivanje u policiju zbog napada na jednu ženu na autobusnoj stanici. Zapravo za njim je bila raspisana potraga za prekršajno a ne za kazneno djelo jer se nije odazivao pozivima u tom postupku pa je policiji dan zadatak da ga uhititi kada ga pronađe, a onda tek nakon toga odvede sucu. Nažalost taj trenutak čovjek nije dočekao. 

Prostorija za zadržavanje policije je prekrivena videonadzorom, a pravo je pitanje je li netko trebao u policiji vidjeti da je čovjeku loše i da umire? Možda je čovjek umro i u snu? O okolnostima smrti policija nije dala nikakvu informaciju niti naznaku da bi možda za ovo netko trebao i odgovarati.

Kada bi policija dala i točno vrijeme smrti (barem kada je policajac uočio mrtvog čovjeka) onda bi i prestale kuloarske priče o tome kako je došlo do smrti.

Zamjenica a ŽDO-a Split Rene Laura dala je nalog da se ne provede samo obdukcija nego sudsko-medicinsko vještačenje koje osim obdukcije podrazumijeva toksikološko vještačenje kao i izuzimanje tkiva za analizu. Tek tada će se u potpunosti znati kako je smrt nastupila.Obdukciju obavlja dr. Marija Definis Gojanović, a doznajemo da na tijelu pokojni muškarac nema nikakve ozljede ni hematome.

Sve policijske postaje nemaju prostoriju za zadržavanje i mnogi policajci su zbog toga sretni te nam objašnjavaju logiku njihovog posla u tim uvjetima: "U policijskim postajam koje imaju prostorije za zadržavanje a navečer je dežurna ekipa koja ima puno i drugog posla te šef smjene ili njegov pomoćnik ili uredujući policajac uz sav posao koji imaju moraju pratiti pritvorenika na videonadzoru,što je često fizički nemoguće".

Neki nam policajci kažu da se čude kako ovu osobu koja je bila pod vidnim utjecajem alkohola nisu policajci odveli najprije na Hitnu pomoć kako bi liječnici procijenili je li osoba uopće sposobna za zadržavanje.

Crna kronikaiznenadna smrt

Muškarac doveden na triježnjenje pa tijekom noći preminuo u splitskoj policijskoj postaji. Je li netko trebao vidjeti da čovjek u prostoriji s videonadzorom umire?

U prostorijama za zadržavanje Druge policijske postaje sinoć je preminuo 55-godišnji muškarac iz Splita koji je bez uporabe sredstava prisile doveden u postaju i zadržan u službenim prostorijama. Nakon obavljenog sigurnosnog pregleda, u sklopu kojeg je osoba alkotestirana i utvrđeno je da se nalazi u alkoholiziranom stanju (više od promil alkohola u krvi), osoba je smještena u prostoriju za zadržavanje do prestanka djelovanja opojnog sredstva. 

Tijekom večeri, kada je uočeno da se muškarac ne odaziva i ne pomiče, pozvani su djelatnici hitne medicinske pomoći koji su konstatirali smrt. O događaju je obaviještena zamjenica Županijskog državnog odvjetništva u Splitu. Tijelo je prevezeno na Odjel patologije kako bi se obdukcijom utvrdio uzrok smrti. Obavljen je očevid i do ovog tr...
