Očito zbog straha da će je 6. listopada ispred zgrade Prekršajnog suda u Zagrebu sačekati neizbježna “sedma sila”, Mirjana Sanader odlučila se sudu obratiti pismenim putem s detaljnom obranom oko lanjske prometne nesreće u Splitu kada je stradao pomorac Stipe Roglić.

Stoga je, kako doznajemo, spis, ‘pojačan’ Sanaderičinom pisanom obranom, vraćen još 30. rujna na splitski Prekršajni sud, a tereti ju se za neustupanje prednosti prolaza.

Podsjetimo, Mirjana Sanader u lipnju je pozvana na ročište, ali je nazvala sud i opravdala izostanak zbog posla na arheološkim iskopinama u Trilju.

Obećala je pritom da će se na sudu pojaviti za nekoliko dana, međutim, tjedni su prolazili, a Mirjanu Sanader put nikako nije “vodio” u smjeru splitskog Prekršajnog suda, pa je početkom srpnja sud uputio molbu sudu u Zagrebu da je sasluša s obzirom na mjesto boravka.

Mirjana Sanader se pod lupom suda našla nakon što je 13. lipnja 2010. svojim terencem, hondom CRV, splitskih registracijskih oznaka, oduzela prednost Rogliću, koji je vozio fiat bravu na splitskom raskrižju Solinske i Ulice Domovinskog rata.

Od prometne nesreće prošlo je više od 15 mjeseci, a splitskog pomorca čeka još operacija kralježnice jer zbog nesreće otežano hoda, leđa su mu ukočena i boli ga desna noga.

Očito zbog straha da će je 6. listopada ispred zgrade Prekršajnog suda u Zagrebu sačekati neizbježna “sedma sila”, Mirjana Sanader odlučila se sudu obratiti pismenim putem s detaljnom obranom oko lanjske prometne nesreće u Splitu kada je stradao pomorac Stipe Roglić.

Stoga je, kako doznajemo, spis, ‘pojačan’ Sanaderičinom pisanom obranom, vraćen još 30. rujna na splitski Prekršajni sud, a tereti ju se za neustupanje prednosti prolaza.

Podsjetimo, Mirjana Sanader u lipnju je pozvana na ročište, ali je nazvala sud i opravdala izostanak zbog posla na arheološkim iskopinama u Trilju.

Obećala je pritom da će se na sudu pojaviti za nekoliko dana, međutim, tjedni su prolazili, a Mirjanu Sanader put nikako nije “vodio” u smjeru splitskog Prekršajnog suda, pa je početkom srpnja sud uputio molbu sudu u Zagrebu da je sasluša s obzirom na mjesto boravka.

Mirjana Sanader se pod lupom suda našla nakon što je 13. lipnja 2010. svojim terencem, hondom CRV, splitskih registracijskih oznaka, oduzela prednost Rogliću, koji je vozio fiat bravu na splitskom raskrižju Solinske i Ulice Domovinskog rata.

Od prometne nesreće prošlo je više od 15 mjeseci, a splitskog pomorca čeka još operacija kralježnice jer zbog nesreće otežano hoda, leđa su mu ukočena i boli ga desna noga.
