Saborsko Mandatno-imunitetno povjerenstvo (MIP) u četvrtak je na zahtjev  Državnog odvjetništva Republike Hrvatske (DORH) jednoglasno i bez rasprave dodatno skinulo imunitet bivšem ministru Lovri Kuščeviću radi proširenja istrage.

Time je Uskoku dano odobrenje da pokrene kazneni postupak protiv Kuščevića zbog osnovane sumnje da je počinio četiri kaznena djela  - primanja mita, zlouporabe položaja i ovlasti, poticanja na zlouporabu povjerenja u gospodarskom poslovanju te poticanja na prouzročenje stečaja, obrazložio je predsjednik povjerenstva Žarko Tušek ne ulazeći u detalje kaznenih djela koje se Kuščeviću stavljaju na teret.

MIP je u rujnu 2019. već skinuo imunitet Kuščeviću radi pokretanja kaznenog postupka zbog sumnje u dva kaznena djela zloporabe položaja i ovlasti, no zbog proširenja istrage DORH je od Sabora još jednom zatražilo skidanje imuniteta.

Naime, kazneni postupak protiv zastupnika može se voditi samo za kazneno djelo za koje je MIP dao odobrenje, a dosadašnja praksa MIP-a bila je da se imunitet zastupniku skida uvijek kada to zatraži DORH.

Zbog sumnje da je kao općinski načelnik Nerežišća inicirao promjenu prostornog plana i svoju štalu prenamijenio u stambeni prostor te šogoru bespravno omogućio kupnju POS-ova stana Uskok je istragu pokrenuo u rujnu.

Uz Kuščevića i njegova šogora Ivice Žuvića Uskok je sada istragu proširio i na Kuščevićevu suprugu i jednog splitskog poduzetnika.

Proširenjem istrage, prema pisanju medija, Uskok tereti Kuščevića osim za prenamjenu zemljišta i za nezakonito pribavljanje 1,4 milijuna kuna, sa štetom za državni proračun od nepunih 300.000 kuna, prilikom otkupa poslovnih prostora iz tvrtke Kuščević d.o.o.

Tu je i optužba za primanje mita, kojom su, prema pisanju medija, obuhvaćeni njegov šogor Ivica Žuvić kao pomagač i poduzetnik Ante Marinović kao davatelj mita.

Riječ je o kući, odnosno parceli u uvali Grška nedaleko Milne na otoku Braču, koja je formalno glasila na Žuvića, a Uskok sumnja da ju je stvarni vlasnik Kuščević dobio kao mito od poduzetnika Marinovića.

Saborsko Mandatno-imunitetno povjerenstvo (MIP) u četvrtak je na zahtjev  Državnog odvjetništva Republike Hrvatske (DORH) jednoglasno i bez rasprave dodatno skinulo imunitet bivšem ministru Lovri Kuščeviću radi proširenja istrage.

Time je Uskoku dano odobrenje da pokrene kazneni postupak protiv Kuščevića zbog osnovane sumnje da je počinio četiri kaznena djela  - primanja mita, zlouporabe položaja i ovlasti, poticanja na zlouporabu povjerenja u gospodarskom poslovanju te poticanja na prouzročenje stečaja, obrazložio je predsjednik povjerenstva Žarko Tušek ne ulazeći u detalje kaznenih djela koje se Kuščeviću stavljaju na teret.

MIP je u rujnu 2019. već skinuo imunitet Kuščeviću radi pokretanja kaznenog postupka zbog sumnje u dva kaznena djela zloporabe položaja i ovlasti, no zbog proširenja istrage DORH je od Sabora još jednom zatražilo skidanje imuniteta.

Naime, kazneni postupak protiv zastupnika može se voditi samo za kazneno djelo za koje je MIP dao odobrenje, a dosadašnja praksa MIP-a bila je da se imunitet zastupniku skida uvijek kada to zatraži DORH.

Zbog sumnje da je kao općinski načelnik Nerežišća inicirao promjenu prostornog plana i svoju štalu prenamijenio u stambeni prostor te šogoru bespravno omogućio kupnju POS-ova stana Uskok je istragu pokrenuo u rujnu.

Uz Kuščevića i njegova šogora Ivice Žuvića Uskok je sada istragu proširio i na Kuščevićevu suprugu i jednog splitskog poduzetnika.

Proširenjem istrage, prema pisanju medija, Uskok tereti Kuščevića osim za prenamjenu zemljišta i za nezakonito pribavljanje 1,4 milijuna kuna, sa štetom za državni proračun od nepunih 300.000 kuna, prilikom otkupa poslovnih prostora iz tvrtke Kuščević d.o.o.

Tu je i optužba za primanje mita, kojom su, prema pisanju medija, obuhvaćeni njegov šogor Ivica Žuvić kao pomagač i poduzetnik Ante Marinović kao davatelj mita.

Riječ je o kući, odnosno parceli u uvali Grška nedaleko Milne na otoku Braču, koja je formalno glasila na Žuvića, a Uskok sumnja da ju je stvarni vlasnik Kuščević dobio kao mito od poduzetnika Marinovića.

Time je Uskoku dano odobrenje da pokrene kazneni postupak protiv Kuščevića zbog osnovane sumnje da je počinio četiri kaznena djela  - primanja mita, zlouporabe položaja i ovlasti, poticanja na zlouporabu povjerenja u gospodarskom poslovanju te poticanja na prouzročenje stečaja, obrazložio je predsjednik povjerenstva Žarko Tušek ne ulazeći u detalje kaznenih djela koje se Kuščeviću stavljaju na teret.

MIP je u rujnu 2019. već skinuo imunitet Kuščeviću radi pokretanja kaznenog postupka zbog sumnje u dva kaznena djela zloporabe položaja ...
