Dejan Božinovski, ključni svjedok tužiteljstva u slučaju atentata na
Lea Paurevića, bivšeg specijalca i poznatog splitskog redara, a za što se na splitskom Županijskom sudu sudi
Kristijanu Stojanoviću zvanom
Kićo, kojemu je službeno kao zanimanje navedeno da je navigator, ni u srijedu se nije pojavio na raspravi iako je sudac
Vladimir Živaljić naložio policajcima da ga privedu na sud.
Naime, kako je policajcima rekla Dejanova majka, on se trenutačno nalazi na brodu splitskog “Jadroplova” te se očekuje da će se u Hrvatsku vratiti u svibnju. Sudac je predložio, kako se postupak ne bi otezao, da se stranke suglase s čitanjem njegova iskaza danom tijekom istrage.
Rene Laura, zamjenica županijskog državnog odvjetnika, suglasila se s tim prijedlogom, no zato je obrana koju vodi odvjetnik
Vinko Gulišija bila izrazito protiv toga, ustrajavši na tome da se Božinovskog, kao ključnog svjedoka, neposredno ispita na raspravi.
Obrani je, naime, stalo do toga da Božinovskog na raspravi “rešeta” pitanjima jer tijekom istrage, kad je on davao iskaz, oni nisu mogli biti prisutni pa mu nisu mogli ni postavljati pitanja koja bi eventualno poljuljala njegov iskaz u kojem tereti upravo Stojanovića da je pucao na Paurevića.
Sudac Živaljić prihvatio je zahtjev obrane da se Stojanoviću ukine jamstvo od 150.000 kuna koliko je bilo određeno kako bi se osigurala njegova nazočnost na raspravama i to zato što se Kićo trenutačno nalazi u pritvoru po optužnici za teško ubojstvo
Ive Stipetića na Kočinjem brdu kod Klisa u prosincu 2010. pa će se sigurno pojavljivati na raspravama.
Slijedom toga, nakon što bude doneseno pravomoćno rješenje, moći će se skinuti zabilježba nad Stojanovićevim stanom u Solinu koji je umjesto novca služio kao jamstvo.

Spasio ga refleks
Stojanoviću se sudi zbog sumnje da je pokušao ubiti Paurevića u lipnju 2010. na raskrižju u splitskom Poljudu. Stojanović je kao suvozač na skuteru ispalio nekoliko hitaca iz pištolja s prigušivačem, a Paurević se spasio zahvaljujući brzim refleksima. Optužnica ne spominje je vozio kasnije zapaljeni skuter, no u određenim se krugovima mogu čuti priče da ga je vozio upravo Stipetić koji je poslije pronađen prostrijeljene glave.

Dejan Božinovski, ključni svjedok tužiteljstva u slučaju atentata na
Lea Paurevića, bivšeg specijalca i poznatog splitskog redara, a za što se na splitskom Županijskom sudu sudi
Kristijanu Stojanoviću zvanom
Kićo, kojemu je službeno kao zanimanje navedeno da je navigator, ni u srijedu se nije pojavio na raspravi iako je sudac
Vladimir Živaljić naložio policajcima da ga privedu na sud.
Naime, kako je policajcima rekla Dejanova majka, on se trenutačno nalazi na brodu splitskog “Jadroplova” te se očekuje da će se u Hrvatsku vratiti u svibnju. Sudac je predložio, kako se postupak ne bi otezao, da se stranke suglase s čitanjem njegova iskaza danom tijekom istrage.
Rene Laura, zamjenica županijskog državnog odvjetnika, suglasila se s tim prijedlogom, no zato je obrana koju vodi odvjetnik
Vinko Gulišija bila izrazito protiv toga, ustrajavši na tome da se Božinovskog, kao ključnog svjedoka, neposredno ispita na raspravi.
Obrani je, naime, stalo do toga da Božinovskog na raspravi “rešeta” pitanjima jer tijekom istrage, kad je on davao iskaz, oni nisu mogli biti prisutni pa mu nisu mogli ni postavljati pitanja koja bi eventualno poljuljala njegov iskaz u kojem tereti upravo Stojanovića da je pucao na Paurevića.
Sudac Živaljić prihvatio je zahtjev obrane da se Stojanoviću ukine jamstvo od 150.000 kuna koliko je bilo određeno kako bi se osigurala njegova nazočnost na raspravama i to zato što se Kićo trenutačno nalazi u pritvoru po optužnici za teško ubojstvo
Ive Stipetića na Kočinjem brdu kod Klisa u prosincu 2010. pa će se sigurno pojavljivati na raspravama.
Slijedom toga, nakon što bude doneseno pravomoćno rješenje, moći će se skinuti zabilježba nad Stojanovićevim stanom u Solinu koji je umjesto novca služio kao jamstvo.

Spasio ga refleks
Stojanoviću se sudi zbog sumnje da je pokušao ubiti Paurevića u lipnju 2010. na raskrižju u splitskom Poljudu. Stojanović je kao suvozač na skuteru ispalio nekoliko hitaca iz pištolja s prigušivačem, a Paurević se spasio zahvaljujući brzim refleksima. Optužnica ne spominje je vozio kasnije zapaljeni skuter, no u određenim se krugovima mogu čuti priče da ga je vozio upravo Stipetić koji je poslije pronađen prostrijeljene glave.
