Vrhovni sud u cijelosti je potvrdio presudu sutkinje Maje Štampar Stipić koja je vlasnika zaštitarske tvrtke Josipa Klemma 2017. osudila zbog zlouporabe povjerenja u gospodarskom poslovanju.
Bivši predsjednik Udruge specijalne policije iz Domovinskog rata, koji je bio vrlo aktivan u braniteljskom prosvjedu u poznatom šatoru u Savskoj za vrijeme Vlade Zorana Milanovića, mora ići u zatvor na odsluženje kazne od godine dana.
Za to kazneno djelo predviđena je kazna zatvora od jedne do deset godina, a sud je Klemmu izrekao minimalnu kaznu. Kako je navela sutkinja Maja Štampar Stipić, otegotnih okolnosti nije bilo, a pomoglo mu je što prije nije bio osuđivan, što je sudioniku Domovinskog rata, otac troje djece...
Prema optužnici, Klemma se teretilo da je nalagao da se preko njegove tvrtke „Klemm sigurnost“ drugim tvrtkama plaćaju računi za neobavljene usluge. Riječ je o 90 računa teških 2,9 milijuna kuna. Istraga Klemmovih financijskih malverzacija pokrenuta je još 2014. no on tada nije uhićen jer je Tužiteljstvu tvrdio da ne osjeća krivim ako je svoju tvrtku oštetio neznanjem te da nikada ne bi oštetio državu.
Sporni novac nije oduzet tim tvrtkama jer su one u međuvremenu izbrisane iz sudskog registra, a nije ga se moglo oduzeti ni od Klemm sigurnosti, jer su promjenom činjeničnog opisa optužnice ispuštena obilježja kaznenog djela. Tužiteljstvo je mijenjalo činjenični opis optužnice nakon dokaza koji su izvedeni tijekom suđenja.
Klemma se na početku postupka teretilo da je iz tvrtke izvukao novac, koji mu je potom bio vraćen na ruke. Tužiteljstvo je na koncu odustalo od te optužbe, ustvrdivši da se novac samo nenamjenski trošio, a stav su promijenili nakon što su što su Klemmovi suoptuženici promijenili iskaze tijekom suđenja.
Kada će Klemm ići na izdržavanje kazne nije poznato, a što kaže na pravomoćnu presudu nismo mogli doznati jer se nije javljao na telefon.

Vrhovni sud u cijelosti je potvrdio presudu sutkinje Maje Štampar Stipić koja je vlasnika zaštitarske tvrtke Josipa Klemma 2017. osudila zbog zlouporabe povjerenja u gospodarskom poslovanju.
Bivši predsjednik Udruge specijalne policije iz Domovinskog rata, koji je bio vrlo aktivan u braniteljskom prosvjedu u poznatom šatoru u Savskoj za vrijeme Vlade Zorana Milanovića, mora ići u zatvor na odsluženje kazne od godine dana.
Za to kazneno djelo predviđena je kazna zatvora od jedne do deset godina, a sud je Klemmu izrekao minimalnu kaznu. Kako je navela sutkinja Maja Štampar Stipić, otegotnih okolnosti nije bilo, a pomoglo mu je što prije nije bio osuđivan, što je sudioniku Domovinskog rata, otac troje djece...
Prema optužnici, Klemma se teretilo da je nalagao da se preko njegove tvrtke „Klemm sigurnost“ drugim tvrtkama plaćaju računi za neobavljene usluge. Riječ je o 90 računa teških 2,9 milijuna kuna. Istraga Klemmovih financijskih malverzacija pokrenuta je još 2014. no on tada nije uhićen jer je Tužiteljstvu tvrdio da ne osjeća krivim ako je svoju tvrtku oštetio neznanjem te da nikada ne bi oštetio državu.
Sporni novac nije oduzet tim tvrtkama jer su one u međuvremenu izbrisane iz sudskog registra, a nije ga se moglo oduzeti ni od Klemm sigurnosti, jer su promjenom činjeničnog opisa optužnice ispuštena obilježja kaznenog djela. Tužiteljstvo je mijenjalo činjenični opis optužnice nakon dokaza koji su izvedeni tijekom suđenja.
Klemma se na početku postupka teretilo da je iz tvrtke izvukao novac, koji mu je potom bio vraćen na ruke. Tužiteljstvo je na koncu odustalo od te optužbe, ustvrdivši da se novac samo nenamjenski trošio, a stav su promijenili nakon što su što su Klemmovi suoptuženici promijenili iskaze tijekom suđenja.
Kada će Klemm ići na izdržavanje kazne nije poznato, a što kaže na pravomoćnu presudu nismo mogli doznati jer se nije javljao na telefon.
