Na godinu dana zatvora s rokom kušnje od pet godina zbog prijevare dvojice Hvarana na splitskom Općinskom sudu nepravomoćno je osuđen 44-godišnji Alija Mešić iz Lukavca u BiH. Jednog je "zavidao" za više od 12 i pol tisuća kuna, a drugog za 18 tisuća eura.

Prema presudi, Alija je od 1. srpnja 2013. do početka rujna 2014. godine na području Hvara prvo u više navrata od B. R. tražio pozajmice govoreći da mu novac treba za tehnički pregled vozila, liječnike, stanarinu i druge troškove.

– Angažirao sam ga za neke poljoprivredne poslove i tako smo se sprijateljili. Kad me molio u više navrata da mu posudim novac, normalno da sam mu davao jer sam mu vjerovao. Čak sam mu bio i vjenčani kum kada se oženio sa ženom koja je radila u Hvaru. Toliko sam mu vjerovao da nisam na te pozajmice potpisivao nikakve potvrde ili ugovore jer se radilo o manjim iznosima. Čitavo ovo vrijeme spominjao je da ima neku zemlju u BiH i da očekuje jednu veliku isplatu, a ja sam povjerovao. No u rujnu 2014. godine nestao je s Hvara i prestao mi se javljati na mobitel. Dva, tri mjeseca nakon što je nestao s Hvara čak mi je poslao e-mail i tražio da mu pošaljem nešto novca kako bi imao za put do Hvara, ali nisam mu odgovorio. Kad je nestao on, otišla je i njegova supruga – kazao je prevareni Hvaranin pred sudom.

Prošao rok

No, ispostavilo se da nije on jedini kojeg je prevario Alija, kojem se sudilo u odsutnosti jer je netragom "ispario", pa ga policija nije mogla naći niti nakon raspisivanja tjeralice zbog određenog istražnog zatvora.

Istu sudbinu kao i B. R. doživio je i L. P. I. od kojeg je Mešić posudio ukupno 18 tisuća eura govoreći mu kako novac treba za kupnju automobila i uzdržavanje obitelji. I njemu je lažno obećavao da će novac vratiti jer, eto, baš očekuje da će prodati rudnik u BiH.

– Upoznao sam ga kad je došao raditi na Hvar, ispričao mi je da ima neki rudnik u BiH koji prodaje, te me je početkom 2014. godine zamolio da mu pozajmim nešto novca dok čeka isplatu za rudnik. Kako bi me uvjerio da ima odakle vratiti novac, odveo me je u banku i prepisao punomoć koja je ovjerena kod javnog bilježnika, a kojom me je ovlastio da podižem novac s njegova računa. Kako je prolazilo vrijeme, Alija i dalje nije vraćao novce pa sam počeo sumnjati u njegove namjere. Tražio sam da sklopimo ugovor o zajmu, na što je on pristao. U rujnu 2015. smo potpisali dva takva ugovora, jedan na 4 tisuće, a drugi na 14 tisuća eura. Kada je prošao rok vraćanja, a on nije vratio novac, pokušao sam se naplatiti s njegova računa, ali na njemu nije bilo sredstava, i tada sam shvatio da sam prevaren. Naknadno sam čuo da je iz Bosne otišao u Crnu Goru, pokušao sam ga dobiti na mobitel, ali mi se nije javljao – ispričala je druga žrtva ovog lukavog prevaranta.

Osim uvjetne kazne koju neće odslužiti ako u zadanom roku ne počini neko novo kazneno djelo, sudac Ante Unković odredio je i da Alija mora u roku od tri mjeseca od pravomoćnosti presude nadoknaditi prevarenima štetu inače se uvjetna presuda može opozvati.

Na godinu dana zatvora s rokom kušnje od pet godina zbog prijevare dvojice Hvarana na splitskom Općinskom sudu nepravomoćno je osuđen 44-godišnji Alija Mešić iz Lukavca u BiH. Jednog je "zavidao" za više od 12 i pol tisuća kuna, a drugog za 18 tisuća eura.

Prema presudi, Alija je od 1. srpnja 2013. do početka rujna 2014. godine na području Hvara prvo u više navrata od B. R. tražio pozajmice govoreći da mu novac treba za tehnički pregled vozila, liječnike, stanarinu i druge troškove.

– Angažirao sam ga za neke poljoprivredne poslove i tako smo se sprijateljili. Kad me molio u više navrata da mu posudim novac, normalno da sam mu davao jer sam mu vjerovao. Čak sam mu bio i vjenčani kum kada se oženio sa ženom koja je radila u Hvaru. Toliko sam mu vjerovao da nisam na te pozajmice potpisivao nikakve potvrde ili ugovore jer se radilo o manjim iznosima. Čitavo ovo vrijeme spominjao je da ima neku zemlju u BiH i da očekuje jednu veliku isplatu, a ja sam povjerovao. No u rujnu 2014. godine nestao je s Hvara i prestao mi se javljati na mobitel. Dva, tri mjeseca nakon što je nestao s Hvara čak mi je poslao e-mail i tražio da mu pošaljem nešto novca kako bi imao za put do Hvara, ali nisam mu odgovorio. Kad je nestao on, otišla je i njegova supruga – kazao je prevareni Hvaranin pred sudom.

Prošao rok

No, ispostavilo se da nije on jedini kojeg je prevario Alija, kojem se sudilo u odsutnosti jer je netragom "ispario", pa ga policija nije mogla naći niti nakon raspisivanja tjeralice zbog određenog istražnog zatvora.

Istu sudbinu kao i B. R. doživio je i L. P. I. od kojeg je Mešić posudio ukupno 18 tisuća eura govoreći mu kako novac treba za kupnju automobila i uzdržavanje obitelji. I njemu je lažno obećavao da će novac vratiti jer, eto, baš očekuje da će prodati rudnik u BiH.

– Upoznao sam ga kad je došao raditi na Hvar, ispričao mi je da ima neki rudnik u BiH koji prodaje, te me je početkom 2014. godine zamolio da mu pozajmim nešto novca dok čeka isplatu za rudnik. Kako bi me uvjerio da ima odakle vratiti novac, odveo me je u banku i prepisao punomoć koja je ovjerena kod javnog bilježnika, a kojom me je ovlastio da podižem novac s njegova računa. Kako je prolazilo vrijeme, Alija i dalje nije vraćao novce pa sam počeo sumnjati u njegove namjere. Tražio sam da sklopimo ugovor o zajmu, na što je on pristao. U rujnu 2015. smo potpisali dva takva ugovora, jedan na 4 tisuće, a drugi na 14 tisuća eura. Kada je prošao rok vraćanja, a on nije vratio novac, pokušao sam se naplatiti s njegova računa, ali na njemu nije bilo sredstava, i tada sam shvatio da sam prevaren. Naknadno sam čuo da je iz Bosne otišao u Crnu Goru, pokušao sam ga dobiti na mobitel, ali mi se nije javljao – ispričala je druga žrtva ovog lukavog prevaranta.

Osim uvjetne kazne koju neće odslužiti ako u zadanom roku ne počini neko novo kazneno djelo, sudac Ante Unković odredio je i da Alija mora u roku od tri mjeseca od pravomoćnosti presude nadoknaditi prevarenima štetu inače se uvjetna presuda može opozvati.

Na godinu dana zatvora s rokom kušnje od pet godina zbog prijevare dvojice Hvarana na splitskom Općinskom sudu nepravomoćno je osuđen 44-godišnji Alija Mešić iz Lukavca u BiH. Jednog je "zavidao" za više od 12 i pol tisuća kuna, a drugog za 18 tisuća eura.

Prema presudi, Alija je od 1. srpnja 2013. do početka rujna 2014. godine na području Hvara prvo u više navrata od B. R. tražio pozajmice govoreći da mu novac treba za tehnički pregled vozila, liječnike, stanarinu i druge troškove.

– Angažirao sam ga za neke poljoprivredne poslove i tako smo se sprijateljili. Kad me molio u više navrata da mu posudim novac, normalno da sam mu davao jer sam mu vjerovao. Čak sam mu bio i vjenčani kum kada se oženio sa ženom koja je radila u Hvaru. Toliko sam mu vjerovao da nisam na te poz...
