Tvrtka "Santa Marina", kojoj je Tomislav Horvatinčić predsjednik Uprave i koja je vlasnik glisera kojim je taj zagrebački poduzetnik 16. kolovoza 2011. godine u primoštenskom akvatoriju udario u jedrilicu "Santa Pazienza", pri čemu su poginuli Francesca Salpietra i Marinelda Petell, u ponedjeljak je od Trgovačkog suda u Splitu zatražila da privremeno odgodi raspravljanje po tužbi koju je podnijela protiv Federica i Gaie Salpietro, djece talijanskih nautičara, od kojih traži da joj nadoknade 214.397 eura štete koju je imala na svom plovilu.

Odgodu traži dok se pravomoćno ne utvrdi kaznena odgovornost njezina direktora za izazivanje te pomorske nesreće. Horvatinčić je sredinom studenoga na Općinskom sudu u Šibeniku nepravomoćno proglašen krivim, te mu je izrečena uvjetna kazna zatvora.

Kao odgovor na prigovor Federica i Gaie Salpietro o nenadležnosti hrvatskih sudova za vođenje te parnice, odvjetnik Zdravko Kačić, koji zastupa zagrebačku tvrtku, Trgovačkom sudu je predao odluku Vrhovnog suda Italije koji je sud u Padovi proglasio nenadležnim kad su Talijani tužili zagrebačku tvrtku. No, nije predao i prijevod te presude.

Zbog toga je Trgovački sud za veljaču 2016. godine odgodio pripremno ročište na kojem će, nakon očitovanja tuženika, odlučiti o nadležnosti suda i hoće li odgoditi glavnu raspravu.

Na pripremno ročište u ponedjeljak nisu došli tuženi Federico i Gaia Salpietro, ni njihov odvjetnik, nego odvjetnička vježbenica Iva Parlov iz Rijeke u ime osiguravatelja "Goupama Assicurazioni Spa", koji u tom sporu želi biti umješač jer bi isplatio odštetu u slučaju da sud usvoji tužbeni zahtjev Horvatinčićeve tvrtke.

Punomoć odvjetniku za podnošenje tužbe protiv djece talijanskog bračnog para potpisao je Horvatinčić. Kao vlasnik zagrebačke tvrtke na čijem je čelu upisana je tvrtka "Global Developers" koja je registrirana na Britanskim Djevičanskim Otocima.

Tvrtka "Santa Marina", kojoj je Tomislav Horvatinčić predsjednik Uprave i koja je vlasnik glisera kojim je taj zagrebački poduzetnik 16. kolovoza 2011. godine u primoštenskom akvatoriju udario u jedrilicu "Santa Pazienza", pri čemu su poginuli Francesca Salpietra i Marinelda Petell, u ponedjeljak je od Trgovačkog suda u Splitu zatražila da privremeno odgodi raspravljanje po tužbi koju je podnijela protiv Federica i Gaie Salpietro, djece talijanskih nautičara, od kojih traži da joj nadoknade 214.397 eura štete koju je imala na svom plovilu.

Odgodu traži dok se pravomoćno ne utvrdi kaznena odgovornost njezina direktora za izazivanje te pomorske nesreće. Horvatinčić je sredinom studenoga na Općinskom sudu u Šibeniku nepravomoćno proglašen krivim, te mu je izrečena uvjetna kazna zatvora.

Kao odgovor na prigovor Federica i Gaie Salpietro o nenadležnosti hrvatskih sudova za vođenje te parnice, odvjetnik Zdravko Kačić, koji zastupa zagrebačku tvrtku, Trgovačkom sudu je predao odluku Vrhovnog suda Italije koji je sud u Padovi proglasio nenadležnim kad su Talijani tužili zagrebačku tvrtku. No, nije predao i prijevod te presude.

Zbog toga je Trgovački sud za veljaču 2016. godine odgodio pripremno ročište na kojem će, nakon očitovanja tuženika, odlučiti o nadležnosti suda i hoće li odgoditi glavnu raspravu.

Na pripremno ročište u ponedjeljak nisu došli tuženi Federico i Gaia Salpietro, ni njihov odvjetnik, nego odvjetnička vježbenica Iva Parlov iz Rijeke u ime osiguravatelja "Goupama Assicurazioni Spa", koji u tom sporu želi biti umješač jer bi isplatio odštetu u slučaju da sud usvoji tužbeni zahtjev Horvatinčićeve tvrtke.

Punomoć odvjetniku za podnošenje tužbe protiv djece talijanskog bračnog para potpisao je Horvatinčić. Kao vlasnik zagrebačke tvrtke na čijem je čelu upisana je tvrtka "Global Developers" koja je registrirana na Britanskim Djevičanskim Otocima.
