Nad Filipov Zavadlavom (25) je, kako se i očekivalo, određen istražni zatvor zbog posebno teških okolnosti i opasnosti od ponavljanja kaznenog djela. Upućen je u Zagreb u bolnicu za osobe lišene slobode nakon što je Mlađan Prvan, sudac istrage Županijskog suda u Splitu odlučio o određivanju istražnog zatvora.

Glasnogovornik suda Damir Romac je potvrdio kako osumnjičeni Zavadlav nije jutros bio u stanju dati izjavu na državnom odvjetništvu te je pozvana sudska vještakinja koja je procijenila da je raspravno nesposoban. Također je kazao kako odvjetnik Branko Šerić nije priložio punomoć u spis tako da on formalno još uvijek ne zastupa Filipa Zavadlava.

Odvjetnica Filipa Zavadlava je Ivanka Šamija koju je sud odredio po službenoj dužnosti. Nad Zavadlavom se vodi istraga zbog tri ubojstva iz bezobzirne osvete što je kvalificirani oblik kaznenog djela. Nad žrtvama Jurici Torlaku, Marinu Ožiću Paiću i Marinu Bobanu se mora napraviti obdukcija po sudskom vještaku te će tek onda tijela biti predana obitelji radi sahrane.

Nad Filipov Zavadlavom (25) je, kako se i očekivalo, određen istražni zatvor zbog posebno teških okolnosti i opasnosti od ponavljanja kaznenog djela. Upućen je u Zagreb u bolnicu za osobe lišene slobode nakon što je Mlađan Prvan, sudac istrage Županijskog suda u Splitu odlučio o određivanju istražnog zatvora.

Također je kazao kako odvjetnik Branko Šerić nije priložio punomoć u spis tako da on formalno još uvijek ne zastupa Filipa Zavadlava.

Odvjetnica Filipa Zavadlava je Ivanka Šamija koju je sud odredio po službenoj dužnosti. Nad Zavadlavom se vodi istraga zbog tri ubojstva iz bezobzirne osvete što je kvalificirani oblik kaznenog djela. Nad žrtvama Jurici Torlaku, Marinu Ožiću Paiću i Marinu Bobanu se mora napraviti obdukcija po sudskom vještaku te će tek onda tijela biti predana obitelji radi sahrane.
