Nakon četiri mjeseca boravka u Bolnici za osobe lišene slobode na Svetošimunskoj cesti u Zagrebu Filip Zavadlav (25) prebačen je u Zatvor u Gospiću. Odluku je donijela Uprava za zatvorski sustav nakon što je prošli tjedan putem video veze iznio obranu čime je gotov istražni postupak.

Kako saznajemo, nadležni sa Županijskog suda u Splitu saznali su iz neformalnih izvora da je Zavadlav prebačen u Gospić te su se raspitali u Zatvorskoj bolnici. Tamo su im potvrdili da je prebačaj obavljen u petak poslijepodne tako da na splitskom sudu službenu pisanu informaciju očekuju u ponedjeljak tijekom radnog vremena.

Odvjetnik Branko Šerić koji ga zastupa također nam je potvrdio da je njegov klijent dobio novu adresu. Nakon što je Zavadlavu određen istražni zatvor polovicom siječnja smješten je u Zavorsku bolnicu zbog sumnje da je duševno bolestan.

Naime nakon privođenja na Županijsko državno odvjetništvo gdje je trebao iznijeti obranu nije bio kontaktibilan te nije bio u stanju dati iskaz. Kako je i večer prije u pritvorskoj jedinici PU splitsko-dalmatinske bio nesuvisao i govorio o suicidu, sudska vještakinja psihijatrica je procijenila da je raspravno nesposoban.

To je bilo dva dana nakon krvave subote u splitskom Varošu kada je iz kalašnjikova smaknuo: Marina Ožića Paića (25), Marina Bobana (25) i Juricu Torlaka (37). Bio je u tolikoj mjeri rastrojen da nije bio u stanju odgovarati na pitanja. Naložen je stoga smještaj na Odjelu psihijatrije Zatvorske bolnice odakle je tijekom siječnja odvođen u Bolnicu u Vrapču gdje ga je vještačio tim stručnjaka.

Nakon dva tjedna utvrdili su kako nije neubrojiv tj. nije psihički bolestan već je prilikom trostrukog ubojstva bio bitno smanjeno ubrojiv i pod utjecajem dvije vrste lijekova za smirenje. Nakon toga je trebao biti smješten u Zatvor na splitskim Bilicama, ali su od suca istrage dobili suglasnost da ga ne odvode u Split zbog sigurnosnih razloga.

Ostavljen je u zatvorskoj bolnici iz koje je prošli ponedjeljak putem video veze sudjelovao na istražnom ročištu radi iznošenja obrane. S njim je u Zagrebu bio odvjetnik Šerić dok ga je iz Splita ispitivao Žarko Štrbac, zamjenik županijskog državnog odvjetnika. Ročište nije dugo potrajalo jer se Zavadlav odlučio braniti šutnjom.

Trenutno mu je to jedino preostalo jer ako kaže da je ubio trojicu jer su maltretirali njega i obitelj zbog dugova za drogu brata mu ovisnika o heroinu, onda priznaje ubojstvo iz bezobzirne osvete. Za takvu vrstu ubojstva može dobiti od najmanje deset godina do dugotrajne kazne zatvora.

Kako se u ovom slučaju radi o višestrukim ubojstvima moguća je najviša kazna od 50 godina zatvora koja se izriče ako zbroj pojedinačnih kazni izrečenih za svako teško ubojstvo prelazi 50 godina. Za tzv. obično ubojstvo zapriječena je kazna od pet do 20 godina zatvora. U slučaju osuđujuće presude za obična ubojstva, kada bi zbroj pojedinačnih kazni bio iznad 20, jedinstvena kazna zatvora može biti između 21 i 39 godina zatvora.

Nakon četiri mjeseca boravka u Bolnici za osobe lišene slobode na Svetošimunskoj cesti u Zagrebu Filip Zavadlav (25) prebačen je u Zatvor u Gospiću. Odluku je donijela Uprava za zatvorski sustav nakon što je prošli tjedan putem video veze iznio obranu čime je gotov istražni postupak.

Kako saznajemo, nadležni sa Županijskog suda u Splitu saznali su iz neformalnih izvora da je Zavadlav prebačen u Gospić te su se raspitali u Zatvorskoj bolnici. Tamo su im potvrdili da je prebačaj obavljen u petak poslijepodne tako da na splitskom sudu službenu pisanu informaciju očekuju u ponedjeljak tijekom radnog vremena.

Odvjetnik Branko Šerić koji ga zastupa također nam je potvrdio da je njegov klijent dobio novu adresu. Nakon što je Zavadlavu određen istražni zatvor polovicom siječnja smješten je u Zavorsku bolnicu zbog sumnje da je duševno bolestan.

Naime nakon privođenja na Županijsko državno odvjetništvo gdje je trebao iznijeti obranu nije bio kontaktibilan te nije bio u stanju dati iskaz. Kako je i večer prije u pritvorskoj jedinici PU splitsko-dalmatinske bio nesuvisao i govorio o suicidu, sudska vještakinja psihijatrica je procijenila da je raspravno nesposoban.

To je bilo dva dana nakon krvave subote u splitskom Varošu kada je iz kalašnjikova smaknuo: Marina Ožića Paića (25), Marina Bobana (25) i Juricu Torlaka (37). Bio je u tolikoj mjeri rastrojen da nije bio u stanju odgovarati na pitanja. Naložen je stoga smještaj na Odjelu psihijatrije Zatvorske bolnice odakle je tijekom siječnja odvođen u Bolnicu u Vrapču gdje ga je vještačio tim stručnjaka.

Nakon dva tjedna utvrdili su kako nije neubrojiv tj. nije psihički bolestan već je prilikom trostrukog ubojstva bio bitno smanjeno ubrojiv i pod utjecajem dvije vrste lijekova za smirenje. Nakon toga je trebao biti smješten u Zatvor na splitskim Bilicama, ali su od suca istrage dobili suglasnost da ga ne odvode u Split zbog sigurnosnih razloga.

Ostavljen je u zatvorskoj bolnici iz koje je prošli ponedjeljak putem video veze sudjelovao na istražnom ročištu radi iznošenja obrane. S njim je u Zagrebu bio odvjetnik Šerić dok ga je iz Splita ispitivao Žarko Štrbac, zamjenik županijskog državnog odvjetnika. Ročište nije dugo potrajalo jer se Zavadlav odlučio braniti šutnjom.

Trenutno mu je to jedino preostalo jer ako kaže da je ubio trojicu jer su maltretirali njega i obitelj zbog dugova za drogu brata mu ovisnika o heroinu, onda priznaje ubojstvo iz bezobzirne osvete. Za takvu vrstu ubojstva može dobiti od najmanje deset godina do dugotrajne kazne zatvora.

Kako se u ovom slučaju radi o višestrukim ubojstvima moguća je najviša kazna od 50 godina zatvora koja se izriče ako zbroj pojedinačnih kazni izrečenih za svako teško ubojstvo prelazi 50 godina. Za tzv. obično ubojstvo zapriječena je kazna od pet do 20 godina zatvora. U slučaju osuđujuće presude za obična ubojstva, kada bi zbroj pojedinačnih kazni bio iznad 20, jedinstvena kazna zatvora može biti između 21 i 39 godina zatvora.

Filip Zavadlav podizanje optužnice čeka u Zatvoru u Gospiću: splitske Bilice nisu sigurne, a nije psihički bolestan da bi i dalje bio u Svetošimunskoj

Nakon četiri mjeseca boravka u Bolnici za osobe lišene slobode na Svetošimunskoj cesti u Zagrebu Filip Zavadlav (25) prebačen je u Zatvor u Gospiću. Odluku je donijela Uprava za zatvorski sustav nakon što je prošli tjedan putem video veze iznio obranu čime je gotov istražni postupak.

Kako saznajemo, nadležni sa Županijskog suda u Splitu saznali su iz neformalnih izvora da je Zavadlav prebačen u Gospić te su se raspitali u Zatvorskoj bolnici. Tamo su im potvrdili da je prebačaj obavljen u petak poslijepodne tako da na splitskom sudu službenu pisanu informaciju očekuju u ponedjeljak tijekom radnog vremena.

Odvjetnik Branko Šerić koji ga zastupa također nam je potvrdio da je njegov klijent dobio novu adresu. Nakon što je Zavadlavu određen istražni zatvor polovicom siječnja ...
