Slučaj prekomjerne upotrebe sile, odnosno pucanja na automobil navodnih dilera u Mošćenici početkom mjeseca, zbog kojega su u utorak uhićena dvojica policajaca iz Odjela za droge, odnosno zbog optužbi da su lažirali izvještaj o događaju, nenadano se proširio i na druge visoko rangirane službenike sisačke policije - piše Marin Dešković za Jutarnji list.

Nakon što su u utorak tvrdili kako se kriminalističko istraživanje provodi u odnosu na dvojicu policajaca, danas su iz USKOK-a izvijestili kako se u vezi toga slučaja provode nova uhićenja.

"Nastavno na jučerašnja uhićenja i provođenje hitnih dokaznih radnji na području Sisačko-moslavačke županije, danas su u tijeku nova uhićenja koja provodi PNUSKOK u koordinaciji s USKOK-om u odnosu na još tri policijska službenika za koje se osnovano sumnja da su počinili kaznena djela protiv službene dužnosti. USKOK će nakon ispitivanja osumnjičenika odlučiti o daljnjem postupanju u predmetnom slučaju o čemu će obavijestiti javnost", izvijestio je danas USKOK.

Kako pak neslužbeno doznajemo, kriminalističko istraživanje policije i USKOK-a danas se proširilo i na aktualnoga prvoga čovjeka kriminalističke policije čitave Uprave, odnosno načelnika Sektora Igora Pasaneca, te voditelja Službe za javni red i sigurnost PU moslavačke Marijana Brnada koje su njihovi kolege danas uhitili.

Podsjetimo, kako smo već pisali, ova akcija USKOK-a i policije povezana je s događajem s početka ovog mjeseca kada su policajci u Mošćenici upotrijebili vatreno oružje. Tada je Policijska uprava sisačko-moslavačka izvijestila da se radilo o postupanju prema više osoba zbog suzbijanja kriminaliteta droga te da je uporabljeno vatreno oružje "kad je vozač automobilom krenuo na policajce".

"Tijekom postupanja, vozač automobila je vozilom krenuo prema policijskim službenicima, prethodno se oglušujući na njihove naredbe. Kako bi otklonili opasnost, policijski službenici su uporabili vatreno oružje, pucajući u zrak i u pneumatike na automobilu. U ovom događaju nije bilo ozlijeđenih osoba", priopćila je tada policija dodajući da je s tim u vezi jedna osoba privedena, a da se za dvije osobe još traga.

No, naknadno je navodno utvrđeno da se sve zbilo na nešto drugačiji način, odnosno da osobe u vozilu koje su policajci pokušali zaustaviti, nisu pokušali pregaziti policajce nego da su ubrzali i pobjegli, a da ih nisu ugrozili. Policajci su potom, umjesto da ispale hice upozorenja u zrak, odmah zapucali prema vozilu u bijegu, a kasnije su složili ranije navedenu priču kao da su postupali sukladno pravilima službe. No, cijeli je događaj navodno snimljen, pa je kasnije otkriveno što se uistinu dogodilo - piše Jutarnji list.

Slučaj prekomjerne upotrebe sile, odnosno pucanja na automobil navodnih dilera u Mošćenici početkom mjeseca, zbog kojega su u utorak uhićena dvojica policajaca iz Odjela za droge, odnosno zbog optužbi da su lažirali izvještaj o događaju, nenadano se proširio i na druge visoko rangirane službenike sisačke policije - piše Marin Dešković za Jutarnji list.

Nakon što su u utorak tvrdili kako se kriminalističko istraživanje provodi u odnosu na dvojicu policajaca, danas su iz USKOK-a izvijestili kako se u vezi toga slučaja provode nova uhićenja.

"Nastavno na jučerašnja uhićenja i provođenje hitnih dokaznih radnji na području Sisačko-moslavačke županije, danas su u tijeku nova uhićenja koja provodi PNUSKOK u koordinaciji s USKOK-om u odnosu na još tri policijska službenika za koje se osnovano sumnja da su počinili kaznena djela protiv službene dužnosti. USKOK će nakon ispitivanja osumnjičenika odlučiti o daljnjem postupanju u predmetnom slučaju o čemu će obavijestiti javnost", izvijestio je danas USKOK.

Kako pak neslužbeno doznajemo, kriminalističko istraživanje policije i USKOK-a danas se proširilo i na aktualnoga prvoga čovjeka kriminalističke policije čitave Uprave, odnosno načelnika Sektora Igora Pasaneca, te voditelja Službe za javni red i sigurnost PU moslavačke Marijana Brnada koje su njihovi kolege danas uhitili.

Podsjetimo, kako smo već pisali, ova akcija USKOK-a i policije povezana je s događajem s početka ovog mjeseca kada su policajci u Mošćenici upotrijebili vatreno oružje. Tada je Policijska uprava sisačko-moslavačka izvijestila da se radilo o postupanju prema više osoba zbog suzbijanja kriminaliteta droga te da je uporabljeno vatreno oružje "kad je vozač automobilom krenuo na policajce".

"Tijekom postupanja, vozač automobila je vozilom krenuo prema policijskim službenicima, prethodno se oglušujući na njihove naredbe. Kako bi otklonili opasnost, policijski službenici su uporabili vatreno oružje, pucajući u zrak i u pneumatike na automobilu. U ovom događaju nije bilo ozlijeđenih osoba", priopćila je tada policija dodajući da je s tim u vezi jedna osoba privedena, a da se za dvije osobe još traga.

No, naknadno je navodno utvrđeno da se sve zbilo na nešto drugačiji način, odnosno da osobe u vozilu koje su policajci pokušali zaustaviti, nisu pokušali pregaziti policajce nego da su ubrzali i pobjegli, a da ih nisu ugrozili. Policajci su potom, umjesto da ispale hice upozorenja u zrak, odmah zapucali prema vozilu u bijegu, a kasnije su složili ranije navedenu priču kao da su postupali sukladno pravilima službe. No, cijeli je događaj navodno snimljen, pa je kasnije otkriveno što se uistinu dogodilo - piše Jutarnji list.
