Uputa je da vam prenesem da su prema Zakonu o kaznenom postupku izvidi tajni i Državno odvjetništvo sve što je imalo reći reklo je u priopćenju, preneseno nam je to danas iz vukovarskog Županijskog državnog odvjetništva nakon što smo se i danas raspitivali hoćemo li dobiti odgovor na pitanje je li za terenac Nissan Terrano 2.7 TD na koji je ugrađen zaštitni luk, tzv. bull bar s vitlom koji u pravilu koriste lovci imao odgovarajući atest.

Naime, kako je objavio 24 sata, Mariju Banožiću taj dodatak na vozilo montirao je jedan vinkovački poduzetnik, i to tako da se može skinuti kad se ne koristi za lov.

Prema podacima iz imovinske kartice, riječ je o vozilu proizvedenom 2003. godine procijenjenom na nešto više od 7000 eura.

- Dakle, kada govorimo o zaštitnom luku, može biti ugradni i izgradni, za njega je potreban atest i može se legalizirati. To je uhodana procedura i atest se obavlja u Stanici za tehnički pregled, a nakon atesta se upisuje u prometnu dozvolu - kaže nam dr. sc. Goran Pejić, dipl. ing., predsjednik Uprave Centra za vozila Hrvatske, piše Jutarnji list.

Neki proizvođači terenaca, poput Nissana Mitsubishija i Toyote, imaju i u ponudi takva vozila i znaju ih predstavljati na specijaliziranim sajmovima za lov. Osim barrova, takva vozila imaju i dodatne reflektore te druge dodatke od koristi lovcima.

I dok je Državno odvjetništvo provelo test razmjernosti vezano za objavu informacije o alkotestu Marija Banožića, sada su odlučili da neće više ništa komunicirati za javnost i pozvali se na tajnost izvida.

Smatramo da je itekako bitno znati je li Banožić krenuo s vozilom s kojim nije smio izaći na cestu i, s obzirom na to da je i ranije već s istim vozilom išao u lov, je li policija imala saznanja da po cesti vozi formalno tehnički neispravno vozilo.

Jer da ga je policija zaustavila na cesti, morali bi ga isključiti iz prometa, naplatiti mu kaznu i uputiti ga na izvanredni tehnički pregled.

Mogli su mu i skinuti tablice dok ne obavi važeći atest. Ako bi se ustanovilo da je imao više od 0,5 promila alkohola u krvi, je li to moglo utjecati na njegove sposobnosti za vožnju, iako za lov nema tolerancije za alkohol, za nastanak okolnosti nesreće vrlo je bitan podatak koliko je bull bar mogao pridonijeti tragičnoj nesreći.

Sugovornici koji ne žele da ih imenujemo kažu da je s obzirom na težinu navedene nadogradnje to moglo utjecati na smanjenje performansi njegova terenca kod pretjecanja, koji ionako nije konstruiran za situacije kad na kratkoj relaciji treba preteći vozilo ispred sebe.

Osim toga, riječ je o čeličnoj konstrukciji i nadograđenom vitlu koje je moglo biti kobno za vozača kombija, ali je spasilo život Mariju Banožiću.

Ali, taj parametar će biti bitan i kod prometno-tehničkog vještačenja kako bi se ustanovilo koliko je ta činjenica mogla utjecati na performanse terenca kojim je upravljao Banožić.

Uputa je da vam prenesem da su prema Zakonu o kaznenom postupku izvidi tajni i Državno odvjetništvo sve što je imalo reći reklo je u priopćenju, preneseno nam je to danas iz vukovarskog Županijskog državnog odvjetništva nakon što smo se i danas raspitivali hoćemo li dobiti odgovor na pitanje je li za terenac Nissan Terrano 2.7 TD na koji je ugrađen zaštitni luk, tzv. bull bar s vitlom koji u pravilu koriste lovci imao odgovarajući atest.

Naime, kako je objavio 24 sata, Mariju Banožiću taj dodatak na vozilo montirao je jedan vinkovački poduzetnik, i to tako da se može skinuti kad se ne koristi za lov.

Prema podacima iz imovinske kartice, riječ je o vozilu proizvedenom 2003. godine procijenjenom na nešto više od 7000 eura.

- Dakle, kada govorimo o zaštitnom luku, može biti ugradni i izgradni, za njega je potreban atest i može se legalizirati. To je uhodana procedura i atest se obavlja u Stanici za tehnički pregled, a nakon atesta se upisuje u prometnu dozvolu - kaže nam dr. sc. Goran Pejić, dipl. ing., predsjednik Uprave Centra za vozila Hrvatske, piše Jutarnji list.

Neki proizvođači terenaca, poput Nissana Mitsubishija i Toyote, imaju i u ponudi takva vozila i znaju ih predstavljati na specijaliziranim sajmovima za lov. Osim barrova, takva vozila imaju i dodatne reflektore te druge dodatke od koristi lovcima.

I dok je Državno odvjetništvo provelo test razmjernosti vezano za objavu informacije o alkotestu Marija Banožića, sada su odlučili da neće više ništa komunicirati za javnost i pozvali se na tajnost izvida.

Smatramo da je itekako bitno znati je li Banožić krenuo s vozilom s kojim nije smio izaći na cestu i, s obzirom na to da je i ranije već s istim vozilom išao u lov, je li policija imala saznanja da po cesti vozi formalno tehnički neispravno vozilo.

Uputa je da vam prenesem da su prema Zakonu o kaznenom postupku izvidi tajni i Državno odvjetništvo sve što je imalo reći reklo je u priopćenju, preneseno nam je to danas iz vukovarskog Županijskog državnog odvjetništva nakon što smo se i danas raspitivali hoćemo li dobiti odgovor na pitanje je li za terenac Nissan Terrano 2.7 TD na koji je ugrađen zaštitni luk, tzv. bull bar s vitlom koji u pravilu koriste lovci imao odgovarajući atest.

Naime, kako je objavio 24 sata, Mariju Banožiću taj dodatak na vozilo montirao je jedan vinkovački poduzetnik, i to tako da se može skinuti kad se ne koristi za lov.

Prema podacima iz imovinske kartice, riječ je o vozilu proizvedenom 2003. godine procijenjenom na nešto više od 7000 eura.

- Dakle, kada govorimo o zaštitnom luku, može biti ugradni i izgradni, za njega je potreban atest i može se legalizirati. To je uhodana procedura i atest se obavlja u Stanici za tehnički pregled, a nakon atesta se upisuje u prometnu dozvolu - kaže nam dr. sc. Goran Pejić, dipl. ing., predsjednik Uprave Centra za vozila Hrvatske, piše Jutarnji list.

Neki proizvođači terenaca, poput Nissana Mitsubishija i Toyote, imaju i u ponudi takva vozila i znaju ih predstavljati na specijaliziranim sajmovima za lov. Osim barrova, takva vozila imaju i dodatne reflektore te druge dodatke od koristi lovcima.

I dok je Državno odvjetništvo provelo test razmjernosti vezano za objavu informacije o alkotestu Marija Banožića, sada su odlučili da neće više ništa komunicirati za javnost i pozvali se na tajnost izvida.

Smatramo da je itekako bitno znati je li Banožić krenuo s vozilom s kojim nije smio izaći na cestu i, s obzirom na to da je i ranije već s istim vozilom išao u lov, je li policija imala saznanja da po cesti vozi formalno tehnički neispravno vozilo.
