Andrija, kukat ćeš, Andrija. Imat ćeš šta pročitat. Ja samo čekam da dobijem priliku da mogu govoriti.
Rekao je to aktualni ministar zdravstva Milan Kujundžić bivšemu ministru zdravstva te svojemu stranačkome kolegi Andriji Hebrangu, nakon što je jučer na zagrebačkom Općinskom kaznenome sudu održana prva rasprava u postupku u kojemu Kujudžić Hebranga tuži zbog navoda da je ratne 1991. i 1992. proveo u Njemačkoj, a ne na bojišnici.
Postupak pred sucem Nenadom Lukićem jučer je započeo predlaganjem dokaza, a nakon što je na ranijem ročištu Hebrang odbio mirenje.
Hebrang i Kujundžić, inače dobri znanci, na početku ročišta komunicirali su vrlo kurtoazno, ostavljajući prijateljski dojam, međutim, na kraju kod potpisivanja zapisnika, moglo se čuti da su se između sebe porječkali pa je Kujundžić tiho rekao Hebrangu da će na kraju kukati.
Povod tužbe je Hebrangova izjava. "Otišao je u Njemačku, dolazio na nekoliko dana obraniti doktorat i vraćao se u Njemačku. Čak je jednom bio u Lipiku na sat vremena kad je oslobođen, to je sve što je 'primirisao' bojišnice, ali to sam doznao prekasno", rekao je Hebrang u izjavi za medije u ožujku ove godine.
Kao dokaz da je oklevetan Kujundžić je jučer predložio čitanje podataka o svom ratnom putu iz registra branitelja, zatim dokumentacije o svom radu u bolnicama Sv. Duh i Novoj Bolnici te rješenje o rasporedu.
Također je predložio ispitivanje profesora Dragutina Košute koji je 1991. Kujundžiću bio šef.
Hebrang je pak predložio da se pročita Kujundžićev životopis sa stranica Sabora i Vlade RH, te HDZ-a, njegov životopis s Wikipedije, zatim da se od Ministarstva branitelja pribavi dokument na osnovi kojega je Kujundžić upisan u registar branitelja, ali i da se kao svjedok sasluša neurokirurg Toni Kolak koji je 1991. bio specijalzant zajedno s Kujundžićem i koji ima saznanja kakav je tada bio stav tužitelja o sudjelovanju u Domovinskome ratu.
Ovome svjedoku se usprotivio Kujundžićev odvjetnik rekavši kako stav tužitelja nije predmet ovoga postupka te da protiv Kolaka Kujundžić već vodi postupak zbog klevete pa bi stoga Kolak bio zainteresiran naštetiti tužitelju "ne birajući sredstva". Sudac Lukić prihvatio je, međutim, sve predložene dokaze, pa tako i Kolakovo saslušanje.

Andrija, kukat ćeš, Andrija. Imat ćeš šta pročitat. Ja samo čekam da dobijem priliku da mogu govoriti.
Rekao je to aktualni ministar zdravstva Milan Kujundžić bivšemu ministru zdravstva te svojemu stranačkome kolegi Andriji Hebrangu, nakon što je jučer na zagrebačkom Općinskom kaznenome sudu održana prva rasprava u postupku u kojemu Kujudžić Hebranga tuži zbog navoda da je ratne 1991. i 1992. proveo u Njemačkoj, a ne na bojišnici.
Postupak pred sucem Nenadom Lukićem jučer je započeo predlaganjem dokaza, a nakon što je na ranijem ročištu Hebrang odbio mirenje.
Hebrang i Kujundžić, inače dobri znanci, na početku ročišta komunicirali su vrlo kurtoazno, ostavljajući prijateljski dojam, međutim, na kraju kod potpisivanja zapisnika, moglo se čuti da su se između sebe porječkali pa je Kujundžić tiho rekao Hebrangu da će na kraju kukati.
Povod tužbe je Hebrangova izjava. "Otišao je u Njemačku, dolazio na nekoliko dana obraniti doktorat i vraćao se u Njemačku. Čak je jednom bio u Lipiku na sat vremena kad je oslobođen, to je sve što je 'primirisao' bojišnice, ali to sam doznao prekasno", rekao je Hebrang u izjavi za medije u ožujku ove godine.
Kao dokaz da je oklevetan Kujundžić je jučer predložio čitanje podataka o svom ratnom putu iz registra branitelja, zatim dokumentacije o svom radu u bolnicama Sv. Duh i Novoj Bolnici te rješenje o rasporedu.
Također je predložio ispitivanje profesora Dragutina Košute koji je 1991. Kujundžiću bio šef.
Hebrang je pak predložio da se pročita Kujundžićev životopis sa stranica Sabora i Vlade RH, te HDZ-a, njegov životopis s Wikipedije, zatim da se od Ministarstva branitelja pribavi dokument na osnovi kojega je Kujundžić upisan u registar branitelja, ali i da se kao svjedok sasluša neurokirurg Toni Kolak koji je 1991. bio specijalzant zajedno s Kujundžićem i koji ima saznanja kakav je tada bio stav tužitelja o sudjelovanju u Domovinskome ratu.
Ovome svjedoku se usprotivio Kujundžićev odvjetnik rekavši kako stav tužitelja nije predmet ovoga postupka te da protiv Kolaka Kujundžić već vodi postupak zbog klevete pa bi stoga Kolak bio zainteresiran naštetiti tužitelju "ne birajući sredstva". Sudac Lukić prihvatio je, međutim, sve predložene dokaze, pa tako i Kolakovo saslušanje.
