Tvrtka Zlatka Canjuge, ENS, gradit će novi trgovački centar u Ludbregu. Centar vrijedan 25 milijuna kuna gradit će se tik do već postojećeg Spara i ludbreškog svetišta, na gradskom zemljištu.

Zemljište veličine 7732 kvadrata plaćeno je više od dva milijuna kuna, a prodaju je odobrilo Gradsko vijeće na sjednici, piše Podravski.hr, održanoj samo s tom, jednom točkom dnevnog reda.

Iako novi vlasnici najavljuju otvaranje 40 radnih mjesta, Ludbrežani nisu oduševljeni izgradnjom još jednog trgovačkog centra.

„Još jedan, pa ionako ih je previše“, „Zašto još jedan“, „Umjesto nove tvornice, još jedan trgovački centar“... komentiraju Ludbrežani.

Investicija Zlatka Canjuge, ne čini im se dobrom idejom i spominju da je na tom mjestu bila planirana izgradnja knjižnice.

U desetak Dana ludbreške Svete nedjelje, jednog od najposjećenijih proštenja u zemlji, grad posjeti oko 100.000 hodočasnika, koji u Ludbregu ne štede.

Bivši glavni tajnik HDZ-a i savjetnik predsjednika dr. Franje Tuđmana, Zlatko Canjuga i njegova tvrtka ENS, ponudi za kupovinu zemljišta, priložili su bankovni račun, iz kojega se vidi da tvrtka u ovom trenutku raspolaže s 37 milijuna kuna gotovine, piše Podravski.hr.

Tvrtka Zlatka Canjuge, ENS, gradit će novi trgovački centar u Ludbregu. Centar vrijedan 25 milijuna kuna gradit će se tik do već postojećeg Spara i ludbreškog svetišta, na gradskom zemljištu.

Zemljište veličine 7732 kvadrata plaćeno je više od dva milijuna kuna, a prodaju je odobrilo Gradsko vijeće na sjednici, piše Podravski.hr, održanoj samo s tom, jednom točkom dnevnog reda.

Iako novi vlasnici najavljuju otvaranje 40 radnih mjesta, Ludbrežani nisu oduševljeni izgradnjom još jednog trgovačkog centra.

„Još jedan, pa ionako ih je previše“, „Zašto još jedan“, „Umjesto nove tvornice, još jedan trgovački centar“... komentiraju Ludbrežani.

Investicija Zlatka Canjuge, ne čini im se dobrom idejom i spominju da je na tom mjestu bila planirana izgradnja knjižnice.

U desetak Dana ludbreške Svete nedjelje, jednog od najposjećenijih proštenja u zemlji, grad posjeti oko 100.000 hodočasnika, koji u Ludbregu ne štede.

Bivši glavni tajnik HDZ-a i savjetnik predsjednika dr. Franje Tuđmana, Zlatko Canjuga i njegova tvrtka ENS, ponudi za kupovinu zemljišta, priložili su bankovni račun, iz kojega se vidi da tvrtka u ovom trenutku raspolaže s 37 milijuna kuna gotovine, piše Podravski.hr.

Tvrtka Zlatka Canjuge, ENS, gradit će novi trgovački centar u Ludbregu. Centar vrijedan 25 milijuna kuna gradit će se tik do već postojećeg Spara i ludbreškog svetišta, na gradskom zemljištu.

Zemljište veličine 7732 kvadrata plaćeno je više od dva milijuna kuna, a prodaju je odobrilo Gradsko vijeće na sjednici, piše Podravski.hr, održanoj samo s tom, jednom točkom dnevnog reda.

Iako novi vlasnici najavljuju otvaranje 40 radnih mjesta, Ludbrežani nisu oduševljeni izgradnjom još jednog trgovačkog centra.

„Još jedan, pa ionako ih je previše“, „Zašto još jedan“, „Umjesto nove tvornice, još jedan trgovački centar“... komentiraju Ludbrežani.

Investicija Zlatka Canjuge, ne čini im se dobrom idejom i spominju da je na tom mjestu bila planirana izgradnja knji...
