Luka Split priprema gradnju naftnog terminala za prihvat tankera i transport nafte željeznicom i kamionima u unutrašnjost. Riječ je o terminalu s četiri spremnika ukupnog kapaciteta 56 tisuća kubika u splitskoj Sjevernoj luci i o osmom takvom postrojenju na hrvatskoj strani Jadrana, računajući i Inine terminale u Bakru i Solinu koji služe samo za njezine potrebe.
– Radi se infrastrukturnom projektu od strateškog značenja i ulaganju u visokoprofitabilnu dugotrajnu imovinu niskog profila rizika koja bi za lokalnu i ukupnu zajednicu, kao i za samu Luku d.d. Split, bila od izuzetnog značenja u smislu novog poslovnog izazova i proširenja opsega poslovanja, novih kvalitetnih radnih mjesta te dodatnih stabilnih izvora prihoda – poručio nam je direktor Luke Split Jerko Bačić.
Trenutno se u luci, navodi Bačić, usklađuju poslovni planovi, izrađuju procjene poslovnog plana prihoda i dobiti s procjenom rizika tijekom izgradnje terminala naftnih derivata, te se razrađuje struktura projekta.
Pitanje isplativosti
Na pitanje kada bi mogla početi gradnja terminala, Bačić odgovara kako je razdoblje za izgradnju ovakvog objekta otprilike dvije godine od izdavanja svih potrebnih potvrda i dozvola od nadležnih tijela.
– Prve procjene investicije kreću se u iznosima od 150 milijuna do 200 milijuna kuna. No, u ovom trenutku u mogućnosti smo iznijeti samo ove okvirne financijske podatke o visini i procjeni ulaganja – navodi direktor Luke Split.
Tako bi, uz najveći i široj javnosti najpoznatiji terminal Jadranskog naftovoda u Omišlju na Krku, te po dva terminala u zadarskoj luci Gaženici i u Pločama, na našoj obali trebao niknuti šesti komercijalni naftni terminal. Kada se, osim terminala za Inine potrebe, nabrojenima doda i najveći terminal na Jadranu, u slovenskom Kopru, i terminal u luci Bar u Crnoj Gori, logičnim se nameće pitanje ima li za sve njih posla, odnosno ide li Luka Split u isplativu investiciju.
– Proveli smo sveobuhvatnu i strukturiranu studiju opravdanosti ulaganja, iz koje je vidljivo da su na ovom području trenutni kapaciteti suvremenih terminala naftnih derivata nedostatni – ističe Jerko Bačić.
U prilog procjeni direktora Luke Split idu i razmišljanja našeg sugovornika dobro upućenog u ovaj segment naftnog biznisa, koji nam je zbog prirode posla kojim se bavi ponudio neslužbeni komentar najavljene investicije u Luci Split.
– Osim Ininih terminala u Bakru i u Solinu, još neki terminali ili najveći dio kapaciteta u njima zapravo nisu otvoreni za druge kompanije. Isto tako, dio spremnika u terminalima nije u funkciji, tako da ima rezona širiti kapacitete i ponudu za prihvat i skladištenje nafte – kaže naš sugovornik.
Da je, dodaje, investitor u Luci Split država, bilo bi razloga za suzdržanost u pogledu opravdanosti izgradnje još jednog naftnog terminala.
– Budući da se u Luci Split radi o privatnom kapitalu, i da je riječ o komercijalnom terminalu, razložno je vjerovati da postoji ekonomska logika iza cijelog projekta – zaključuje naš sugovornik.
Vlasnička preslagivanja
Spomenuti privatni vlasnici Luke Split su tvrtke Marine Consulting & Insurance i Gors savjetovanja, koje zajedno drže gotovo 83 posto vlasništva, a preostale dionice Luke ima Grad Split. Splitska luka prošla je posljednjih dvadeset godina više vlasničkih preslagivanja, počevši od 2007., kada ju je kupio ruski biznismen Dmitrij Železnjak.
Nakon propasti s pokušajem proizvodnje votke u okolici Imotskog, Železnjak se prošle godine povukao i iz Luke Split, prodavši je splitskom poduzetniku Igoru Mihajlovu, koji je donedavno bio i direktor Luke Split.
Prednost Sjeverne luke u odnosu na zamišljeni naftni terminal sastoji se u već postojećem privezu za prijam tankera maksimalnog kapaciteta 40 tisuća tona. U elaboratu procjene utjecaja na okoliš budućeg terminala, koji je Luka Split nedavno dostavila na ocjenu Ministarstvu gospodarstva i održivog razvoja, navodi se da će izgraditi cjevovod od prijama tankera do skladišta u dužini od 650 metara. Privez bi, prema istom izvoru, služio i za punjenje megajahti naftnim derivatima.

Luka Split priprema gradnju naftnog terminala za prihvat tankera i transport nafte željeznicom i kamionima u unutrašnjost. Riječ je o terminalu s četiri spremnika ukupnog kapaciteta 56 tisuća kubika u splitskoj Sjevernoj luci i o osmom takvom postrojenju na hrvatskoj strani Jadrana, računajući i Inine terminale u Bakru i Solinu koji služe samo za njezine potrebe.
– Radi se infrastrukturnom projektu od strateškog značenja i ulaganju u visokoprofitabilnu dugotrajnu imovinu niskog profila rizika koja bi za lokalnu i ukupnu zajednicu, kao i za samu Luku d.d. Split, bila od izuzetnog značenja u smislu novog poslovnog izazova i proširenja opsega poslovanja, novih kvalitetnih radnih mjesta te dodatnih stabilnih izvora prihoda – poručio nam je direktor Luke Split Jerko Bačić.
Trenutno se u luci, navodi Bačić, usklađuju poslovni planovi, izrađuju procjene poslovnog plana prihoda i dobiti s procjenom rizika tijekom izgradnje terminala naftnih derivata, te se razrađuje struktura projekta.

Na pitanje kada bi mogla početi gradnja terminala, Bačić odgovara kako je razdoblje za izgradnju ovakvog objekta otprilike dvije godine od izdavanja svih potrebnih potvrda i dozvola od nadležnih tijela.
– Prve procjene investicije kreću se u iznosima od 150 milijuna do 200 milijuna kuna. No, u ovom trenutku u mogućnosti smo iznijeti samo ove okvirne financijske podatke o visini i procjeni ulaganja – navodi direktor Luke Split.
Tako bi, uz najveći i široj javnosti najpoznatiji terminal Jadranskog naftovoda u Omišlju na Krku, te po dva terminala u zadarskoj luci Gaženici i u Pločama, na našoj obali trebao niknuti šesti komercijalni naftni terminal. Kada se, osim terminala za Inine potrebe, nabrojenima doda i najveći terminal na Jadranu, u slovenskom Kopru, i terminal u luci Bar u Crnoj Gori, logičnim se nameće pitanje ima li za sve njih posla, odnosno ide li Luka Split u isplativu investiciju.
– Proveli smo sveobuhvatnu i strukturiranu studiju opravdanosti ulaganja, iz koje je vidljivo da su na ovom području trenutni kapaciteti suvremenih terminala naftnih derivata nedostatni – ističe Jerko Bačić.
U prilog procjeni direktora Luke Split idu i razmišljanja našeg sugovornika dobro upućenog u ovaj segment naftnog biznisa, koji nam je zbog prirode posla kojim se bavi ponudio neslužbeni komentar najavljene investicije u Luci Split.
– Osim Ininih terminala u Bakru i u Solinu, još neki terminali ili najveći dio kapaciteta u njima zapravo nisu otvoreni za druge kompanije. Isto tako, dio spremnika u terminalima nije u funkciji, tako da ima rezona širiti kapacitete i ponudu za prihvat i skladištenje nafte – kaže naš sugovornik.
Da je, dodaje, investitor u Luci Split država, bilo bi razloga za suzdržanost u pogledu opravdanosti izgradnje još jednog naftnog terminala.
– Budući da se u Luci Split radi o privatnom kapitalu, i da je riječ o komercijalnom terminalu, razložno je vjerovati da postoji ekonomska logika iza cijelog projekta – zaključuje naš sugovornik.
Vlasnička preslagivanja
Spomenuti privatni vlasnici Luke Split su tvrtke Marine Consulting & Insurance i Gors savjetovanja, koje zajedno drže gotovo 83 posto vlasništva, a preostale dionice Luke ima Grad Split. Splitska luka prošla je posljednjih dvadeset godina više vlasničkih preslagivanja, počevši od 2007., kada ju je kupio ruski biznismen Dmitrij Železnjak.
Nakon propasti s pokušajem proizvodnje votke u okolici Imotskog, Železnjak se prošle godine povukao i iz Luke Split, prodavši je splitskom poduzetniku Igoru Mihajlovu, koji je donedavno bio i direktor Luke Split.
Prednost Sjeverne luke u odnosu na zamišljeni naftni terminal sastoji se u već postojećem privezu za prijam tankera maksimalnog kapaciteta 40 tisuća tona. U elaboratu procjene utjecaja na okoliš budućeg terminala, koji je Luka Split nedavno dostavila na ocjenu Ministarstvu gospodarstva i održivog razvoja, navodi se da će izgraditi cjevovod od prijama tankera do skladišta u dužini od 650 metara. Privez bi, prema istom izvoru, služio i za punjenje megajahti naftnim derivatima.
