Zeleno i digitalno poslovanje postali su nužnost želimo li biti konkurenti na turističkom tržištu, istaknuto je na dvodnevnom susretu vlasnika obiteljskih malih hotela i predstavnika Ministarstva turizma i sporta u splitskom hotelu Santa Lucia.
U njihovo poslovanje uključeni su svi članovi obitelji, u prosjeku zapošljavaju 25 ljudi, većina njih radi čitavu godinu, promoviraju lokalno, autohtono, a u fokusu im je održivi turizam. Obiteljski i mali hoteli brže i jednostavnije odgovaraju na zahtjeve modernih putnika i pokretači su novih trendova u turizmu - zaključeno je na dvodnevnom sastanku predstavnika Upravnog vijeća Nacionalne udruge obiteljskih i malih hotela s predstavnicima Ministarstva turizma i sporta.
U jedinstvenom ambijentu splitskog hotela Santa Lucia savjetnik ministrice Igor Radić i ravnatelj Uprave za održivi razvoj i konkurentnost turističke destinacije Slavko Štefičar, vlasnicima obiteljskih i malih hotela predstavili su mogućnosti investiranja u turističke proizvode s naglaskom na Nacionalni plan oporavka i otpornosti.

Zeleno i digitalno
„Zelena i digitalna tranzicija turizma u fokusu su Nacionalnog plana oporavka i otpornosti u kojem bi turistički sektor do kraja 2025. trebao iskoristiti 2,2 milijarde kuna bespovratnih sredstava, od čega je za privatni sektor predviđen iznos od 1,25 milijardi kuna. Nakon javnih poziva čije raspisivanje se očekuje najkasnije do rujna ove godine, slijedi evaluacija projektnih prijedloga i odabir projekata za financiranje. Svi odabrani projekti trebali bi biti završeni do kraja 2025., što podrazumijeva da će se na javni poziv moći prijaviti samo spremni projekti tj. oni koji će moći zajamčiti da sa svojom realizacijom mogu započeti odmah po odobrenju sredstava. U tom pogledu važno je da već sad, ukoliko netko iz turističkog sektora već nije, krene u pravovremenu pripremu projektnih prijedloga te time i ishođenja svih pripadajućih podloga i dozvola“, kazao je Slavko Štefičar.
Obiteljski i mali hoteli upravo u ovom planu vide priliku posebno kad je u pitanju njihov novi projekt Eco zelenih hotela.
„Zeleno poslovanje za hotelijere znači konkurentnosti i veliku uštedu, a sve je više gostiju koji traže ekološki prihvatljivi smještaj. Osim toga na ovaj način dajemo svoj doprinos dekarbonizaciji planete. Naši hoteli, kao uostalom i cjelokupno gospodarstvo suočeni su s nikad većom krizom, neki od hotelijera opterećeni su kreditima, potražnja je smanjena u ranoj pred i kasnoj posezoni, a energija iznimno skupa. Stoga, želimo li zadržati status lidera u turizmu, investicije u ovakvu ponudu i sadržaje su nužne“, zaključio je Šime Klarić, predsjednik Nacionalne udruge obiteljskih i malih hotela.

Više je mogućnosti ulaganja
Program oporavka i otpornosti nije jedina mogućnost ulaganja u sadržaje i ponudu turističkog sektora, istaknuli su predstavnici Ministarstva turizma i sporta.
„Nacionalni plan oporavka i otpornosti predstavlja početak snažnog investicijskog ciklusa u hrvatsko gospodarstvo pri čemu turistički sektor nije nikako zapostavljen što potvrđuje i činjenica da je Ministarstvo turizma i sporta u okviru Nacionalnog plana nositelj aktivnosti razvoja održivog, inovativnog i otpornog turizma ukupne vrijednosti 2.2 milijarde bespovratnih sredstava. Pored Nacionalnog plana, turističkom sektoru u skoro vrijeme bit će dostupna i sredstva iz Operativnih programa za razdoblje 2021.- 2027. čije programiranje je u tijeku. Također, turističkom sektoru na raspolaganju su i sredstva drugih različitih programa kao što je primjerice program „Konkurentnost turističkog gospodarstva“ čija će sredstva, nadamo se, iz godine u godinu rasti. Ovi napori Ministarstva za osiguranjem financijskih sredstava trebaju učiniti naš turizam održivijim i otpornijim“, poručio je savjetnik ministrice Igor Radić.
Zahvalio se vodstvu Nacionalne udruge obiteljskih i malih hotela na svim dosadašnjim aktivnostima kroz koje je udruga zastupala specifične interese ne samo malih obiteljskih hotelijera, već i turizma u cijelosti što dokazuje i nova inicijativa Udruge - Eco zeleni hoteli.
„Nadamo se da će Udruga i u svojim budućim aktivnostima biti vrijedan partner te da će svojim aktivnostima pridonijeti strateškom zaokretu hrvatskog turizma ka održivosti“, poručili su predstavnici Ministarstva.

Zeleno i digitalno poslovanje postali su nužnost želimo li biti konkurenti na turističkom tržištu, istaknuto je na dvodnevnom susretu vlasnika obiteljskih malih hotela i predstavnika Ministarstva turizma i sporta u splitskom hotelu Santa Lucia.
U njihovo poslovanje uključeni su svi članovi obitelji, u prosjeku zapošljavaju 25 ljudi, većina njih radi čitavu godinu, promoviraju lokalno, autohtono, a u fokusu im je održivi turizam. Obiteljski i mali hoteli brže i jednostavnije odgovaraju na zahtjeve modernih putnika i pokretači su novih trendova u turizmu - zaključeno je na dvodnevnom sastanku predstavnika Upravnog vijeća Nacionalne udruge obiteljskih i malih hotela s predstavnicima Ministarstva turizma i sporta.
U jedinstvenom ambijentu splitskog hotela Santa Lucia savjetnik ministrice Igor Radić i ravnatelj Uprave za održivi razvoj i konkurentnost turističke destinacije Slavko Štefičar, vlasnicima obiteljskih i malih hotela predstavili su mogućnosti investiranja u turističke proizvode s naglaskom na Nacionalni plan oporavka i otpornosti.

Zeleno i digitalno
„Zelena i digitalna tranzicija turizma u fokusu su Nacionalnog plana oporavka i otpornosti u kojem bi turistički sektor do kraja 2025. trebao iskoristiti 2,2 milijarde kuna bespovratnih sredstava, od čega je za privatni sektor predviđen iznos od 1,25 milijardi kuna. Nakon javnih poziva čije raspisivanje se očekuje najkasnije do rujna ove godine, slijedi evaluacija projektnih prijedloga i odabir projekata za financiranje. Svi odabrani projekti trebali bi biti završeni do kraja 2025., što podrazumijeva da će se na javni poziv moći prijaviti samo spremni projekti tj. oni koji će moći zajamčiti da sa svojom realizacijom mogu započeti odmah po odobrenju sredstava. U tom pogledu važno je da već sad, ukoliko netko iz turističkog sektora već nije, krene u pravovremenu pripremu projektnih prijedloga te time i ishođenja svih pripadajućih podloga i dozvola“, kazao je Slavko Štefičar.
Obiteljski i mali hoteli upravo u ovom planu vide priliku posebno kad je u pitanju njihov novi projekt Eco zelenih hotela.
„Zeleno poslovanje za hotelijere znači konkurentnosti i veliku uštedu, a sve je više gostiju koji traže ekološki prihvatljivi smještaj. Osim toga na ovaj način dajemo svoj doprinos dekarbonizaciji planete. Naši hoteli, kao uostalom i cjelokupno gospodarstvo suočeni su s nikad većom krizom, neki od hotelijera opterećeni su kreditima, potražnja je smanjena u ranoj pred i kasnoj posezoni, a energija iznimno skupa. Stoga, želimo li zadržati status lidera u turizmu, investicije u ovakvu ponudu i sadržaje su nužne“, zaključio je Šime Klarić, predsjednik Nacionalne udruge obiteljskih i malih hotela.

Više je mogućnosti ulaganja
Program oporavka i otpornosti nije jedina mogućnost ulaganja u sadržaje i ponudu turističkog sektora, istaknuli su predstavnici Ministarstva turizma i sporta.
„Nacionalni plan oporavka i otpornosti predstavlja početak snažnog investicijskog ciklusa u hrvatsko gospodarstvo pri čemu turistički sektor nije nikako zapostavljen što potvrđuje i činjenica da je Ministarstvo turizma i sporta u okviru Nacionalnog plana nositelj aktivnosti razvoja održivog, inovativnog i otpornog turizma ukupne vrijednosti 2.2 milijarde bespovratnih sredstava. Pored Nacionalnog plana, turističkom sektoru u skoro vrijeme bit će dostupna i sredstva iz Operativnih programa za razdoblje 2021.- 2027. čije programiranje je u tijeku. Također, turističkom sektoru na raspolaganju su i sredstva drugih različitih programa kao što je primjerice program „Konkurentnost turističkog gospodarstva“ čija će sredstva, nadamo se, iz godine u godinu rasti. Ovi napori Ministarstva za osiguranjem financijskih sredstava trebaju učiniti naš turizam održivijim i otpornijim“, poručio je savjetnik ministrice Igor Radić.
Zahvalio se vodstvu Nacionalne udruge obiteljskih i malih hotela na svim dosadašnjim aktivnostima kroz koje je udruga zastupala specifične interese ne samo malih obiteljskih hotelijera, već i turizma u cijelosti što dokazuje i nova inicijativa Udruge - Eco zeleni hoteli.
„Nadamo se da će Udruga i u svojim budućim aktivnostima biti vrijedan partner te da će svojim aktivnostima pridonijeti strateškom zaokretu hrvatskog turizma ka održivosti“, poručili su predstavnici Ministarstva.
