Talijanski regulator za zaštitu tržišnog natjecanja izvijestio je u četvrtak da je američkom internetskom maloprodajnom divu Amazonu izrekao novčanu kaznu od 1,13 milijardi eura zbog zloupotrebe dominantne tržišne pozicije.

Amazon je naštetio konkurenciji u logističkim uslugama u internetskoj trgovini, pojasnio je regulator.

Amazon ima dominantan položaj na talijanskom tržištu posredničkih usluga i to je iskoristio kako bi među trgovcima na platformi Amazon.it favorizirao svoju logističku uslugu Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA) na štetu logističkih usluga konkurencije, istaknuli su.

Ujedno su time dodatno ojačali ionako dominantnu poziciju na tržištu, dodali su.

Kompaniji je zato izrečena novčana kazna od 1,13 milijardi eura, a regulator je najavio i da će joj propisati korektivne mjere čiju će provedbu kontrolirati specijalni povjerenik.

Amazon nije odmah bio dostupan za komentar odluke talijanskog regulatora.

Talijanski regulator za zaštitu tržišnog natjecanja izvijestio je u četvrtak da je američkom internetskom maloprodajnom divu Amazonu izrekao novčanu kaznu od 1,13 milijardi eura zbog zloupotrebe dominantne tržišne pozicije.

Amazon je naštetio konkurenciji u logističkim uslugama u internetskoj trgovini, pojasnio je regulator.

Amazon ima dominantan položaj na talijanskom tržištu posredničkih usluga i to je iskoristio kako bi među trgovcima na platformi Amazon.it favorizirao svoju logističku uslugu Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA) na štetu logističkih usluga konkurencije, istaknuli su.

Ujedno su time dodatno ojačali ionako dominantnu poziciju na tržištu, dodali su.

Kompaniji je zato izrečena novčana kazna od 1,13 milijardi eura, a regulator je najavio i da će joj propisati korektivne mjere čiju će provedbu kontrolirati specijalni povjerenik.

Amazon nije odmah bio dostupan za komentar odluke talijanskog regulatora.

Talijanski regulator kaznio Amazon, zbog svojih ‘grijeha‘ trgovački div morat će platiti 1,13 milijardi eura

Talijanski regulator za zaštitu tržišnog natjecanja izvijestio je u četvrtak da je američkom internetskom maloprodajnom divu Amazonu izrekao novčanu kaznu od 1,13 milijardi eura zbog zloupotrebe dominantne tržišne pozicije.

Amazon je naštetio konkurenciji u logističkim uslugama u internetskoj trgovini, pojasnio je regulator.

Amazon ima dominantan položaj na talijanskom tržištu posredničkih usluga i to je iskoristio kako bi među trgovcima na platformi Amazon.it favorizirao svoju logističku uslugu Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA) na štetu logističkih usluga konkurencije, istaknuli su.

Ujedno su time dodatno ojačali ionako dominantnu poziciju na tržištu, dodali su.

Kompaniji je zato izrečena novčana kazna od 1,13 milijardi eura, a regulator je najavio i da će joj propisati kor...
