Najvišu prosječnu mjesečnu plaću u 2023. imali su "cloud" inženjeri, u visini od 3.121 eura, potom piloti, 2.760 eura te IT arhitekti, 2.397 eura, dok su najpotplaćeniji radnici bili krojači, šivači te spremačice, analiza je portala MojPosao objavljena u srijedu.

Prema podacima servisa MojaPlaća, u 2023. godini prosječna mjesečna neto plaća s uključenim dodacima na plaću, u Hrvatskoj je iznosila 1.139 eura, što je 14 posto više nego prethodne godine.

Medijan plaće je bio nešto niži i iznosio je 1.028 eura, što znači da većina radnika ima manju plaću od navedenog prosjeka.

Kada se promatra raspodjela plaća po platnim razredima, 34 posto građana nalazi se u rasponu od 751 do 1.000 eura, a 35 posto od 1.001 do 1500 eura. Raste broj radnika čija plaća prelazi dvije tisuće eura, a smanjuje se broj onih s mjesečnim primanjima nižim od 750 eura, istaknuto je.

Osim menadžerskih zanimanja, gdje su plaće u prosjeku 115 posto više od prosječne, najplaćenija zanimanja su ona iz područja tehnologije i razvoja, za 59 posto više od prosjeka, te informacijskih tehnologija, za 36 posto.

Najmanje prosječne plaće u Hrvatskoj imaju radnici u pomoćnim zanimanjima, 37 posto ispod prosjeka, tekstilni radnici s 38 posto te zaposleni u uslužnim djelatnostima, čija je plaća u prosjeku 29 posto ispod prosječne.

Gledano prema zanimanjima, ne uzimajući u obzir hijerarhijske pozicije (menadžment), najvišu mjesečnu plaću imaju "cloud" inženjeri, piloti i IT arhitekti.

Najpotplaćeniji radnici u Hrvatskoj su krojači, s prosječnom mjesečnom plaćom od 622 eura, šivači sa 672 eura te spremačice sa 677 eura.

Kako navode s portala MojPosao, plaće u privatnim tvrtkama u stranom vlasništvu su bile sedam posto više od prosjeka te su u prosjeku iznosile 1.222 eura. S druge strane, primanja zaposlenika tvrtki u pretežno domaćem vlasništvu su bila četiri posto niža od prosjeka, 1.092 eura, prosječne plaće u tvrtkama u državnom vlasništvu su se kretale oko 1.088 eura, što je pet posto ispod prosjeka, dok je mjesečna zarada zaposlenika u javnoj i lokalnoj samoupravi iznosila 1.039 eura, što je devet posto ispod prosjeka.

U odnosu na godinu ranije, plaće su najviše rasle u tvrtkama u državnom vlasništvu - za 16 posto, dok je u javnoj i lokalnoj samoupravi taj rast iznosio 12 posto, a u privatnim tvrtkama u stranom vlasništvu 13 posto.

Najniže plaće, za 19 posto ispod prosjeka, bile su u Virovitičko-podravskoj i Vukovarsko-srijemskoj županiji.

S druge strane, najviša prosječna plaća lani je isplaćena u Gradu Zagrebu, a iznosila je 1.256 eura, što je deset posto iznad prosjeka.

Očekivano, piše portal MojPosao, ispitanici s bogatim radnim iskustvom i višim stupnjem obrazovanja imaju veće plaće odnosu na one s kraćim stažem i nižim obrazovanjem. Tako su radnici sa završenim postdiplomskim studijem ili nekom poslovnom školom imali u prosjeku 52 posto višu plaću od prosječne. Osobe pak s visokom stručnom spremom u prosjeku imaju 15 posto višu plaću od prosječne, 1.315 eura, a 35 posto višu od radnika sa srednjom stručnom spremom, koji u prosjeku imaju 975 eura.

U odnosu na 2022. godinu plaća je najviše rasla zaposlenicima s najnižim primanjima, pa je tako onima sa završenom osnovnom školom narasla za 19 posto, onima sa završenom srednjom školom za 15 posto, dok je najmanje rasla zaposlenicima s najvišim primanjima i završenim postdiplomskim - svega šest posto.

Istraživanje je pokazalo i kako radnici bez iskustva, koji se nalaze na početku karijere, zarađuju najmanje, 935 eura, što je 18 posto manje od prosjeka, dok oni s godinom do dvije iskustva imaju plaću od 1.024 eura, deset posto ispod prosjeka.

Do prosječne hrvatske plaće dolazi se s tri do pet godina radnog iskustva, nakon čega kreću natprosječne zarade. Tako, prosječna plaća onih koji iza sebe imaju deset godina radnog staža iznosi 1.257 eura, što je deset posto iznad prosjeka.

Na razini Europe, plaće radnika su najviše rasle u najsiromašnijim zemljama. Tako, dok su na jugu rasle oko 13 posto, u Njemačkoj je primjerice prosječna plaća pala u odnosu na prošlu godinu, Austrija i Češka bilježe lagani rast, a Irska stagnaciju, napominju s portala MojPosao.

Najvišu prosječnu mjesečnu plaću u 2023. imali su "cloud" inženjeri, u visini od 3.121 eura, potom piloti, 2.760 eura te IT arhitekti, 2.397 eura, dok su najpotplaćeniji radnici bili krojači, šivači te spremačice, analiza je portala MojPosao objavljena u srijedu.

Prema podacima servisa MojaPlaća, u 2023. godini prosječna mjesečna neto plaća s uključenim dodacima na plaću, u Hrvatskoj je iznosila 1.139 eura, što je 14 posto više nego prethodne godine.

Medijan plaće je bio nešto niži i iznosio je 1.028 eura, što znači da većina radnika ima manju plaću od navedenog prosjeka.

Kada se promatra raspodjela plaća po platnim razredima, 34 posto građana nalazi se u rasponu od 751 do 1.000 eura, a 35 posto od 1.001 do 1500 eura. Raste broj radnika čija plaća prelazi dvije tisuće eura, a smanjuje se broj onih s mjesečnim primanjima nižim od 750 eura, istaknuto je.

Osim menadžerskih zanimanja, gdje su plaće u prosjeku 115 posto više od prosječne, najplaćenija zanimanja su ona iz područja tehnologije i razvoja, za 59 posto više od prosjeka, te informacijskih tehnologija, za 36 posto.

Najmanje prosječne plaće u Hrvatskoj imaju radnici u pomoćnim zanimanjima, 37 posto ispod prosjeka, tekstilni radnici s 38 posto te zaposleni u uslužnim djelatnostima, čija je plaća u prosjeku 29 posto ispod prosječne.

Gledano prema zanimanjima, ne uzimajući u obzir hijerarhijske pozicije (menadžment), najvišu mjesečnu plaću imaju "cloud" inženjeri, piloti i IT arhitekti.

Najpotplaćeniji radnici u Hrvatskoj su krojači, s prosječnom mjesečnom plaćom od 622 eura, šivači sa 672 eura te spremačice sa 677 eura.

Kako navode s portala MojPosao, plaće u privatnim tvrtkama u stranom vlasništvu su bile sedam posto više od prosjeka te su u prosjeku iznosile 1.222 eura. S druge strane, primanja zaposlenika tvrtki u pretežno domaćem vlasništvu su bila četiri posto niža od prosjeka, 1.092 eura, prosječne plaće u tvrtkama u državnom vlasništvu su se kretale oko 1.088 eura, što je pet posto ispod prosjeka, dok je mjesečna zarada zaposlenika u javnoj i lokalnoj samoupravi iznosila 1.039 eura, što je devet posto ispod prosjeka.

U odnosu na godinu ranije, plaće su najviše rasle u tvrtkama u državnom vlasništvu - za 16 posto, dok je u javnoj i lokalnoj samoupravi taj rast iznosio 12 posto, a u privatnim tvrtkama u stranom vlasništvu 13 posto.

Najniže plaće, za 19 posto ispod prosjeka, bile su u Virovitičko-podravskoj i Vukovarsko-srijemskoj županiji.

S druge strane, najviša prosječna plaća lani je isplaćena u Gradu Zagrebu, a iznosila je 1.256 eura, što je deset posto iznad prosjeka.

Očekivano, piše portal MojPosao, ispitanici s bogatim radnim iskustvom i višim stupnjem obrazovanja imaju veće plaće odnosu na one s kraćim stažem i nižim obrazovanjem. Tako su radnici sa završenim postdiplomskim studijem ili nekom poslovnom školom imali u prosjeku 52 posto višu plaću od prosječne. Osobe pak s visokom stručnom spremom u prosjeku imaju 15 posto višu plaću od prosječne, 1.315 eura, a 35 posto višu od radnika sa srednjom stručnom spremom, koji u prosjeku imaju 975 eura.

U odnosu na 2022. godinu plaća je najviše rasla zaposlenicima s najnižim primanjima, pa je tako onima sa završenom osnovnom školom narasla za 19 posto, onima sa završenom srednjom školom za 15 posto, dok je najmanje rasla zaposlenicima s najvišim primanjima i završenim postdiplomskim - svega šest posto.

Istraživanje je pokazalo i kako radnici bez iskustva, koji se nalaze na početku karijere, zarađuju najmanje, 935 eura, što je 18 posto manje od prosjeka, dok oni s godinom do dvije iskustva imaju plaću od 1.024 eura, deset posto ispod prosjeka.

Do prosječne hrvatske plaće dolazi se s tri do pet godina radnog iskustva, nakon čega kreću natprosječne zarade. Tako, prosječna plaća onih koji iza sebe imaju deset godina radnog staža iznosi 1.257 eura, što je deset posto iznad prosjeka.

Na razini Europe, plaće radnika su najviše rasle u najsiromašnijim zemljama. Tako, dok su na jugu rasle oko 13 posto, u Njemačkoj je primjerice prosječna plaća pala u odnosu na prošlu godinu, Austrija i Češka bilježe lagani rast, a Irska stagnaciju, napominju s portala MojPosao.
