Nakon problema s prodajom i zadovoljavanjem novih strožih pravila o emisijama ispušnih plinova, dodatni uteg njemačkoj automobilskoj industriji postala je i kriza povezana s pandemijom. Dio tamošnjih proizvođača već je najavio otpuštanje tisuća radnika, što je „diglo na noge“ sindikate, ali i lokalne vlasti Bavarske, Baden-Württemberga i Donje Saske, pokrajina koje najviše ovise o radnim mjestima u automobilskoj industriji, piše Poslovni dnevnik.

Sindikat koji djeluje u proizvođaču kamiona MAN, u vlasništvu Volkswagena, najavu Uprave o otpuštanju oko 9500 radnika ocijenio je „objavom rata“. MAN bi tako ostao bez četvrtine radne snage, a dio pogona širom Njemačke i Austrije bi se zatvorio. MAN-ova najava svjedoči koliko su nesigurna postala radna mjesta u jednoj od strateških njemačkih industrija. Automobilska branša izravno i neizravno zapošljava više od 2 milijuna njemačkih radnika, a u BDP-u sudjeluje s 5 posto.

Šira regija sjeverne Bavarske postala je epicentar krize. Najave otkaza dolaze unatoč činjenici da su proizvođači vozila prijavili stotine tisuća radnika u program Kurzarbeit kojim se vladinim subvencijama čuvaju radna mjesta tijekom krize. Prije nekoliko tjedana gumarski div Continental poručio je kako je dodatnih 10.000 radnih mjesta u opasnosti, nakon što je godinu ranije podijelio 20.000 otkaza. Proizvođač automobilskih dijelova Mahle namjerava otpustiti najmanje 2000 radnika u Njemačkoj i zatvoriti neke pogone.

Schäffler, kompanija u obiteljskom vlasništvu sa sjedištem 20 kilometara sjeverno od Nürnberga, planira otpustiti 4400 radnika, većinom u Njemačkoj. Nakon što je najavio otkaze za 6600 radnika, i bavarski ponos BMW razmišlja o dodatnom smanjenju radne snage. Val otkaza nagnao je bavarskog premijera Markusa Södera – kandidata za nasljednika Angele Merkel na čelu Kršćansko-demokratske unije (CDU) – da opet zatraži subvencije za kompanije te poticaje za kupnju automobila s benzinskim ili dizelskim motorom, ali i obnovu komercijalnih voznih parkova. Inače, sve te prijedloge vlada u Berlinu ranije je odbila, piše Poslovni dnevnik.

K tome, Armin Laschet, predsjednik pokrajinske vlade Sjeverne Rajne-Vestfalije, Continentalove planove restrukturiranja nazvao je „oblikom hladnog kapitalizma koji nije kompatibilan s našim socijalnim tržišnim gospodarstvom“. IG Metall, moćni sindikat koji okuplja oko 800.000 radnika u automobilskoj industriji, optužuje kompanije da koriste krizu kao izgovor za maksimaliziranje profita.

Ipak, stručnjaci smatraju da su otkazi odgovor na niz problema s kojima se automobilska industrija trenutno suočava, ne samo u Njemačkoj. Agencija Moody’s procijenila je da će se globalno tržište automobila ove godine smanjiti za petinu. Međutim, dok je izbijanjem pandemije prodaja u Europi snažno pala, azijsko tržište za sada je stabilno. Podaci za kolovoz pokazuju da je prodaja vozila u EU pala za 18 posto na godišnjoj razini, ali je u Kini porasla za 9 posto. A s kineskog tržišta njemački proizvođači crpe najveći udjel u prihodima. Elmar Degenhart, izvršni direktor Continentala, upozorio je kako se branša nakon 10 godina brzog, profitabilnog rasta i povećanja radne snage suočava s najtežom krizom od završetka 2. svjetskog rata. Razine proizvodnje zabilježene na vrhuncu 2017. neće se vratiti barem do 2025. godine, procjenjuje Degenhart.

Njemačka bilježi rekordan javni dug

Javni dug Njemačke ove godine je zbog korona krize dosegno rekordnih 2,1 bilijuna eura, objavio je u utorak  državni ured za statistiku.

"Ukupni javni dug države, pokrajina i općina porastao je u usporedbi s krajem prošle godine za 11 posto te je krajem lipnja iznosio 2,1 bilijuna eura", stoji u priopćenju ureda u Wiesbadenu.

To je najviši ikad zabilježen javni dug u Njemačkoj.

Porast se povezuje s mjerama uvedenim u borbi protiv posljedica pandemije covida-19.

Najviše je porastao javni dug federacije, a među saveznim pokrajinama u najmnogoljudnijoj pokrajini Sjevernoj Rajni – Vestfaliji.

Unatoč visokoj razini javnog duga, ekonomisti porast ne smatraju dramatičnim.
"Porast državnog duga je potpuno primjeren čak i kada se radi o ovako velikim iznosima jer je time spriječena još gora financijska kriza", rekao je za Reuters Jens Suedekum, profesor na Sveučilištu u Duesseldorfu.

On smatra da će država "dobro podnijeti" novo zaduženje jer praktički ne plaća kamate.

Bundestag trenutno raspravlja o proračunu za sljedeću godinu koji predviđa nova zaduženja od oko 90 milijardi eura.

Savezni ministar financija Olaf Scholz je upozorio da se mjere financijske pomoći gospodarstvu ne smiju naglo prekinuti.

"Ako to sada učinimo, riskiramo puno veće izdatke kasnije i time stavljamo budućnost na kocku", rekao je Scholz u utorak u parlamentu. (Hina)

Nakon problema s prodajom i zadovoljavanjem novih strožih pravila o emisijama ispušnih plinova, dodatni uteg njemačkoj automobilskoj industriji postala je i kriza povezana s pandemijom. Dio tamošnjih proizvođača već je najavio otpuštanje tisuća radnika, što je „diglo na noge“ sindikate, ali i lokalne vlasti Bavarske, Baden-Württemberga i Donje Saske, pokrajina koje najviše ovise o radnim mjestima u automobilskoj industriji, piše Poslovni dnevnik.

Sindikat koji djeluje u proizvođaču kamiona MAN, u vlasništvu Volkswagena, najavu Uprave o otpuštanju oko 9500 radnika ocijenio je „objavom rata“. MAN bi tako ostao bez četvrtine radne snage, a dio pogona širom Njemačke i Austrije bi se zatvorio. MAN-ova najava svjedoči koliko su nesigurna postala radna mjesta u jednoj od strateških njemačkih industrija. Automobilska branša izravno i neizravno zapošljava više od 2 milijuna njemačkih radnika, a u BDP-u sudjeluje s 5 posto.

Šira regija sjeverne Bavarske postala je epicentar krize. Najave otkaza dolaze unatoč činjenici da su proizvođači vozila prijavili stotine tisuća radnika u program Kurzarbeit kojim se vladinim subvencijama čuvaju radna mjesta tijekom krize. Prije nekoliko tjedana gumarski div Continental poručio je kako je dodatnih 10.000 radnih mjesta u opasnosti, nakon što je godinu ranije podijelio 20.000 otkaza. Proizvođač automobilskih dijelova Mahle namjerava otpustiti najmanje 2000 radnika u Njemačkoj i zatvoriti neke pogone.

Schäffler, kompanija u obiteljskom vlasništvu sa sjedištem 20 kilometara sjeverno od Nürnberga, planira otpustiti 4400 radnika, većinom u Njemačkoj. Nakon što je najavio otkaze za 6600 radnika, i bavarski ponos BMW razmišlja o dodatnom smanjenju radne snage. Val otkaza nagnao je bavarskog premijera Markusa Södera – kandidata za nasljednika Angele Merkel na čelu Kršćansko-demokratske unije (CDU) – da opet zatraži subvencije za kompanije te poticaje za kupnju automobila s benzinskim ili dizelskim motorom, ali i obnovu komercijalnih voznih parkova. Inače, sve te prijedloge vlada u Berlinu ranije je odbila, piše Poslovni dnevnik.

K tome, Armin Laschet, predsjednik pokrajinske vlade Sjeverne Rajne-Vestfalije, Continentalove planove restrukturiranja nazvao je „oblikom hladnog kapitalizma koji nije kompatibilan s našim socijalnim tržišnim gospodarstvom“. IG Metall, moćni sindikat koji okuplja oko 800.000 radnika u automobilskoj industriji, optužuje kompanije da koriste krizu kao izgovor za maksimaliziranje profita.

Ipak, stručnjaci smatraju da su otkazi odgovor na niz problema s kojima se automobilska industrija trenutno suočava, ne samo u Njemačkoj. Agencija Moody’s procijenila je da će se globalno tržište automobila ove godine smanjiti za petinu. Međutim, dok je izbijanjem pandemije prodaja u Europi snažno pala, azijsko tržište za sada je stabilno. Podaci za kolovoz pokazuju da je prodaja vozila u EU pala za 18 posto na godišnjoj razini, ali je u Kini porasla za 9 posto. A s kineskog tržišta njemački proizvođači crpe najveći udjel u prihodima. Elmar Degenhart, izvršni direktor Continentala, upozorio je kako se branša nakon 10 godina brzog, profitabilnog rasta i povećanja radne snage suočava s najtežom krizom od završetka 2. svjetskog rata. Razine proizvodnje zabilježene na vrhuncu 2017. neće se vratiti barem do 2025. godine, procjenjuje Degenhart.

Njemačka bilježi rekordan javni dug

Javni dug Njemačke ove godine je zbog korona krize dosegno rekordnih 2,1 bilijuna eura, objavio je u utorak  državni ured za statistiku.

"Ukupni javni dug države, pokrajina i općina porastao je u usporedbi s krajem prošle godine za 11 posto te je krajem lipnja iznosio 2,1 bilijuna eura", stoji u priopćenju ureda u Wiesbadenu.

To je najviši ikad zabilježen javni dug u Njemačkoj.

Porast se povezuje s mjerama uvedenim u borbi protiv posljedica pandemije covida-19.

Najviše je porastao javni dug federacije, a među saveznim pokrajinama u najmnogoljudnijoj pokrajini Sjevernoj Rajni – Vestfaliji.

Unatoč visokoj razini javnog duga, ekonomisti porast ne smatraju dramatičnim.
"Porast državnog duga je potpuno primjeren čak i kada se radi o ovako velikim iznosima jer je time spriječena još gora financijska kriza", rekao je za Reuters Jens Suedekum, profesor na Sveučilištu u Duesseldorfu.

On smatra da će država "dobro podnijeti" novo zaduženje jer praktički ne plaća kamate.

Bundestag trenutno raspravlja o proračunu za sljedeću godinu koji predviđa nova zaduženja od oko 90 milijardi eura.

Savezni ministar financija Olaf Scholz je upozorio da se mjere financijske pomoći gospodarstvu ne smiju naglo prekinuti.

"Ako to sada učinimo, riskiramo puno veće izdatke kasnije i time stavljamo budućnost na kocku", rekao je Scholz u utorak u parlamentu. (Hina)

Nakon problema s prodajom i zadovoljavanjem novih strožih pravila o emisijama ispušnih plinova, dodatni uteg njemačkoj automobilskoj industriji postala je i kriza povezana s pandemijom. Dio tamošnjih proizvođača već je najavio otpuštanje tisuća radnika, što je „diglo na noge“ sindikate, ali i lokalne vlasti Bavarske, Baden-Württemberga i Donje Saske, pokrajina koje najviše ovise o radnim mjestima u automobilskoj industriji, piše Poslovni dnevnik.

Sindikat koji djeluje u proizvođaču kamiona MAN, u vlasništvu Volkswagena, najavu Uprave o otpuštanju oko 9500 radnika ocijenio je „objavom rata“.
