Nakon što je tvrtka Ribola krajem ljeta obilježila 30 godina poslovanja prigodnom proslavom za svoje djelatnike, kupce i poslovne partnere, u posljednjem će kvartalu ove poslovne godine dodatno nagraditi svoje djelatnike isplatom bonusa za uspješno odrađenu sezonu, pa će ukupni iznos nagrade po djelatniku iznositi 2700 kuna za listopad, studeni i prosinac.

Nakon izazovne i uspješno odrađene sezone, Ribolini zaposlenici imat će razloga za zadovoljstvo jer je odlukom Uprave podignuta visina mjesečne nagrade za realizirane poslovne rezultate, tako da će za posljednji kvartal 2022. godine ona iznositi 2700 kuna po zaposleniku. Nagrada je to društva u znak zahvale za izniman trud, rad i zalaganje svakog pojedinačnog djelatnika utkano u zajedničke poslovne rezultate tvrtke. Uz zahvalu, društvo Ribola ovim činom nastoji svojim djelatnicima i olakšati trenutnu situaciju u kojoj svi osjećamo porast životnih troškova. Kao i prijašnjih godina, Ribola će svoje djelatnike počastiti i prigodnom božićnicom u iznosu od 1000 kuna kako bi predstojeći blagdani bili radosniji.

Tijekom cijele godine Ribola vrednuje zalaganje svojih djelatnika mjesečnim nagradama, kao i drugim davanjima. Osim tradicionalnog dara uoči Uskrsa, tu su i mjesečne nagrade za postignute rezultate, kao i prigodne nagrade. Samo tijekom 2022. godine, osim naknada za trošak prehrane koji se isplaćuje uz plaću, kroz sustav nagrada bit će isplaćeno oko 12.000 kuna po djelatniku.

U novoj poslovnoj 2023. godini Ribola nastavlja i s politikom povećanja mjesečnih primanja, pa se već sada pripremaju potrebne podloge za planirano povećanje plaća i primanja djelatnika, s kojima će tvrtka Ribola krenuti od siječnja 2023. godine.

Tvrtka Ribola jedan je od vodećih trgovačkih lanaca u Dalmaciji i jedna je od 20 najuspješnijih tvrtki u Hrvatskoj. Ovu poslovnu godinu završit će s ukupno 82 poslovnice, 660 djelatnika i očekivanih 600 milijuna kuna prihoda, što je dobra osnova za početak novih investicijskih ciklusa u 2023. godini na području sjeverne i južne Dalmacije. Kroz nove investicije u 2023. tvrtka će povećati svoj tržišni udio i dodatno zaposliti još 80 djelatnika. Već početkom sljedeće godine Ribola će otvoriti 10 prodavaonica na području Zadarske županije te će stanovnici Zadra uskoro moći obavljati svoju dnevnu kupnju u omiljenim, ali i novouređenim kvartovskim dućanima. S ovako konkurentnim primanjima, sigurno će se brzo popuniti i slobodna radna mjesta.

Nakon što je tvrtka Ribola krajem ljeta obilježila 30 godina poslovanja prigodnom proslavom za svoje djelatnike, kupce i poslovne partnere, u posljednjem će kvartalu ove poslovne godine dodatno nagraditi svoje djelatnike isplatom bonusa za uspješno odrađenu sezonu, pa će ukupni iznos nagrade po djelatniku iznositi 2700 kuna za listopad, studeni i prosinac.

Nakon izazovne i uspješno odrađene sezone, Ribolini zaposlenici imat će razloga za zadovoljstvo jer je odlukom Uprave podignuta visina mjesečne nagrade za realizirane poslovne rezultate, tako da će za posljednji kvartal 2022. godine ona iznositi 2700 kuna po zaposleniku. Nagrada je to društva u znak zahvale za izniman trud, rad i zalaganje svakog pojedinačnog djelatnika utkano u zajedničke poslovne rezultate tvrtke. Uz zahvalu, društvo Ribola ovim činom nastoji svojim djelatnicima i olakšati trenutnu situaciju u kojoj svi osjećamo porast životnih troškova. Kao i prijašnjih godina, Ribola će svoje djelatnike počastiti i prigodnom božićnicom u iznosu od 1000 kuna kako bi predstojeći blagdani bili radosniji.

Tijekom cijele godine Ribola vrednuje zalaganje svojih djelatnika mjesečnim nagradama, kao i drugim davanjima. Osim tradicionalnog dara uoči Uskrsa, tu su i mjesečne nagrade za postignute rezultate, kao i prigodne nagrade. Samo tijekom 2022. godine, osim naknada za trošak prehrane koji se isplaćuje uz plaću, kroz sustav nagrada bit će isplaćeno oko 12.000 kuna po djelatniku.

U novoj poslovnoj 2023. godini Ribola nastavlja i s politikom povećanja mjesečnih primanja, pa se već sada pripremaju potrebne podloge za planirano povećanje plaća i primanja djelatnika, s kojima će tvrtka Ribola krenuti od siječnja 2023. godine.

Tvrtka Ribola jedan je od vodećih trgovačkih lanaca u Dalmaciji i jedna je od 20 najuspješnijih tvrtki u Hrvatskoj. Ovu poslovnu godinu završit će s ukupno 82 poslovnice, 660 djelatnika i očekivanih 600 milijuna kuna prihoda, što je dobra osnova za početak novih investicijskih ciklusa u 2023. godini na području sjeverne i južne Dalmacije. Kroz nove investicije u 2023. tvrtka će povećati svoj tržišni udio i dodatno zaposliti još 80 djelatnika. Već početkom sljedeće godine Ribola će otvoriti 10 prodavaonica na području Zadarske županije te će stanovnici Zadra uskoro moći obavljati svoju dnevnu kupnju u omiljenim, ali i novouređenim kvartovskim dućanima. Ribola dodatno nagrađuje svoje djelatnike u jubilarnoj 2022. godini

Nakon što je tvrtka Ribola krajem ljeta obilježila 30 godina poslovanja prigodnom proslavom za svoje djelatnike, kupce i poslovne partnere, u posljednjem će kvartalu ove poslovne godine dodatno nagraditi svoje djelatnike isplatom bonusa za uspješno odrađenu sezonu, pa će ukupni iznos nagrade po djelatniku iznositi 2700 kuna za listopad, studeni i prosinac.

Nakon izazovne i uspješno odrađene sezone, Ribolini zaposlenici imat će razloga za zadovoljstvo jer je odlukom Uprave podignuta visina mjesečne nagrade za realizirane poslovne rezultate, tako da će za posljednji kvartal 2022. godine ona iznositi 2700 kuna po zaposleniku.
