Od 1. veljače Erste banka povećava naknade na dio usluga. Poskupljuju neke opće naknade poput vođenja tekućeg računa za umirovljenike, i to sa 4 na 5 kuna mjesečno, ali i naknade online bankarstva, odnosno plaćanja putem Ersteove nove aplikacije George, javlja Novi list. 

Sve se promjene mogu naći na webu banke, u okviru Izvatka iz Odluke o naknadama za usluge u poslovanju s građanstvom, dok su korisnici Georgea informaciju dobili tim putem. Dakle, banka prvo obavještava klijente da će od 1. veljače mjesečnu naknadu za vođenje tekućeg računa s prometom za umirovljenike platiti 5 kuna umjesto dosadašnjih 4 kune.

No, ako tijekom mjeseca nije bilo prometa po računu, naknada se, kažu u banci, neće obračunati. Nadalje, ako klijent ima ugovorenu uslugu SEPA izravnog terećenja, ustvari trajni nalog, za svako tako izvršeno terećenje platit će 3 kune umjesto dosadašnje 2 kune.

Za plaćanja svojih obveza u kunama u poslovnicama putem kreditnog transfera, ubuduće će morati izdvojiti naknadu u visini 1,5 posto iznosa obveze (minimalno 10 kuna, maksimalno 100 kuna), umjesto dosadašnjeg iznosa naknade kreditnog transfera od 1,5 posto (minimalno 8 kuna, maksimalno 75 kuna).

Iz banke klijentima prvo poručuju da »uz usluge online bankarstva George svoje obveze mogu plaćati jednostavnije, brže, gdje god se nalazili i uz znatno nižu naknadu nego u poslovnici«, a da bi onda naveli primjere gdje usluge vezane uz George ustvari – poskupljuju.

KEKS Pay

– Za plaćanje uz usluge online bankarstva George ili ako koristite KEKS Pay aplikaciju, za sve kreditne transfere u kunama u korist primatelja koji imaju račun otvoren unutar Erste banke, platit ćete naknadu u iznosu od 1,25 kn (umjesto dosadašnje 1 kune).

Za sve kreditne transfere u kunama u korist primatelja koji imaju račun otvoren u drugoj banci unutar RH, a koje ćete zadati putem online bankarstva George ili korišteći KEKS Pay aplikaciju, platit ćete naknadu u iznosu od 2,25 kuna (umjesto dosadašnje 2 kune), pojašnjavaju u banci, te podsjećaju da su sva plaćanja između fizičkih osoba unutar KEKS Pay aplikacije i dalje bez naknade.

U opširnom opisivanju naknada koje se, dakle, sve mogu naći na webu, navodi se da će klijenti, za plaćanja svojih obveza u eurima putem kreditnog transfera u poslovnicama banke, ubuduće izdvojiti naknadu u visini 1,5 posto iznosa obveze (minimalno 10 kuna, maksimalno 100 kuna), a umjesto dosadašnjeg iznosa naknade kreditnog transfera od 1,5 posto (minimalno 8 kuna, maksimalno 75 kuna).

Tu su i plaćanja u korist računa klijenata banaka članica Erste Grupe, koja također poskupljuju, itd. Nadalje, naknada za plaćanje u eurima u inozemstvo putem kreditnog transfera, te plaćanja u korist računa klijenata banaka članica Grupe iznosi 2,25 kuna po kreditnom transferu, bez obzira na visinu transfera (umjesto dosadašnje 2 kune).

Kreditni transfer

– Naknada iznosi 10 kuna za kreditni transfer u kunama, eurima i valuti različitoj od eura za sva plaćanja u korist računa građana izvan Erste banke, neovisno o iznosu transfera, a temeljem Rješenja o nasljeđivanju ili kao dio usluge prebacivanja računa.

Trenutno naknada za ovu vrstu usluge iznosi 8 kuna, stoji između ostalog u izvatku. Nadalje, navodi se, višak kovanica ili novčanica domaćeg novca i/ili eura klijenti mogu zamijeniti u svim poslovnicama Erste banke, pri čemu ako zamjenjuju kovanice ili novčanice bez uplate na svoj račun, naknada za takvu vrstu usluge iznosi 10 posto od iznosa zamjene, a ako uplaćuju kovanice domaćeg novca, odnosno kuna, na vlastiti račun, naknada za takvu vrstu usluge iznosi 10 posto na iznos cjelokupne uplate.

Trenutna pak naknada za navedene usluge iznosi 2,5 posto. Iz ovog što su naveli ispada da i ove usluge poskupljuju. No, ne plaća se naknada ako se uplaćuju kovanice domaćeg novca i/ili eura u korist dječje štednje. Nadalje, ako otkupljujete ili prodajete stranu valutu, izdvojit ćete naknadu od 30 kuna umjesto dosadašnjih 20 kuna, zaključuju u Ersteu.

Što se tiče skupljeg vođenja računa za umirovljenike, vele da tu naknadu dugo nisu mijenjali te da je i s ovim poskupljenjem povoljnija od konkurencije.

Erste banka objavila je i da njihova aplikacija George postaje jedinstvena usluga online bankarstva ove banke koja zamjenjuje dosadašnje usluge Erste NetBanking, Erste mBanking i Erste FonBanking, te su stoga izmijenjeni akti kojima se regulira online bankarstvo.

Iako prvo navode da klijenti koji ugovore neki od računa u mjesecu otvaranja ne plaćaju naknadu za vođenje, što je pogodnost, daljnjim čitanjem uočava se da internet bankarstvo, online plaćanja, odnosno svi ovi moderni i digitalni kanali koje banka toliko »gura« i promovira, zapravo poskupljuju. U banci nam kažu da je to zato što iza tih usluga »stoje velika ulaganja«.

Od 1. veljače Erste banka povećava naknade na dio usluga. Poskupljuju neke opće naknade poput vođenja tekućeg računa za umirovljenike, i to sa 4 na 5 kuna mjesečno, ali i naknade online bankarstva, odnosno plaćanja putem Ersteove nove aplikacije George, javlja Novi list. 

Sve se promjene mogu naći na webu banke, u okviru Izvatka iz Odluke o naknadama za usluge u poslovanju s građanstvom, dok su korisnici Georgea informaciju dobili tim putem. Dakle, banka prvo obavještava klijente da će od 1. veljače mjesečnu naknadu za vođenje tekućeg računa s prometom za umirovljenike platiti 5 kuna umjesto dosadašnjih 4 kune.

No, ako tijekom mjeseca nije bilo prometa po računu, naknada se, kažu u banci, neće obračunati. Nadalje, ako klijent ima ugovorenu uslugu SEPA izravnog terećenja, ustvari trajni nalog, za svako tako izvršeno terećenje platit će 3 kune umjesto dosadašnje 2 kune.

Za plaćanja svojih obveza u kunama u poslovnicama putem kreditnog transfera, ubuduće će morati izdvojiti naknadu u visini 1,5 posto iznosa obveze (minimalno 10 kuna, maksimalno 100 kuna), umjesto dosadašnjeg iznosa naknade kreditnog transfera od 1,5 posto (minimalno 8 kuna, maksimalno 75 kuna).

Iz banke klijentima prvo poručuju da »uz usluge online bankarstva George svoje obveze mogu plaćati jednostavnije, brže, gdje god se nalazili i uz znatno nižu naknadu nego u poslovnici«, a da bi onda naveli primjere gdje usluge vezane uz George ustvari – poskupljuju.

KEKS Pay

– Za plaćanje uz usluge online bankarstva George ili ako koristite KEKS Pay aplikaciju, za sve kreditne transfere u kunama u korist primatelja koji imaju račun otvoren unutar Erste banke, platit ćete naknadu u iznosu od 1,25 kn (umjesto dosadašnje 1 kune).

Za sve kreditne transfere u kunama u korist primatelja koji imaju račun otvoren u drugoj banci unutar RH, a koje ćete zadati putem online bankarstva George ili korišteći KEKS Pay aplikaciju, platit ćete naknadu u iznosu od 2,25 kuna (umjesto dosadašnje 2 kune), pojašnjavaju u banci, te podsjećaju da su sva plaćanja između fizičkih osoba unutar KEKS Pay aplikacije i dalje bez naknade.

U opširnom opisivanju naknada koje se, dakle, sve mogu naći na webu, navodi se da će klijenti, za plaćanja svojih obveza u eurima putem kreditnog transfera u poslovnicama banke, ubuduće izdvojiti naknadu u visini 1,5 posto iznosa obveze (minimalno 10 kuna, maksimalno 100 kuna), a umjesto dosadašnjeg iznosa naknade kreditnog transfera od 1,5 posto (minimalno 8 kuna, maksimalno 75 kuna).

Tu su i plaćanja u korist računa klijenata banaka članica Erste Grupe, koja također poskupljuju, itd. Nadalje, naknada za plaćanje u eurima u inozemstvo putem kreditnog transfera, te plaćanja u korist računa klijenata banaka članica Grupe iznosi 2,25 kuna po kreditnom transferu, bez obzira na visinu transfera (umjesto dosadašnje 2 kune).

Kreditni transfer

– Naknada iznosi 10 kuna za kreditni transfer u kunama, eurima i valuti različitoj od eura za sva plaćanja u korist računa građana izvan Erste banke, neovisno o iznosu transfera, a temeljem Rješenja o nasljeđivanju ili kao dio usluge prebacivanja računa.

Trenutno naknada za ovu vrstu usluge iznosi 8 kuna, stoji između ostalog u izvatku. Nadalje, navodi se, višak kovanica ili novčanica domaćeg novca i/ili eura klijenti mogu zamijeniti u svim poslovnicama Erste banke, pri čemu ako zamjenjuju kovanice ili novčanice bez uplate na svoj račun, naknada za takvu vrstu usluge iznosi 10 posto od iznosa zamjene, a ako uplaćuju kovanice domaćeg novca, odnosno kuna, na vlastiti račun, naknada za takvu vrstu usluge iznosi 10 posto na iznos cjelokupne uplate.

Trenutna pak naknada za navedene usluge iznosi 2,5 posto. Iz ovog što su naveli ispada da i ove usluge poskupljuju. No, ne plaća se naknada ako se uplaćuju kovanice domaćeg novca i/ili eura u korist dječje štednje. Nadalje, ako otkupljujete ili prodajete stranu valutu, izdvojit ćete naknadu od 30 kuna umjesto dosadašnjih 20 kuna, zaključuju u Ersteu.

Što se tiče skupljeg vođenja računa za umirovljenike, vele da tu naknadu dugo nisu mijenjali te da je i s ovim poskupljenjem povoljnija od konkurencije.

Erste banka objavila je i da njihova aplikacija George postaje jedinstvena usluga online bankarstva ove banke koja zamjenjuje dosadašnje usluge Erste NetBanking, Erste mBanking i Erste FonBanking, te su stoga izmijenjeni akti kojima se regulira online bankarstvo.

Iako prvo navode da klijenti koji ugovore neki od računa u mjesecu otvaranja ne plaćaju naknadu za vođenje, što je pogodnost, daljnjim čitanjem uočava se da internet bankarstvo, online plaćanja, odnosno svi ovi moderni i digitalni kanali koje banka toliko »gura« i promovira, zapravo poskupljuju. U banci nam kažu da je to zato što iza tih usluga »stoje velika ulaganja«.

Od 1. veljače Erste banka povećava naknade na dio usluga. Poskupljuju neke opće naknade poput vođenja tekućeg računa za umirovljenike, i to sa 4 na 5 kuna mjesečno, ali i naknade online bankarstva, odnosno plaćanja putem Ersteove nove aplikacije George, javlja Novi list. 

Sve se promjene mogu naći na webu banke, u okviru Izvatka iz Odluke o naknadama za usluge u poslovanju s građanstvom, dok su korisnici Georgea informaciju dobili tim putem. Dakle, banka prvo obavještava klijente da će od 1. veljače mjesečnu naknadu za vođenje tekućeg računa s prometom za umirovljenike platiti 5 kuna umjesto dosadašnjih 4 kune.

No, ako tijekom mjeseca nije bilo prometa po računu, naknada se, kažu u banci, neće obračunati. Nadalje, ako klijent ima ugovorenu uslugu SEPA izravnog terećenja...
