Newyorška burza (NYSE) stara je 219 godina, a proteklo je stoljeće bila simbol američkog kapitalizma. No nakon gubitka koraka s konkurencijom možda će biti pripojena njemačkom suparniku Deutsche Boerse. Ako dođe do preuzimanja, nova će kompanija upravljati dionicama vrijednim 15 bilijuna dolara te sa 40 posto tržišta opcija u SAD-u.

- Newyorška burza postaje žrtvom vlastitog uspjeha, preglomaznog i dominantnog da bi se na brzinu mogao prilagoditi novonastaloj situaciji - smatra Peter Kenny, menadžer burze Knight Equity Markets iz New Jerseyja.

Newyorškoj burzi snaga je umanjena otkad su američki financijski regulatori otvorili tržišta kapitala većoj kompetitivnosti, budući da su investitori zahtijevali niže troškove trgovanja.

- U zadnjih 10 godina svjedočimo pojačanim spajanjima burzi sa svih kontinenata na svjetskoj razini. Razlozi su prije svega ekonomske prirode, a to je ušteda troškova. Tako je bilo i kada je u listopadu 2010. godine Singapore Stock Exchange preuzeo Australian Stock Exchange ASX - komentirao je Constantin Cesnovar, izvršni direktor Riznice u Hypo Alpe Adria banci u Zagrebu.

Međutim, ekonomski analitičari smatraju da to ne bi trebalo imati utjecaja na tržište dionica, nego će se jedino odraziti na smanjenje troškova trgovanja. No pri tome se ne očekuje značajniji odraz na hrvatsko tržište.

Spajanje burzi u Londonu i Torontu

Objava pregovora o spajanju Deutsche Boerse i NYSE Euronexta poklopila se s najavom spajanja burzi u Londonu i Torontu. London Stock Exchange Group (LSE) vrijedan je tri milijarde dolara, a TMX Group ima 3,94 milijarde dolara tržišne kapitalizacije.

Fuzija će ih svrstati na drugo mjesto u svijetu po vrijednosti izlistanih kompanija, a na obje burze trguju rudarske i energetske kompanije, što dobiva na značaju zbog naglog rasta cijena nafte, bakra i gnojiva te brzorastućih ekonomija Kine, Indije i Brazila.

Newyorška burza (NYSE) stara je 219 godina, a proteklo je stoljeće bila simbol američkog kapitalizma. No nakon gubitka koraka s konkurencijom možda će biti pripojena njemačkom suparniku Deutsche Boerse. Ako dođe do preuzimanja, nova će kompanija upravljati dionicama vrijednim 15 bilijuna dolara te sa 40 posto tržišta opcija u SAD-u.

- Newyorška burza postaje žrtvom vlastitog uspjeha, preglomaznog i dominantnog da bi se na brzinu mogao prilagoditi novonastaloj situaciji - smatra Peter Kenny, menadžer burze Knight Equity Markets iz New Jerseyja.

Newyorškoj burzi snaga je umanjena otkad su američki financijski regulatori otvorili tržišta kapitala većoj kompetitivnosti, budući da su investitori zahtijevali niže troškove trgovanja.

- U zadnjih 10 godina svjedočimo pojačanim spajanjima burzi sa svih kontinenata na svjetskoj razini. Razlozi su prije svega ekonomske prirode, a to je ušteda troškova. Tako je bilo i kada je u listopadu 2010. godine Singapore Stock Exchange preuzeo Australian Stock Exchange ASX - komentirao je Constantin Cesnovar, izvršni direktor Riznice u Hypo Alpe Adria banci u Zagrebu.

Međutim, ekonomski analitičari smatraju da to ne bi trebalo imati utjecaja na tržište dionica, nego će se jedino odraziti na smanjenje troškova trgovanja. No pri tome se ne očekuje značajniji odraz na hrvatsko tržište.

Fuzija će ih svrstati na drugo mjesto u svijetu po vrijednosti izlistanih kompanija, a na obje burze trguju rudarske i energetske kompanije, što dobiva na značaju zbog naglog rasta cijena nafte, bakra i gnojiva te brzorastućih ekonomija Kine, Indije i Brazila.
