Osim toga, “Zlatni rat” je pokrenuo i postupak iseljenja Kerumove trgovine, a tridesetodnevni otkazni rok trebao bi isteći krajem rujna.

Iseljenje, doznajemo, neće zaustaviti ni Kerumov manevar po kojemu poslovanje trgovačkog dijela svoga poslovnog imperija odnedavno prebacuje s prezaduženog i blokiranog “Keruma” d.o.o. na “Kerum trgovinu”, na čijem je čelu njegov brat Jure. Istodobno, nekretnine i druge tvrtke, poput “Koteksa”, prebacuje na tvrtku “Moj market”, a ona je, prema podacima iz sudskog registra, osnovana u veljači ove godine i vode je dva Kerumova županijska vijećnika Tomislav Režić i Ivan Serdarević.

Ovrha “Zlatnog rata”, u suvlasništvu Hajdukova dioničara s kojim splitski gradonačelnik odavno nije u dobrim odnosima, tek je jedno u nizu velikih potraživanja prema nekoć moćnom “Kerumu” d.o.o. Kako doznajemo, novi prijedlog za ovrhu ovih je dana dala i postirska “Sardina”: uz 698.604,63 kune, o čemu smo već pisali, od “Keruma” d.o.o. sada traži i dodatnih 59.713,58 kuna. Taj je dug stvoren Kerumovim neplaćanjem za isporučenu robu, a to su uglavnom konzerve sardina i svježa bijela konzumna riba.

Osim ovih krupnih, Kerumu, kako doznajemo, s Brača prijete i ovrhe manjih dobavljača. Na sve prijedloge ovrha, iz “Keruma” d.o.o. odgovaraju tvrdnjama da dug ne postoji, premda vjerovnici raspolažu valjanom dokumentacijom iz koje se može razabrati da to nije točno.

Blokirano 13 računa

Nove ovrhe samo su nastavak poslovne agonije Kerumovih tvrtki. Kao što se ovih dana pisalo po medijima, blokirano je svih 13 računa “Keruma” d.o.o., sva tri računa “Neve Kerum”, te sva četiri “Koteksova” računa.

Andabak: Uprava ‘Zlatnog rata’ radi svoj posao

Jaku Andabaka, suvlasnika i predsjednika Nadzornog odbora “Zlatnog rata”, telefonski smo dobili u Italiji. Rekao nam je da o ovrsi nad “Kerumom” d.o.o. nema pojma, te da u “Zlatnom ratu” “postoji uprava koja radi svoj posao”.

najma prostora u sklopu bolskoga “Zlatnoga rata” u kojemu je samoposluga. Osim toga, “Zlatni rat” je pokrenuo i postupak iseljenja Kerumove trgovine, a tridesetodnevni otkazni rok trebao bi isteći krajem rujna.

Iseljenje, doznajemo, neće zaustaviti ni Kerumov manevar po kojemu poslovanje trgovačkog dijela svoga poslovnog imperija odnedavno prebacuje s prezaduženog i blokiranog “Keruma” d.o.o. na “Kerum trgovinu”, na čijem je čelu njegov brat Jure. Istodobno, nekretnine i druge tvrtke, poput “Koteksa”, prebacuje na tvrtku “Moj market”, a ona je, prema podacima iz sudskog registra, osnovana u veljači ove godine i vode je dva Kerumova županijska vijećnika Tomislav Režić i Ivan Serdarević.

Ovrha “Zlatnog rata”, u suvlasništvu Hajdukova dioničara s kojim splitski gradonačelnik odavno nije u dobrim odnosima, tek je jedno u nizu velikih potraživanja prema nekoć moćnom “Kerumu” d.o.o. Kako doznajemo, novi prijedlog za ovrhu ovih je dana dala i postirska “Sardina”: uz 698.604,63 kune, o čemu smo već pisali, od “Keruma” d.o.o. sada traži i dodatnih 59.713,58 kuna. Taj je dug stvoren Kerumovim neplaćanjem za isporučenu robu, a to su uglavnom konzerve sardina i svježa bijela konzumna riba.

Osim ovih krupnih, Kerumu, kako doznajemo, s Brača prijete i ovrhe manjih dobavljača. Na sve prijedloge ovrha, iz “Keruma” d.o.o. odgovaraju tvrdnjama da dug ne postoji, premda vjerovnici raspolažu valjanom dokumentacijom iz koje se može razabrati da to nije točno.

Blokirano 13 računa

Nove ovrhe samo su nastavak poslovne agonije Kerumovih tvrtki. Kao što se ovih dana pisalo po medijima, blokirano je svih 13 računa “Keruma” d.o.o., sva tri računa “Neve Kerum”, te sva četiri “Koteksova” računa.

Andabak: Uprava ‘Zlatnog rata’ radi svoj posao

Jaku Andabaka, suvlasnika i predsjednika Nadzornog odbora “Zlatnog rata”, telefonski smo dobili u Italiji. Rekao nam je da o ovrsi nad “Kerumom” d.o.o. nema pojma, te da u “Zlatnom ratu” “postoji uprava koja radi svoj posao”.
