Ministar financija Zdravko Marić rekao je u srijedu u emisiji Hrvatskog radija "A sada Vlada", kako očekuje da poslodavci neće otpuštati radnike zbog krize izazvane korona virusom, te dodao će država u gospodarstvo zbog krize u prvom naletu upumpati i do 40 milijardi kuna.

Vlada, je, kako je dodao, vrlo blizu tomu i da građane uskoro uključi u odgodu plaćanja, odnosno moratorija na kreditne obveze.

Marić je kazao da danas u Hrvatskom Saboru kreće rasprava o 63 mjere koje Vlada predlaže u gospodarskom paketu, da će se neko vrijeme rezervirati i za potencijalne amandmane, ali bi glasovanje trebalo biti u četvrtak. Odmah potom slijedi objava u Narodnim novinama i stupanje na snagu novih odredaba.

Porezna uprava će, rekao je, biti  maksimalno na raspolaganju svim poreznim obveznicima kako bi im objasnila brojne promjene zakona, no Marić  moli za strpljenje jer očekuje pojačan pritisak. 

Vezano uz kriterij odgoda plaćanja poreza, istaknuo je da je od početka ideja bila definirati kriterij koji je krajnje jednostavan i prohodan.

"Kriterij je, što se tiče Porezne uprave, da ste uredni platiša te da možete dokazati, kroz pad prihoda, da već sada osjećate ili ćete osjetiti efekte korona virusa na poslovanje. Nakon toga ide implementacija tri mjeseca plus eventualno još tri", rekao je Marić.

Kod odgode otplate kredita, gledat će se kakav je tko platiša, no  stanje od 31. prosinca 2019. godine pokazalo je da je takvih  preko 90 posto, kaže Marić. 

Na pitanje koliko je "težak" ukupni paket koji će Vlada zbog krize izazvane korona virusom upumpati gospodarstvu naglasio je da je to samo kod poreznog dijela, koliko se mjesečno uprihoduje poreza na dohodak, poreza na dobit, doprinosa, a tome treba pridodati i sve ostale oblike koji su sastavni dio sektorskih mjera,  oko 6 do 7 milijardi kuna.

Sljedeća varijabla je na koliko će se to poduzetnika odnosno zaposlenika to odnositi, a radile su se procjene o polovici do dvije trećine zaposlenih odnosno poduzetnika, te efektu mjera odgode na tri mjeseca, što je novih  od 9 do 12 milijardi kuna, kaže Marić.

Za mjeru koja je u djelokrugu Ministarstva rada, vezanu za potpore isplate plaća do minimalne, pod pretpostavkom da će se odnositi na 400 tisuća ljudi i minimalnu plaću od 3.250 kuna, očekuje se izdatak od četiri milijarde kuna za ta tri mjeseca, kaže Marić.

Dodao je i procjenu HNB-a i kreditnih institucija, da će odgoda plaćanja i moratorija na kredite, što se odnosi i na poduzetnike i na građane, koštati oko 17 milijardi kuna.

Marić je rekao da je Vlada jako blizu da i građane uključi u proces odgode plaćanja kredita već u ovoj prvoj fazi. 

Naglasio je da su državne financije stabilne te da nema razloga za paniku, da su sigurne i plaće i mirovine i štednja u bankama, kao i da će država učiniti sve da tako i ostane.  

Čvrsto očekuje  da će poslodavci održati punu zaposlenost.

Ministar financija Zdravko Marić rekao je u srijedu u emisiji Hrvatskog radija "A sada Vlada", kako očekuje da poslodavci neće otpuštati radnike zbog krize izazvane korona virusom, te dodao će država u gospodarstvo zbog krize u prvom naletu upumpati i do 40 milijardi kuna.

Vlada, je, kako je dodao, vrlo blizu tomu i da građane uskoro uključi u odgodu plaćanja, odnosno moratorija na kreditne obveze.

Marić je kazao da danas u Hrvatskom Saboru kreće rasprava o 63 mjere koje Vlada predlaže u gospodarskom paketu, da će se neko vrijeme rezervirati i za potencijalne amandmane, ali bi glasovanje trebalo biti u četvrtak. Odmah potom slijedi objava u Narodnim novinama i stupanje na snagu novih odredaba.

Porezna uprava će, rekao je, biti  maksimalno na raspolaganju svim poreznim obveznicima kako bi im objasnila brojne promjene zakona, no Marić  moli za strpljenje jer očekuje pojačan pritisak. 

Vezano uz kriterij odgoda plaćanja poreza, istaknuo je da je od početka ideja bila definirati kriterij koji je krajnje jednostavan i prohodan.

"Kriterij je, što se tiče Porezne uprave, da ste uredni platiša te da možete dokazati, kroz pad prihoda, da već sada osjećate ili ćete osjetiti efekte korona virusa na poslovanje. Nakon toga ide implementacija tri mjeseca plus eventualno još tri", rekao je Marić.

Kod odgode otplate kredita, gledat će se kakav je tko platiša, no  stanje od 31. prosinca 2019. godine pokazalo je da je takvih  preko 90 posto, kaže Marić. 

Na pitanje koliko je "težak" ukupni paket koji će Vlada zbog krize izazvane korona virusom upumpati gospodarstvu naglasio je da je to samo kod poreznog dijela, koliko se mjesečno uprihoduje poreza na dohodak, poreza na dobit, doprinosa, a tome treba pridodati i sve ostale oblike koji su sastavni dio sektorskih mjera,  oko 6 do 7 milijardi kuna.

Sljedeća varijabla je na koliko će se to poduzetnika odnosno zaposlenika to odnositi, a radile su se procjene o polovici do dvije trećine zaposlenih odnosno poduzetnika, te efektu mjera odgode na tri mjeseca, što je novih  od 9 do 12 milijardi kuna, kaže Marić.

Za mjeru koja je u djelokrugu Ministarstva rada, vezanu za potpore isplate plaća do minimalne, pod pretpostavkom da će se odnositi na 400 tisuća ljudi i minimalnu plaću od 3.250 kuna, očekuje se izdatak od četiri milijarde kuna za ta tri mjeseca, kaže Marić.

Dodao je i procjenu HNB-a i kreditnih institucija, da će odgoda plaćanja i moratorija na kredite, što se odnosi i na poduzetnike i na građane, koštati oko 17 milijardi kuna.

Marić je rekao da je Vlada jako blizu da i građane uključi u proces odgode plaćanja kredita već u ovoj prvoj fazi. 

Naglasio je da su državne financije stabilne te da nema razloga za paniku, da su sigurne i plaće i mirovine i štednja u bankama, kao i da će država učiniti sve da tako i ostane.  

Čvrsto očekuje  da će poslodavci održati punu zaposlenost.

Ministar Marić: Ne očekujemo otpuštanja, a gospodarstvu dajemo 40-ak milijardi. Vrlo blizu smo moratoriju na kreditne obaveze

Ministar financija Zdravko Marić rekao je u srijedu u emisiji Hrvatskog radija "A sada Vlada", kako očekuje da poslodavci neće otpuštati radnike zbog krize izazvane korona virusom, te dodao će država u gospodarstvo zbog krize u prvom naletu upumpati i do 40 milijardi kuna.

Vlada, je, kako je dodao, vrlo blizu tomu i da građane uskoro uključi u odgodu plaćanja, odnosno moratorija na kreditne obveze.

Marić je kazao da danas u Hrvatskom Saboru kreće rasprava o 63 mjere koje Vlada predlaže u gospodarskom paketu, da će se neko vrijeme rezervirati i za potencijalne amandmane, ali bi glasovanje trebalo biti u četvrtak. Odmah potom slijedi objava u Narodnim novinama i stupanje na snagu novih odredaba.

Porezna uprava će, rekao je, biti  maksimalno na raspolaganju svim poreznim obvezni...
