Mate Rimac oglasio oko novog "Rimac Campusa" koji je gradi u Svetoj Nedjelji te, kako je napisao, odlučio odgovoriti na neka pitanja oko kojih se vodi rasprava.

'Kao i uvijek – u redu je preispitati i postavljati pitanja ali mislim da nije OK da se kleveće i laže, bez da se uopće pita drugu stranu', napisao je Rimac na Facebooku te naveo nekoliko činjenica:

- Radi se o zemljištu od 200.000 m2 (plavo na slici). Točno 1.000 metara dalje smo upravo kupili* zemljište od 600.000 m2 (3x veće) od Plive za 3M Eura (zeleno na slici)

- Zemljište na kojem gradimo Campus je (i dalje) u vlasništvu Grada Svete Nedelje

- Rimac Automobili ima pravo građenja na toj čestici uz uvjet da pokrenemo izgradnju u roku od 12 mjeseci, završimo projekt u roku od 36 mjeseci (26.03.2024.), zaposlimo 729 novih zaposlenih, od kojih 547 mora biti visoko obrazovanih

- Ukoliko ne ispunimo uvjete, sve što smo napravili ide u vlasništvo Grada

- Nakon isteka Prava gradnje (69 godina), zemljište i sve na njemu se vraća Gradu

- Za Campus ćemo plaćati 2.5M kuna komunalne naknade Gradu godišnje, što predstavlja 15% ukupnog prihoda na račun komunalne naknade Grada Svete Nedelje

- Mi u potpunosti financiramo projekt sami, uključujući infrastrukturu, bez kune od države ili EU – sami plaćamo trafo stanice, premještanje dalekovoda, ceste i sve ostalo

- Za sada financirano kompletni projekt sami, bez banaka, bez kredita i kako stvari stoje, tako će i ostati

- Nemamo nikakve državne garancije ili slično

- Koliko je meni poznato, Campus je najveća industrijska green-field investicija u povijesti zemlje

- Projekt napreduje jako brzo, ponajviše zahvaljujući izvođaču (Facies iz Svete Nedelje) koji je izvrstan – za sada smo u roku

- U Campusu će raditi preko 2.500 zaposlenih od kojih će preko polovica biti visokoobrazovani

- Iz Campusa će izlaziti proizvodi vrijedni milijarde kuna godišnje

- To zemljište je uvije bilo šikara i ostalo bi šikara desetljećima da nije ovog Campusa. Ali Hrvatska voli šikare.

- Neću niti spominjati koje će pozitivne posljedice za mikro-lokaciju Kerestinca/Svete Nedeje i državu ova investicija imati

- Rimac Automobili (sada Rimac Grupa) su do sada prikupili više od 300M Eura (preko 2 milijarde kuna) a upravo završavamo višestruko veću rundu financiranja (prikupljamo više kapitala nego smo zajedno u povijesti)

- Rimac Grupa danas ima preko 1.400 zaposlenih (+Greyp 100 i P3 100), od kojih je oko 1.200 u Hrvatskoj

- Rimac Grupa je ove godine zaposlila preko 450 novih zaposlenih (ne računajući pripajanje Bugattija) te iduće godine planiramo preko 700 novih ljudi zaposlit

- Iz financijske pespektive, nemamo problem kupiti to zemljište. Ali tek bi tada bilo pitanje o cijeni.

- Već sada znamo da nam Campus niti iz bliza neće biti dovoljan i da ćemo trebati 3-4 dodatna slična objekta u idućih 10 godina ukoliko ćemo ispuniti (vrlo ambiciozne) planove koje imamo

Što se mene tiče, možemo i kupiti zemljište sada po tržišnoj cijeni. Nema problema. Ja ću biti jedina budala na svijetu koja ovakvu investiciju financira 100% bez subvencija, na zemljištu koje kupujemo po tržišnoj cijeni (opet kažem, nema problema) ali ćemo onda vidjeti kako ću za slijedeću investiciju uspjeti uvjeriti svoje investitore koji ovo financiraju, da se to dalje radi u Hrvatskoj.

Uz sve ovo – linč, klevetama i mržnji kojoj sam svakodnevno izložen, je pitanje moje motivacije buduće investicije raditi u Hrvatskoj a i kakav tretman drugi potencijalni investitori mogu očekivati – koji eto, stoje u redu da šikare pretvore u razvojno-istraživačke i proizvodne pogone u Hrvatskoj.

Bez brige, neću dozvoliti da nas ti napadi i blaćenje uznemire - idemo dalje punom parom i jedva čekam da završimo ovaj projekt na koji će ipak, velika većina biti ponosna.

Mate Rimac oglasio oko novog "Rimac Campusa" koji je gradi u Svetoj Nedjelji te, kako je napisao, odlučio odgovoriti na neka pitanja oko kojih se vodi rasprava.

'Kao i uvijek – u redu je preispitati i postavljati pitanja ali mislim da nije OK da se kleveće i laže, bez da se uopće pita drugu stranu', napisao je Rimac na Facebooku te naveo nekoliko činjenica:

- Radi se o zemljištu od 200.000 m2 (plavo na slici). Točno 1.000 metara dalje smo upravo kupili* zemljište od 600.000 m2 (3x veće) od Plive za 3M Eura (zeleno na slici)

- Zemljište na kojem gradimo Campus je (i dalje) u vlasništvu Grada Svete Nedelje

- Rimac Automobili ima pravo građenja na toj čestici uz uvjet da pokrenemo izgradnju u roku od 12 mjeseci, završimo projekt u roku od 36 mjeseci (26.03.2024.), zaposlimo 729 novih zaposlenih, od kojih 547 mora biti visoko obrazovanih

- Ukoliko ne ispunimo uvjete, sve što smo napravili ide u vlasništvo Grada

- Nakon isteka Prava gradnje (69 godina), zemljište i sve na njemu se vraća Gradu

- Za Campus ćemo plaćati 2.5M kuna komunalne naknade Gradu godišnje, što predstavlja 15% ukupnog prihoda na račun komunalne naknade Grada Svete Nedelje

- Mi u potpunosti financiramo projekt sami, uključujući infrastrukturu, bez kune od države ili EU – sami plaćamo trafo stanice, premještanje dalekovoda, ceste i sve ostalo

- Za sada financirano kompletni projekt sami, bez banaka, bez kredita i kako stvari stoje, tako će i ostati

- Nemamo nikakve državne garancije ili slično

- Koliko je meni poznato, Campus je najveća industrijska green-field investicija u povijesti zemlje

- Projekt napreduje jako brzo, ponajviše zahvaljujući izvođaču (Facies iz Svete Nedelje) koji je izvrstan – za sada smo u roku

- U Campusu će raditi preko 2.500 zaposlenih od kojih će preko polovica biti visokoobrazovani

- Iz Campusa će izlaziti proizvodi vrijedni milijarde kuna godišnje

- To zemljište je uvije bilo šikara i ostalo bi šikara desetljećima da nije ovog Campusa. Ali Hrvatska voli šikare.

- Neću niti spominjati koje će pozitivne posljedice za mikro-lokaciju Kerestinca/Svete Nedeje i državu ova investicija imati

- Rimac Automobili (sada Rimac Grupa) su do sada prikupili više od 300M Eura (preko 2 milijarde kuna) a upravo završavamo višestruko veću rundu financiranja (prikupljamo više kapitala nego smo zajedno u povijesti)

- Rimac Grupa danas ima preko 1.400 zaposlenih (+Greyp 100 i P3 100), od kojih je oko 1.200 u Hrvatskoj

- Rimac Grupa je ove godine zaposlila preko 450 novih zaposlenih (ne računajući pripajanje Bugattija) te iduće godine planiramo preko 700 novih ljudi zaposlit

- Iz financijske pespektive, nemamo problem kupiti to zemljište. Ali tek bi tada bilo pitanje o cijeni.

- Već sada znamo da nam Campus niti iz bliza neće biti dovoljan i da ćemo trebati 3-4 dodatna slična objekta u idućih 10 godina ukoliko ćemo ispuniti (vrlo ambiciozne) planove koje imamo

Što se mene tiče, možemo i kupiti zemljište sada po tržišnoj cijeni. Nema problema. Ja ću biti jedina budala na svijetu koja ovakvu investiciju financira 100% bez subvencija, na zemljištu koje kupujemo po tržišnoj cijeni (opet kažem, nema problema) ali ćemo onda vidjeti kako ću za slijedeću investiciju uspjeti uvjeriti svoje investitore koji ovo financiraju, da se to dalje radi u Hrvatskoj.

Uz sve ovo – linč, klevetama i mržnji kojoj sam svakodnevno izložen, je pitanje moje motivacije buduće investicije raditi u Hrvatskoj a i kakav tretman drugi potencijalni investitori mogu očekivati – koji eto, stoje u redu da šikare pretvore u razvojno-istraživačke i proizvodne pogone u Hrvatskoj.

Bez brige, neću dozvoliti da nas ti napadi i blaćenje uznemire - idemo dalje punom parom i jedva čekam da završimo ovaj projekt na koji će ipak, velika većina biti ponosna.

Mate Rimac oglasio oko novog "Rimac Campusa" koji je gradi u Svetoj Nedjelji te, kako je napisao, odlučio odgovoriti na neka pitanja oko kojih se vodi rasprava.

'Kao i uvijek – u redu je preispitati i postavljati pitanja ali mislim da nije OK da se kleveće i laže, bez da se uopće pita drugu stranu', napisao je Rimac na Facebooku te naveo nekoliko činjenica:

- Radi se o zemljištu od 200.000 m2 (plavo na slici). Točno 1.000 metara dalje smo upravo kupili* zemljište od 600.000 m2 (3x veće) od Plive za 3M Eura (zeleno na slici)

- Zemljište na kojem gradimo Campus je (i dalje) u vlasništvu Grada Svete Nedelje

- Rimac Automobili ima pravo građenja na toj čestici uz uvjet da pokrenemo izgradnju u roku od 12 mjeseci, završimo projekt u roku od 36 mjeseci (26.03.2024.), zaposlimo 729 n...
