Vodnjanska IT tvrtka Infobip preuzela je irsku IT tvrtku Anam Technologies koja je svjetski poznat pružatelj SMS firewall usluge, čime će zajedno moći pružati tehnička rješenja za više od 700 mobilnih operatera globalno pokrivajući 64 posto mobilnih uređaja, izvijestili su u četvrtak iz Infobipa.

Time je objedinjena snage obje tvrtke u segmentu sigurnosti u prometu poruka i monetizaciji, što je važno i za korisnike i za operatore, ističu iz Inforbipa, dok za vrijednost akvizicije kažu da je "povjerljiva" i da je "plaćanje izvršeno kombinacijom novca i dionica Infobipa".

"Akvizicijom Anama učvrstili smo lidersku poziciju u pružanju visoke razine sigurnosti i zaštite poruka mobilnim operaterima te im pomogli u povećavanju vrijednosti unutar vlastitog sektora, ali i unapređenju odnosa s krajnjim korisnicima", poručio je tim povodom izvršni direktor Infobipa Silvio Kutić.

U sklopu te akvizicije, Anamov tim pridružuje se Infobipovom odjelu zaduženom za strateška partnerstva s mobilnim operaterima, čime će poslovni korisnici obje kompanije imati još kvalitetniju i sveobuhvatniju ponudu uključujući neprekidnu 24/7 stručnu podršku, detaljniju analitiku i preciznije izvještavanje, uz još veći broj direktnih konekcija prema mobilnim operaterima diljem svijeta.

Zadovoljstvo tim poslom izrazio je i izvršni direktor Anama Darragh Kelly, ističući da je to i potvrda važnosti mobilnih poruka u današnjem rastućem digitalnom okruženju.

"Sigurnost i integritet mobilnih mreža ključni su dijelovi ekosustava razmjene poruka. Da bi industrija nastavila rasti, potrebno je da kanal za razmjenu poruka bude uspješno obranjen od neželjenih poruka i prevara, ali i da pozicija mobilnih operatera, poslovnih subjekata i krajnjih korisnika bude zaštićena. Smatramo da to ostvarujemo upravo ulaskom u Infobip obitelj", kazao je Kelly.

Iz Infobipa dodaju još da njihova komunikacijska platforma mjesečno obrađuje više od 14 milijardi korisničkih interakcija, koje se odvijaju kroz cijeli niz komunikacijskih kanala, u više od 190 zemalja svijeta.

Zaključuju i da je to još jedna njihova nova akvizicija u nizu, a nakon što su prije mjesec dana objavili i preuzimanje vodeće regionalne tehnološke konferencije Shift te krajem prošle godine preuzeli američku tvrtke Open Market, za bruto iznos u gotovini od približno 300 milijuna američkih dolara.

Vodnjanska IT tvrtka Infobip preuzela je irsku IT tvrtku Anam Technologies koja je svjetski poznat pružatelj SMS firewall usluge, čime će zajedno moći pružati tehnička rješenja za više od 700 mobilnih operatera globalno pokrivajući 64 posto mobilnih uređaja, izvijestili su u četvrtak iz Infobipa.

Time je objedinjena snage obje tvrtke u segmentu sigurnosti u prometu poruka i monetizaciji, što je važno i za korisnike i za operatore, ističu iz Inforbipa, dok za vrijednost akvizicije kažu da je "povjerljiva" i da je "plaćanje izvršeno kombinacijom novca i dionica Infobipa".

"Akvizicijom Anama učvrstili smo lidersku poziciju u pružanju visoke razine sigurnosti i zaštite poruka mobilnim operaterima te im pomogli u povećavanju vrijednosti unutar vlastitog sektora, ali i unapređenju odnosa s krajnjim korisnicima", poručio je tim povodom izvršni direktor Infobipa Silvio Kutić.

U sklopu te akvizicije, Anamov tim pridružuje se Infobipovom odjelu zaduženom za strateška partnerstva s mobilnim operaterima, čime će poslovni korisnici obje kompanije imati još kvalitetniju i sveobuhvatniju ponudu uključujući neprekidnu 24/7 stručnu podršku, detaljniju analitiku i preciznije izvještavanje, uz još veći broj direktnih konekcija prema mobilnim operaterima diljem svijeta.

Zadovoljstvo tim poslom izrazio je i izvršni direktor Anama Darragh Kelly, ističući da je to i potvrda važnosti mobilnih poruka u današnjem rastućem digitalnom okruženju.

"Sigurnost i integritet mobilnih mreža ključni su dijelovi ekosustava razmjene poruka. Da bi industrija nastavila rasti, potrebno je da kanal za razmjenu poruka bude uspješno obranjen od neželjenih poruka i prevara, ali i da pozicija mobilnih operatera, poslovnih subjekata i krajnjih korisnika bude zaštićena. Smatramo da to ostvarujemo upravo ulaskom u Infobip obitelj", kazao je Kelly.

Iz Infobipa dodaju još da njihova komunikacijska platforma mjesečno obrađuje više od 14 milijardi korisničkih interakcija, koje se odvijaju kroz cijeli niz komunikacijskih kanala, u više od 190 zemalja svijeta.

Zaključuju i da je to još jedna njihova nova akvizicija u nizu, a nakon što su prije mjesec dana objavili i preuzimanje vodeće regionalne tehnološke konferencije Shift te krajem prošle godine preuzeli američku tvrtke Open Market, za bruto iznos u gotovini od približno 300 milijuna američkih dolara.

Vodnjanska IT tvrtka Infobip preuzela je irsku IT tvrtku Anam Technologies koja je svjetski poznat pružatelj SMS firewall usluge, čime će zajedno moći pružati tehnička rješenja za više od 700 mobilnih operatera globalno pokrivajući 64 posto mobilnih uređaja, izvijestili su u četvrtak iz Infobipa.

Time je objedinjena snage obje tvrtke u segmentu sigurnosti u prometu poruka i monetizaciji, što je važno i za korisnike i za operatore, ističu iz Inforbipa, dok za vrijednost akvizicije kažu da je "povjerljiva" i da je "plaćanje izvršeno kombinacijom novca i dionica Infobipa".
