Već do ulaska Hrvatske u eurozonu prosječna hrvatska plaća mogla bi iznositi tisuću eura, ali inflacija nagriza kupovnu moć, piše u utorak Večernji list, navodeći da će manjak radnika donijeti pritisak na rast plaća u privatnom sektoru, dok su u javnom svoj posao odradili sindikati.

Prosječna plaća u zemlji preskočila je iznos od 7400 kuna i već bi do formalne odluke o ulasku Hrvatske u eurozonu mogla iznositi tisuću eura neto.

Brže je to nego što je očekivala Plenkovićeva Vlada, ali brža je i inflacija koja nagriza kupovnu moć svih dohodaka u zemlji i njihovu realnu kupovnu vrijednost vraća na razinu na kojoj su bili prošle godine.

Sindikati su za Praznik rada istaknuli svoj novi strateški cilj, a to je da u sljedećih nekoliko godina, odnosno 2025. godine, i prosječna i minimalna plaća porastu 50 posto, na 1500, odnosno 750 eura.

Gleda li se isti protekli period, plaće su porasle “samo” 20 posto, tako da se sindikalne želje po tome čine nedostižnima s obzirom na produktivnost domaće ekonomije i više nego turbulentne okolnosti u zemlji.

Tih 50 posto možda bi se moglo postići uz snažnu inflacijsku spiralu i indeksacije, no u tom bi slučaju realna vrijednost takvih plaća bila niža.

Europske se ekonomije ne mogu pohvaliti dobrim ekonomskim ostvarenjima u prvom ovogodišnjem kvartalu, Italija je naprimjer imala pad prema prethodnom tromjesečju, Njemačka je bila u blagom plusu, Francuska na nuli, Austrija je stajala nešto bolje, a i hrvatski bi prvi kvartal trebao biti iznadprosječan po rastu u odnosu na ostale europske ekonomije jer su se održali i potrošnja i industrija.

Ozbiljni problemi u dobavnim lancima iz Kine dodatno će usporiti europsku proizvodnju ionako izmrcvarenu dramatičnim skokom cijena energenata i problemima s ratom u Ukrajini.

Domaće tržište rada pak obilježava trajna nestašica radnika u uslužnom sektoru, a broj službeno nezaposlenih spustio se na oko 118.000.

I taj manjak radnika donijet će pritisak na rast plaća u privatnom sektoru dok su u javnom svoj posao odradili sindikati koji su se izborili za prvu rundu četiripostotne povišice u ovoj godini.

Što se tiče regionalne distribucije plaća, u ovu smo godinu ušli s prosječnim neto plaćama u Zagrebu (pravne osobe, bez obrta i slobodnih profesija) od gotovo 8700 kuna, tako da će Zagreb među prvima stići sindikalnih 1500 eura i prije 2025. godine, piše Večernji list.

Već do ulaska Hrvatske u eurozonu prosječna hrvatska plaća mogla bi iznositi tisuću eura, ali inflacija nagriza kupovnu moć, piše u utorak Večernji list, navodeći da će manjak radnika donijeti pritisak na rast plaća u privatnom sektoru, dok su u javnom svoj posao odradili sindikati.

Prosječna plaća u zemlji preskočila je iznos od 7400 kuna i već bi do formalne odluke o ulasku Hrvatske u eurozonu mogla iznositi tisuću eura neto.

Brže je to nego što je očekivala Plenkovićeva Vlada, ali brža je i inflacija koja nagriza kupovnu moć svih dohodaka u zemlji i njihovu realnu kupovnu vrijednost vraća na razinu na kojoj su bili prošle godine.

Sindikati su za Praznik rada istaknuli svoj novi strateški cilj, a to je da u sljedećih nekoliko godina, odnosno 2025. godine, i prosječna i minimalna plaća porastu 50 posto, na 1500, odnosno 750 eura.

Gleda li se isti protekli period, plaće su porasle “samo” 20 posto, tako da se sindikalne želje po tome čine nedostižnima s obzirom na produktivnost domaće ekonomije i više nego turbulentne okolnosti u zemlji.

Tih 50 posto možda bi se moglo postići uz snažnu inflacijsku spiralu i indeksacije, no u tom bi slučaju realna vrijednost takvih plaća bila niža.

Europske se ekonomije ne mogu pohvaliti dobrim ekonomskim ostvarenjima u prvom ovogodišnjem kvartalu, Italija je naprimjer imala pad prema prethodnom tromjesečju, Njemačka je bila u blagom plusu, Francuska na nuli, Austrija je stajala nešto bolje, a i hrvatski bi prvi kvartal trebao biti iznadprosječan po rastu u odnosu na ostale europske ekonomije jer su se održali i potrošnja i industrija.

Ozbiljni problemi u dobavnim lancima iz Kine dodatno će usporiti europsku proizvodnju ionako izmrcvarenu dramatičnim skokom cijena energenata i problemima s ratom u Ukrajini.

Domaće tržište rada pak obilježava trajna nestašica radnika u uslužnom sektoru, a broj službeno nezaposlenih spustio se na oko 118.000.

I taj manjak radnika donijet će pritisak na rast plaća u privatnom sektoru dok su u javnom svoj posao odradili sindikati koji su se izborili za prvu rundu četiripostotne povišice u ovoj godini.

Što se tiče regionalne distribucije plaća, u ovu smo godinu ušli s prosječnim neto plaćama u Zagrebu (pravne osobe, bez obrta i slobodnih profesija) od gotovo 8700 kuna, tako da će Zagreb među prvima stići sindikalnih 1500 eura i prije 2025. godine, piše Večernji list.

Je li u Hrvatskoj realno očekivati prosječnu plaću od 1500 eura? Samo pod jednim uvjetom, ali ni u tom slučaju zadovoljstvo ne bi bilo potpuno

Već do ulaska Hrvatske u eurozonu prosječna hrvatska plaća mogla bi iznositi tisuću eura, ali inflacija nagriza kupovnu moć, piše u utorak Večernji list, navodeći da će manjak radnika donijeti pritisak na rast plaća u privatnom sektoru, dok su u javnom svoj posao odradili sindikati.

Prosječna plaća u zemlji preskočila je iznos od 7400 kuna i već bi do formalne odluke o ulasku Hrvatske u eurozonu mogla iznositi tisuću eura neto.

Brže je to nego što je očekivala Plenkovićeva Vlada, ali brža je i inflacija koja nagriza kupovnu moć svih dohodaka u zemlji i njihovu realnu kupovnu vrijednost vraća na razinu na kojoj su bili prošle godine.

Sindikati su za Praznik rada istaknuli svoj novi strateški cilj, a to je da u sljedećih nekoliko godina, odnosno 2025. godine, i prosječ...
