Kako su i najavili, tržišta i turistička inspekcija Državnog inspektorata od Vladinog zaključka o provedbi kontrole koja bi trebala suzbiti neopravdano povećanje cijena odnosno od 5. siječnja ove godine, provode nadzore koji bi trebali utvrditi jesu li trgovci podignuli cijene proizvoda i usluga od uvođenja eura. Kako izvještava Inspektorat, do 19. siječnja obavljeno je ukupno 1145 nadzora. 

Prema prikupljenim podacima, a s izuzetkom 163 nadzora za koje se još utvrđuju činjenice, neopravdano povećanje cijena nakon uvođenja eura pronašli su u 25,2% posto kontrola. 

Od sveukupnog broja, tržišna inspekcija je obavila 659 inspekcijskih nadzora dok su turistički inspektori zaslužni za 486 posjeta. 

Tržišne kontrole su obuhvatile 282 nadzora nad pružateljima usluge, 280 nadzora u trgovini na malo te 97 inspekcijski nadzor u trgovini na malo pekarskim proizvodima među kojima je pronađeno 87 slučajeva nepoštene poslovne prakse.

- Prosječno neopravdano povećanje cijena usluga je 20 posto, a u pojedinim slučajevima povećanja doseže i 126 posto. Tako je primjerice inspekcijskim nadzorom utvrđeno povećanje fotografskih usluga od 57 posto, pojedinih frizerskih usluga od 126 %, usluge privatnog parkiranja od 25 posto usluga samoposlužnih autopraonica od 50 posto i slično, tvrde u Državnom inspektoratu.

Cijene rasle i kod kontroliranih proizvoda

U trgovinama na malo prosječan neopravdan rast cijena kontroliranih proizvoda iznosi 17 posto, a odnosi se na pileće i pureće meso, suhomesnate proizvodi, voda, sok, jaja, konditorski proizvodi, mliječni proizvodi, hrana za životinje te konzervirano povrće.   

Kod trgovina na malo koje prodaju pekarske proizvode bilježe prosječno poskupljenje cijena od 15 posto dok su u ponekim nadzorima pronađena poskupljenja i od čak 30 posto, a odnose se na povećanje cijena kruha, ali i ostalih proizvoda iz njihovog asortimana.

Turistički inspektori su u 161 nadzoru odnosno u čak trećini njih (33,1 posto) pronašli neopravdana poskupljenja. Svi ovi nadzori rezultirali su time da je nešto manje od tri četvrtine poslovnih subjekata uhvaćenih u ‘prekršaju‘ svoje cijene vratilo na one prije uvođenja eura. Konkretno, riječ je o 72,6 posto slučajeva. 

- Zbog prekršaja nepoštene poslovne prakse iz 149. Zakona o zaštiti potrošača, u tijeku je izricanje novčanih kazni prema svim poslovnim subjektima koji su neopravdano povećali cijene nakon 31. prosinca 2022. godine odnosno od 1. siječnja 2023. godine pa do dana inspekcijskog nadzora. U okončanim inspekcijskim nadzorima, prekršajnim nalozima prema poslovnim subjektima izrečene su 234 novčane kazne u iznosu od 399.489,09 eura (3.009.950,55 kn), otkrivaju iz Inspektorata odakle najavljuje i daljnje kontrole.

Kako su i najavili, tržišta i turistička inspekcija Državnog inspektorata od Vladinog zaključka o provedbi kontrole koja bi trebala suzbiti neopravdano povećanje cijena odnosno od 5. siječnja ove godine, provode nadzore koji bi trebali utvrditi jesu li trgovci podignuli cijene proizvoda i usluga od uvođenja eura. Kako izvještava Inspektorat, do 19. siječnja obavljeno je ukupno 1145 nadzora. 

Prema prikupljenim podacima, a s izuzetkom 163 nadzora za koje se još utvrđuju činjenice, neopravdano povećanje cijena nakon uvođenja eura pronašli su u 25,2% posto kontrola. 

Od sveukupnog broja, tržišna inspekcija je obavila 659 inspekcijskih nadzora dok su turistički inspektori zaslužni za 486 posjeta. 

Tržišne kontrole su obuhvatile 282 nadzora nad pružateljima usluge, 280 nadzora u trgovini na malo te 97 inspekcijski nadzor u trgovini na malo pekarskim proizvodima među kojima je pronađeno 87 slučajeva nepoštene poslovne prakse.

- Prosječno neopravdano povećanje cijena usluga je 20 posto, a u pojedinim slučajevima povećanja doseže i 126 posto. Tako je primjerice inspekcijskim nadzorom utvrđeno povećanje fotografskih usluga od 57 posto, pojedinih frizerskih usluga od 126 %, usluge privatnog parkiranja od 25 posto usluga samoposlužnih autopraonica od 50 posto i slično, tvrde u Državnom inspektoratu.

Cijene rasle i kod kontroliranih proizvoda

U trgovinama na malo prosječan neopravdan rast cijena kontroliranih proizvoda iznosi 17 posto, a odnosi se na pileće i pureće meso, suhomesnate proizvodi, voda, sok, jaja, konditorski proizvodi, mliječni proizvodi, hrana za životinje te konzervirano povrće.   

Kod trgovina na malo koje prodaju pekarske proizvode bilježe prosječno poskupljenje cijena od 15 posto dok su u ponekim nadzorima pronađena poskupljenja i od čak 30 posto, a odnose se na povećanje cijena kruha, ali i ostalih proizvoda iz njihovog asortimana.

Turistički inspektori su u 161 nadzoru odnosno u čak trećini njih (33,1 posto) pronašli neopravdana poskupljenja. Svi ovi nadzori rezultirali su time da je nešto manje od tri četvrtine poslovnih subjekata uhvaćenih u ‘prekršaju‘ svoje cijene vratilo na one prije uvođenja eura. Konkretno, riječ je o 72,6 posto slučajeva. 

- Zbog prekršaja nepoštene poslovne prakse iz 149. Zakona o zaštiti potrošača, u tijeku je izricanje novčanih kazni prema svim poslovnim subjektima koji su neopravdano povećali cijene nakon 31. prosinca 2022. godine odnosno od 1. siječnja 2023. godine pa do dana inspekcijskog nadzora. U okončanim inspekcijskim nadzorima, prekršajnim nalozima prema poslovnim subjektima izrečene su 234 novčane kazne u iznosu od 399.489,09 eura (3.009.950,55 kn), otkrivaju iz Inspektorata odakle najavljuje i daljnje kontrole.
