Uvođenjem dvaju izravnih tjednih letova za Düsseldorf i Hamburg, njemački niskotarifni zrakoplovni prijevoznik Germanwings od ovoga proljeća širi svoje poslovanje i na južnohrvatskom tržištu sa središtem u Splitu. Osim toga, u novom ljetnom redu letenja Germanwings nudi letove iz Splita za Köln, Stuttgart, Dortmund i Hannover, i to nekoliko puta tjedno.
Ove novine u poslovanju priopćio je Andreas Engel, direktor Germanwingsa za međunarodne odnose s javnošću, na konferenciji za novinare upriličenoj jučer u splitskoj Zračnoj luci u Resniku. Germanwings, inače kći tvrtka kompanije Lufthansa, prošle je godine prevezao više od 175.000 putnika na letovima prema Splitu, dok je u ovoj godini planiran rast od pet posto.
Ambiciozan plan, kazao je Engel, pokrenut je radi pridobivanja novih korisnika u Hrvatskoj. “Razlog uvođenja novih letova i našeg zadovoljstva Splitom jest u činjenici da njemačko gospodarstvo stoji dobro, Nijemci rado putuju, a Hrvatska i Split imaju među njima dobru reputaciju, za razliku od nekih drugih mediteranskih zemalja, poput Grčke. Grčka je u međuvremenu povukla poteze koji je vraćaju na turističku scenu, donekle se oporavlja, ali to je još daleko od vremena prije ekonomske krize”, kazao je Engel.
Prosječna cijena povratne karte za let Germanwingsom iz Splita do Hamburga ili neke druge destinacije u Njemačkoj jest 120-130 eura. Ako se karta kupi ranije, cijena je niža. Budući da je ponuda letova ove njemačke kompanije usmjerena ponajprije na najveće europske poslovne gradove, letovi iz Splita prema navedenim destinacijama logičan su nastavak te poslovne politike.
Prema podacima Njemačkog ureda za statistiku za 2007. godinu, u Njemačkoj živi više od 225.000 hrvatskih državljana, od kojih oko 8000 u Hamburgu i Düsseldorfu. Germanwings je još 2004. imao prvi let iz Kölna za Split, a od tada je prevezao 3,2 milijuna putnika na letovima prema Hrvatskoj.
Prošle je godine u hrvatskim odredištima (Zagreb, Split, Dubrovnik, Pula, Zadar, Rijeka) prevezeno 413.000 putnika, što je povećanje u odnosu na 2011., kad ih je bilo 405.000.
Zadovoljstvo novinama Germanwingsa naglasio je i direktor splitske Zračne luke Lukša Novak, koji je podsjetio na to da je njemačka kompanija (inače prvi niskotarifni prijevoznik na našem području) počela s otvaranjem potpuno novog tržišta u Hrvatskoj s 18 letova u 2004., dok ih je lani bilo 570, a u 2013. ih se očekuje 660. “Germanwings za splitski aerodrom znači povećanje prometa, broja putnika i to, što je važno, tijekom cijele godine, a ne samo u sezoni.
Dolaskom Germanwingsa smanjene su u prosjeku i cijene letova, tako da se, s nekadašnjom prosječnom cijenom od oko 300 eura, danas za većinu europskih destinacija iz Splita može letjeti po cijeni od 100 eura”, kazao je Novak.

Uvođenjem dvaju izravnih tjednih letova za Düsseldorf i Hamburg, njemački niskotarifni zrakoplovni prijevoznik Germanwings od ovoga proljeća širi svoje poslovanje i na južnohrvatskom tržištu sa središtem u Splitu. Osim toga, u novom ljetnom redu letenja Germanwings nudi letove iz Splita za Köln, Stuttgart, Dortmund i Hannover, i to nekoliko puta tjedno.
Ove novine u poslovanju priopćio je Andreas Engel, direktor Germanwingsa za međunarodne odnose s javnošću, na konferenciji za novinare upriličenoj jučer u splitskoj Zračnoj luci u Resniku. Germanwings, inače kći tvrtka kompanije Lufthansa, prošle je godine prevezao više od 175.000 putnika na letovima prema Splitu, dok je u ovoj godini planiran rast od pet posto.
Ambiciozan plan, kazao je Engel, pokrenut je radi pridobivanja novih korisnika u Hrvatskoj. “Razlog uvođenja novih letova i našeg zadovoljstva Splitom jest u činjenici da njemačko gospodarstvo stoji dobro, Nijemci rado putuju, a Hrvatska i Split imaju među njima dobru reputaciju, za razliku od nekih drugih mediteranskih zemalja, poput Grčke. Grčka je u međuvremenu povukla poteze koji je vraćaju na turističku scenu, donekle se oporavlja, ali to je još daleko od vremena prije ekonomske krize”, kazao je Engel.
Prosječna cijena povratne karte za let Germanwingsom iz Splita do Hamburga ili neke druge destinacije u Njemačkoj jest 120-130 eura. Ako se karta kupi ranije, cijena je niža. Budući da je ponuda letova ove njemačke kompanije usmjerena ponajprije na najveće europske poslovne gradove, letovi iz Splita prema navedenim destinacijama logičan su nastavak te poslovne politike.
Prema podacima Njemačkog ureda za statistiku za 2007. godinu, u Njemačkoj živi više od 225.000 hrvatskih državljana, od kojih oko 8000 u Hamburgu i Düsseldorfu. Germanwings je još 2004. imao prvi let iz Kölna za Split, a od tada je prevezao 3,2 milijuna putnika na letovima prema Hrvatskoj.
Prošle je godine u hrvatskim odredištima (Zagreb, Split, Dubrovnik, Pula, Zadar, Rijeka) prevezeno 413.000 putnika, što je povećanje u odnosu na 2011., kad ih je bilo 405.000.
Zadovoljstvo novinama Germanwingsa naglasio je i direktor splitske Zračne luke Lukša Novak, koji je podsjetio na to da je njemačka kompanija (inače prvi niskotarifni prijevoznik na našem području) počela s otvaranjem potpuno novog tržišta u Hrvatskoj s 18 letova u 2004., dok ih je lani bilo 570, a u 2013. ih se očekuje 660. “Germanwings za splitski aerodrom znači povećanje prometa, broja putnika i to, što je važno, tijekom cijele godine, a ne samo u sezoni.
Dolaskom Germanwingsa smanjene su u prosjeku i cijene letova, tako da se, s nekadašnjom prosječnom cijenom od oko 300 eura, danas za većinu europskih destinacija iz Splita može letjeti po cijeni od 100 eura”, kazao je Novak.
