Na splitskom će se kongresu razgovarati o stresu i mobbingu, koji odnose milijarde globalnoj ekonomiji. Stres na radnome mjestu prisutan je kod trećine zaposlenih u EU-u, a posljedica toga je oko pet milijuna nesreća na poslu, kaže Andrea Russo, direktorica Kongresa

Prema nekim procjenama stručnjaka, globalna ekonomija na godinu zbog mobbinga gubi iznose koji se mjere u milijardama dolara, a, primjerice, samo u Njemačkoj taj gubitak iznosi između 20 i 50 milijardi eura na godinu. S druge strane, psihološko zlostavljanje, posljedica čega je stres, u tvrtki od oko tisuću zaposlenih može nanijeti indirektne troškove u visini od čak 150 tisuća dolara na godinu.

Epidemija

- Stoga smatram da je izbor teme “Stres i mobbing” prvog po redu međunarodnog kongresa pod nazivom “Era nove ekonomije i novih zanimanja”, koji će se u studenome ove godine održati u hotelu Le Meridien Lav, odgovor na pravu epidemiju tih stanja te način da upozorimo na njihov utjecaj na poslovne rezultate u Hrvatskoj ali i u svijetu - kaže Andrea Russo, direktorica Kongresa, iz udruge “Zdravi grad”.

- Prevencija mobbinga i stresa, mobbing u 21. stoljeću, tendencija njegova rasta ili opadanja, oblici suočavanja sa stresom, ali i utjecaj novih informacijskih tehnologija, kao i utjecaj rada od kuće, te odnos djece i roditelja u informatičkoj eri, samo su neke od tema o kojima će se na Kongresu razgovarati – kaže direktorica.

Brze promjene poslova, radnih zadataka i novih zanimanja imaju izravan negativan utjecaj na radnu sposobnost i zdravlje čovjeka, čime se smanjuju ukupne mogućnosti pojedinca i tvrtki te uspješnost i poslovni rezultati organizacija. Stoga je upravljanje stresom postalo prijeko potrebno svakome od nas.

Veliko zanimanje

Situacija u Europskoj uniji, barem što se stresa tiče, loša je, kazuje Russo. Prema istraživanju Europske agencije za sigurnost na radu i zaštitu zdravlja, stres na radnome mjestu prisutan je kod svakog trećeg zaposlenika Europske unije.

Stresom na poslu obuhvaćeno je 28 posto zaposlenika, ili 41,2 milijuna ljudi. Posljedica stresa na poslu je 50 do 60 svih izgubljenih radnih dana, ali i oko pet milijuna nesreća na poslu, što čini gubitak od najmanje 20 milijardi eura godišnje

- To je začarani krug – tvrdi Russo, i dodaje: Kongres, koji planiramo organizirati svake druge godine, već je izazvao veliko zanimanje domaće i međunarodne stručne i poslovne javnosti, tako da već zaprimamo prijave iz čak dvanaest zemalja EU-a, Japana i Amerike.

Dijagnoza

 Iako su stres i mobbing tijesno povezani i isprepleteni, treba ih dobro razlikovati jer se nerijetko događa da ljudi mobbing zamijene nečim drugim. Razlika je mala, ali postoji, te je samo stručnjaci mogu prepoznati i dijagnosticirati - objašnjava Russo.

Međuljudski odnosi

U EU-u se 12 milijuna ljudi (8 posto) žali da ih vrijeđaju nadređeni, šest milijuna (4 posto) žali se na tjelesno nasilje, dok ih je tri milijuna (dva posto) bilo seksualno zlostavljano.

Tvrtke bez odgovora

Svaka tvrtka trebala bi prepoznati važnost zdravlja, kvalitete odnosa i pune angažiranosti ljudskih resursa, no, na žalost, na ovakve zahtjeve većina tvrtki s klasičnim upravljanjem ljudskim resursima nema pravog odgovora - kaže Russo.

Prema nekim procjenama stručnjaka, globalna ekonomija na godinu zbog mobbinga gubi iznose koji se mjere u milijardama dolara, a, primjerice, samo u Njemačkoj taj gubitak iznosi između 20 i 50 milijardi eura na godinu. S druge strane, psihološko zlostavljanje, posljedica čega je stres, u tvrtki od oko tisuću zaposlenih može nanijeti indirektne troškove u visini od čak 150 tisuća dolara na godinu.

Epidemija

- Stoga smatram da je izbor teme “Stres i mobbing” prvog po redu međunarodnog kongresa pod nazivom “Era nove ekonomije i novih zanimanja”, koji će se u studenome ove godine održati u hotelu Le Meridien Lav, odgovor na pravu epidemiju tih stanja te način da upozorimo na njihov utjecaj na poslovne rezultate u Hrvatskoj ali i u svijetu - kaže Andrea Russo, direktorica Kongresa, iz udruge “Zdravi grad”.

- Prevencija mobbinga i stresa, mobbing u 21. stoljeću, tendencija njegova rasta ili opadanja, oblici suočavanja sa stresom, ali i utjecaj novih informacijskih tehnologija, kao i utjecaj rada od kuće, te odnos djece i roditelja u informatičkoj eri, samo su neke od tema o kojima će se na Kongresu razgovarati – kaže direktorica.

Brze promjene poslova, radnih zadataka i novih zanimanja imaju izravan negativan utjecaj na radnu sposobnost i zdravlje čovjeka, čime se smanjuju ukupne mogućnosti pojedinca i tvrtki te uspješnost i poslovni rezultati organizacija. Stoga je upravljanje stresom postalo prijeko potrebno svakome od nas.

Veliko zanimanje

Situacija u Europskoj uniji, barem što se stresa tiče, loša je, kazuje Russo. Prema istraživanju Europske agencije za sigurnost na radu i zaštitu zdravlja, stres na radnome mjestu prisutan je kod svakog trećeg zaposlenika Europske unije.

Stresom na poslu obuhvaćeno je 28 posto zaposlenika, ili 41,2 milijuna ljudi. Posljedica stresa na poslu je 50 do 60 svih izgubljenih radnih dana, ali i oko pet milijuna nesreća na poslu, što čini gubitak od najmanje 20 milijardi eura godišnje

- To je začarani krug – tvrdi Russo, i dodaje: Kongres, koji planiramo organizirati svake druge godine, već je izazvao veliko zanimanje domaće i međunarodne stručne i poslovne javnosti, tako da već zaprimamo prijave iz čak dvanaest zemalja EU-a, Japana i Amerike.

Dijagnoza

 Iako su stres i mobbing tijesno povezani i isprepleteni, treba ih dobro razlikovati jer se nerijetko događa da ljudi mobbing zamijene nečim drugim. Razlika je mala, ali postoji, te je samo stručnjaci mogu prepoznati i dijagnosticirati - objašnjava Russo.

Međuljudski odnosi

U EU-u se 12 milijuna ljudi (8 posto) žali da ih vrijeđaju nadređeni, šest milijuna (4 posto) žali se na tjelesno nasilje, dok ih je tri milijuna (dva posto) bilo seksualno zlostavljano.

Tvrtke bez odgovora

Svaka tvrtka trebala bi prepoznati važnost zdravlja, kvalitete odnosa i pune angažiranosti ljudskih resursa, no, na žalost, na ovakve zahtjeve većina tvrtki s klasičnim upravljanjem ljudskim resursima nema pravog odgovora - kaže Russo.
