Tvrtka Gavrilović i Republika Hrvatska pred postizanjem su nagodbe o vlasništvu nad nekretninama koje su 1991. godine, u vrijeme kupnje tvornice od strane obitelji Gavrilović bile u bilanci tadašnjeg SOUR-a Gavrilović.
Popisano je i identificirano 4420 raznih nekretnina, te je postignuta nagodba da je 1200 nekretnina neprijeporno u vlasništvu Gavrilovića d.d., da je 2700 nekretnina u neprijepornom vlasništvu države, a država postaje i vlasnikom 470 stanova kojima je nekada vlasnik bio SOUR Gavrilović.
Tim povodom u Petrinji su tiskovnu konferenciju održali ministar Petar Čobanković i vlasnik petrinjske mesne industrije Đuro Gavrilović.
Kako je istaknuto, postignutom nagodbom, koja će biti spremna za potpisivanje za otprilike mjesec dana, država će moći dovršiti proces stambenog zbrinjavanja na području Petrinje što se tiče nekadašnjeg stambenog fonda SOUR-a Gavrilović, a Petrinjska tvrtka dobit će zemljište na kojem će moći izgraditi novu tvornicu.
Isto tako, u vlasništvo Gavrilovića doći će robna kuća u Petrinji, nekadašnji vinogradi, restoran Gavriloivć, izletište Pigik i mnogi drugi objekti koje će tvrtka Gavrilović obnoviti, istaknuo je Đuro Gravilović.
Ukupna vrijednost imovine koja je predmet nagodne iznosi između 20 i 25 milijuna eura, a sličnu nagodbu, kako je istaknuo ministar Čobanković, njegovo ministarstvo postiglo je i s Agrokorom u svezi nerektnina u Baranji.

Tvrtka Gavrilović i Republika Hrvatska pred postizanjem su nagodbe o vlasništvu nad nekretninama koje su 1991. godine, u vrijeme kupnje tvornice od strane obitelji Gavrilović bile u bilanci tadašnjeg SOUR-a Gavrilović.
Popisano je i identificirano 4420 raznih nekretnina, te je postignuta nagodba da je 1200 nekretnina neprijeporno u vlasništvu Gavrilovića d.d., da je 2700 nekretnina u neprijepornom vlasništvu države, a država postaje i vlasnikom 470 stanova kojima je nekada vlasnik bio SOUR Gavrilović.
Tim povodom u Petrinji su tiskovnu konferenciju održali ministar Petar Čobanković i vlasnik petrinjske mesne industrije Đuro Gavrilović.
Kako je istaknuto, postignutom nagodbom, koja će biti spremna za potpisivanje za otprilike mjesec dana, država će moći dovršiti proces stambenog zbrinjavanja na području Petrinje što se tiče nekadašnjeg stambenog fonda SOUR-a Gavrilović, a Petrinjska tvrtka dobit će zemljište na kojem će moći izgraditi novu tvornicu.
Isto tako, u vlasništvo Gavrilovića doći će robna kuća u Petrinji, nekadašnji vinogradi, restoran Gavriloivć, izletište Pigik i mnogi drugi objekti koje će tvrtka Gavrilović obnoviti, istaknuo je Đuro Gravilović.
Ukupna vrijednost imovine koja je predmet nagodne iznosi između 20 i 25 milijuna eura, a sličnu nagodbu, kako je istaknuo ministar Čobanković, njegovo ministarstvo postiglo je i s Agrokorom u svezi nerektnina u Baranji.
